Angel is the best technician that I have every served our home. He is professional, respectful, kind, expert, and overall a great American who represents his company very well. I look forward to Angel coming to our home to perform routine furnace and central air maintenance.

They were able to assist me the same day. The tech was prompt and knowledgeable. The job was not very involved, and I appreciated the fact I wasn't mislead into thinking more was needed. I've had that happen with other vendors.

Angel and Improved Comfort were great. My furnace stopped working. Angel came and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and then returned and installed it. Everything went well and Angel could not have been better.

My furnace had went out and I contacted this company to come out and look at it. QUICK response and a technician was sent out within an hour. The owner, Angelo provides excellent customer service and truly care about his customers and making sure they are satisfied with their services.

Quick service, came out on a Saturday, installed on a Sunday. Saved my familly from a big headache. Price is a bit higher than I would have liked, but they earned their premium.

Thanks to Angel from Improved Comfort Heating. Had a leaking and older water heater. Called Improved Comfort for an estimate, and was able to get an appointment for the next day to stop by. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. Was then able to replace my water heater the following weekend.

Angel came to our home to help us with our thermostat because it stopped working. We have an older furnace and have had some bad experiences with the high pressure sales pitch to buy a new furnace from some other companies. Honestly, I was worried we would get that again, since so many companies operate that way. Angel explained everything wrong with the furnace very thoroughly and did mention it wasn’t going to last much longer but he did it in a way that wasn’t a high pressure sales pitch and I felt like I could trust him. I also had a had a sump pump failure yesterday and had another great experience with a plumber from Thumbtack. We highly recommend Improved Comfort and Angel specifically did a great job.

Improved Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning was nothing short of amazing. They were patient & EXTREMELY flexible with our schedules and needs. They made sure to lay out not just the options, but the pros & cons of each potential route. You really feel like they're taking care of you. They pay attention to detail and do extremely clean work, & at the end they make sure you don't have any questions or concerns with the end product. I'll share a short story of my favorite part of working with Angel- As he was working on our furnace, he wanted to show us something. After he got done, I said "Okay man, we'll leave you, I don't want to hover over you as you work". and his IMMEDIATE response was "No, I want to TEACH you some of these things." He literally took the time to sit there and explain the basic layout of the furnace. He told us HOW he was testing the components, what the expected results should be, and clearly identified the culprit of our furnace problems. Again, this company truly makes you feel comfortable with doing business with them. The efficiency and quality is second to none, but the attention to detail and education was priceless. Angelo is the best! Had troubles with my last thumbtack hire for thermostat wiring a couple times without resolution, but hired Improved Comfort who was able to actually take the time to fix the issues completely and rewire the whole thing and be able to install the thermostat without the use of the PEK that was originally installed.
Haven't had any troubles since, highly recommend!

Best service ever, Martin was punctual and fit me into his busy schedule! These guys went above and beyond on working with me and my A/C issues, especially after being told by another hvac company that I needed a whole new unit, Martin was actually able to find the problem and fix it! Definitely saved big time…money wise!

This company is great! Quick response times! Very honestly company which makes the customer the priority instead of seeing how much money they can make. I asked them to fix my air conditioning and they were at my place fixing it the next day! The technician had a great character, walked me through the different parts of the AC condenser unit, the parts he was working on, and tips and tricks of how to take care of my unit!

Tyler was great! My furnace was leaking and he was able to figure out the issue and fix it. He even gave me a tip on using a different filter to help reduce the risk of it happening again.

Update. I still really appreciate how responsive this company was the last 2 times I reached out but after having someone come back out yesterday my furnace is still leaking today. It could just be my furnace but it would still be nice to have a solution to the issue. I do appreciate them sending someone out twice to try to fix it but the issue still persists.

Final update: The issue has been fixed! Martin came by again yesterday and was able to pinpoint the issues. I left buckets under my furnace yesterday just in case and checked them when I arrived home from work today and was so relieved to see them dry. I even received a followup call as I was about to update this review. I would like say how much I appreciate Improved Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning for prioritizing my issue and caring about their customers.

Tyler was so amazing and very informative. I wasn't able to talk to him as in depth as I would like, but when I was able to step away, he did a phenomenal job of telling me what was going on with my vents and central ac unit. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job recommending the follow up service to have my ducts cleaned. I would 10 out of 10 work with you all again because Tyler was so great. He was also very kind. 😀

Angel and Tyler did a fantastic job with our A/C project. They unfortunately had to redo the entire duct system and the project took longer than expected. However, they worked so hard and were very diligent and had great communication. They were thorough and made sure the job was done well and everything was working properly before they left. They were great and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Angel and his crew were not only the most affordable options we found (out of multiple quotes) but they were available quickly and showed up on time. Top notch professionalism when installing our new AC unit that not only ensured they finished the job on time, but they stayed late into the evening to fix another problem that we didn’t know about. Most crews would have returned the next day but they got it done.

Would HIGHLY recommend and will be using them in the future when our old furnace finally decides to retire.

Great company, great service. Furnace started making a loud pitched whining noise had four season come out to repair it they said the 24year old furnace needed to be replaced. Quoted me about 5 mortgage payments to replace it lol! Improved Comfort came in and did the job at a fraction of the cost, on the same day!

Angel worked so hard to install my new A/C. With my A/C system located in the attic during a heat wave likely over 110 degrees, he never complained once about working in that harsh condition. Literally worked all day to make sure it was installed perfectly and working properly. Pricing was the most competitive with quality products. Will use Improved Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning for all my future needs.

Improved Comfort was amazing! They accommodated with a weekend install last minute for my water heater. They also picked it up from Home Depot and exchanged it once they figured out I ordered the wrong size. They are amazing! Thank you so much for your patience!
