After Samsung couldn’t/wouldn’t fix their own product, Mr. Appliance came out. Anthony was very professional, diagnosed the problem, and the parts arrived within a week. He was back out within days and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. Excellent customer service.

I've had to call Mr. Appliance twice now and both times, I have been very pleased. Both times, my dishwasher has failed. First time, I was advised of the cost for repair and chose to go with a replacement. The Tech was polite and knowledgeable and helped me make sure I knew what to look for in the replacement. Second time, on the NEW dishwasher, the repair costs were within reason and the ability to source parts in a timely manner was phenomenal. Again, the Technician was timely and courteous and helped me understand the issue and what steps to take to prevent it going forward. I hope I never have to call again but should I need to, Mr. Appliance is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend.

Service technician, Anthony was on time. Did a good job. Was professional and polite. Repairwork was not overpriced. Would call them again if needed for other repairs.

I called Thursday morning around 9:30am and there was a tech at my house a little after 1pm the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem to be the igniter on my oven, advised me the cost and replaced it right then and there. It was under $400, super fast, and the tech was friendly. No complaints!

Anthony was very prompt and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. When he was done, you would never have known he had been here, except the dishwasher is fixed. Overall, it was a good experience.

In 2023 I used Mr Appliance to fix a problem with my fridge overcooling. The technician replaced the damper that diverts cold air from the freezer into the refrigerator. The damper is now making noise and likely needs to be replaced again. However, it turns out that the tech in 2023 overtightened the screw that holds the damper in place and sheared the top off of it. He didn't say anything and charged me for a good repair. I can't recommend this place.

We called Mr Appliance because we had a compressor issue with a refrigerator. That same day, Eli showed up and was able to help diagnose the cause of our issues. These guys are always great to work with and have been able to fit us in on short notice. They’re our go-to if we have any appliance problems

Very happy with the repair services. Our washing machine works better than before. They not only fixed the main problem but our tech was able to recognize 2 other minor issues with our washer and was able to correct them without it costing a whole lot extra. Additionally there was an extremely quick turn around time. They were able to come out the same day we called, then they were able to return with parts that they had to order the very next day and fully repair the machine. I feel like we got our money's worth out of the repair.

The gentleman arrived promptly as promised which was greatly appreciated. Very polite and respectful of what work needed to be done and let me know the cost before he started. Definitely would recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you very much.

The repair technician arrived on time. He quickly found the problem.(Stopped up drain for the freezer section
)! He promptly started on the repair. He was very efficient and thorough. He had given me an estimate of the cost of repair. Once completed, he packed up his tools(I put the food back in the freezer), and had me sign the statement. I sighed on his tablet; gave him a credit card, and we were good to go. I received a copy of statement in my email account. Overall a super job of identifying the problem and doing the repair. Well Done.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling on Christmas Eve, but the day after Christmas Anthony came over and figured it out right away. The old style fan went out and so he was able to order a new fan that would last longer. He explained it all to me and did a great job. It was all reasonably priced and he cleaned out all the old Frost ready to go. First time I used Mr appliance I would use them again if something broke.

I had an issue with my LG dishwasher. They scheduled with me next day! Eli did an awesome job diagnosing the exact problem, he didn’t have the part on his truck. It was ordered, and my dishwasher was fixed within 24 hours. Eli came back to install it, he was very friendly, professional, and experienced.
