I called today to get someone to look at my LG refrigerator, was supposed to come at 1:30, no show, no phone call, called again supposed to be there at 3:00, no show, no phone call. Called another place, he answered the phone, he was great. My problem was the compressor, had to get a new frig. This place uses AI, that makes you an appt but no one comes. Not a fan. Had all my freezer stuff in coolers, they didn't care. I get some jobs take longer but a phone call would of been nice.

Sears took 3 months to get the part. They would reschedule a tech every two weeks then cancel Round noon a reschedule. They finally got the parts after I called and threatened to post my complaint on every social media account a could use. When the parts arrived the tech was excelsnt.

I was asked to provide a picture of the model / serial number before I was scheduled for an appointment, tech never showed for the appointment date then I was rescheduled by text message. Never had a representative to speak with during the process and once the appointment time came the tech refused to fix due to faded model / serial number. Never showed this was a Sears policy nor got a supervisor or customer service rep on the phone when I requested it. Then I was sent a receipt from Sears with the model / serial number on it! If this was such a big problem then why waste my time after I sent the picture of the model/ serial number. Not okay.

Our technician was professional but the experience was less than favorable. We were quoted a price of over $900 to have our ice maker repaired, which we declined as that is overpriced. The goal of the visit was to get us to sign up for the Sears Home appliance warranty for $85/month, and it was suggested we sign up for that then put in a claim to repair our ice maker. We declined that as well. Charging $129 as a consultation fee is ridiculous. We will not be using your services in the future. Very shady business practices.

(Note: this was a claim through American Home Shield and Sears was selected to complete my repair) The technicians who came out were great, if not for that I would have given 1 star. The Sears AI system failed to properly Troubleshoot my issue the first time, and no technician was sent out to ensure the troubleshooting was done correctly. The part the AI system said was needed arrived and then after having our appointment cancelled by Sears 3 days in a row, 10 days after the initial contact, the technician finally came out. When they arrived the first time the technician discovered that the part that was ordered would not fix the issue and more parts needed to be ordered. Then I had to wait for those and 2 weeks for them to be able to come back out. The parts still had not arrived 4 days before the repair date and when I was able to reach Sears I was told the parts had still not even been ordered so Sears tried to cancel my appointment and reschedule again. But after waiting more than 3 weeks I told them to keep the scheduled appointment and just ordered the bolts myself and had them overnighted. The technician came out and installed the parts and was finally able to repair the washer. So after all of this it took a full month to fix my washer. Totally unimpressed and if I can avoid it I will probably never use them again.

The repair man was very good. He got the parts that were sent to us and fixed our machine. But it took since January to get it fixed. The parts came but they failed to send the repair man. We were constantly calling making appointments and no one would show up. We would also get texts from robots saying no one was coming. It took a lot of calling and being switched from one person to another who did not speak English hardly at all. Today is 3/14/25 and it took 2 months to get it fixed.. The washer is 1 1/2 years old, But we had a Fantastic repair man when he seen us he couldn’t believe it because he is the one that ordered the parts he thought it was taken care of by now. So I give him 5 stars I wish there was a scale of more stars he would get them.

He explained everything he was doing towards remeding my issue and was so right. My refrigerator is working perfectly. So glad that Sears has great customer service. I would recommend Sears for appliance repairs.

Tim was absolutely wonderful in repairing the water dispenser on our refrigerator. He was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. His experience allowed him to fix the issue without ordering any additional parts! Highly recommend!
-
Gregory was phenomenal! He was very friendly and did a very thorough job. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing in detail. If all of your technicians are like Gregory, you are in good shape! Highly recommend.

My appt was originally for tomorrow, they reached out asking did I want today instead which I agreed and they where to come out between 8am-5pm, I sat here m all day waiting and they never came, then I received an AI text that they need to reschedule my appt for 2 weeks away, this is very ridiculous, non considerate, and very unprofessional

The technician came to my house. Did not do anything. He checked the air. Said the air conditioning was dirty. He was gonna charge me a extra $50 to spray the air conditioner off. He never went inside to check to see if the thermostat was working or the garage to Look at the air conditioner system took my $100. And the house is still hot. Don't send douglas back to my house.

My furnace had the flue pipes rusted and have to be replaced. The repair guy took measurements and pictures and has to have an install guy come to fix it. I hope they hurry before it gets to cold.

Doug came in and listened to my refrigerator complaint, took the bottom drawer of the refrigerator out then the lower backing to access the coils. Afterwards delivered the bad news that the repair was over $1400 and wasn’t sure if Freon was actually leaking.

We got excellent service once they came for our repair. They came diagnosed and had parts sent to our house. However our wait was a month for our refrigeration! With our medication and just enjoying food in our kitchen it was too long. We find it better to work locally than to depend on sears warranty!

The technician had great communication skills was quick with his work very easy to talk to, and I would recommend him to all my friends and family

I had 2 different repair men. The first one ordered parts and installed 1 part and the 2nd one installed the other parts and fixed it. It took a while to get the parts but both repair men were very knowledgeable and polite.i didn’t like waiting on parts. My washer was down for 5 weeks. It was terrible they don’t carry parts. But the repair guys were great.

The technician came to my house and sat in the car. He closed out the repair request without even knocking on the door. I called several times and he would not answer the phone. I attempted to call Sears directly and they do not offer a live representative. They only offer an AI generated chat bot that only gave me an option to reschedule.

The tech was very good at determining what was needed to repair our dishwasher. He explained all of the issues and completed the work in a pleasant and professional manner.
While the tech was great I cannot say the same for the company. Our appointment was canceled 5 times prior to getting a tech to our house. Twice we were not notified until after the latest time he was to arrive.
In addition there is no way to talk to a human at A & E. All you get is a computer. -
