We have continued to trust Chris Heating and Cooling with repair and maintenance of our equipment and multiple clients’ hvac for over 35 years. This time they repaired our humidifier, but we count on them for all our hvac needs! They are thorough with their work and great with all communication. Would definitely recommend!

Sam made a stressful time as a new homeowner quite literally the easiest experience ever. She was able to set up an appointment and walk me through the next steps on what needed to be done. The team over here truly embodies what type of service you would expect from a family owned company. I will recommend them to anyone who is having HVAC issues. Even if it’s just an inspection because they will be honest and up front about what actually needs to be done and not just sell you for a quick buck!

Great company and wonderful service! Jon came over to look at our air conditioner and was so genuine and honest in his recommendations. As new homeowners, we really appreciated how willing he was to teach us—he even showed us how to clean our filters. You can tell he genuinely wanted us to learn. He was patient and really took the time to answer all of my (many!) questions lol.. Highly recommend!

Dillon and Eric came out and did a duct cleaning for us and they were absolutely amazing. They explained everything they would be doing and took their time and really was careful while in the house. We had just redone our hardwood floors and worried about the floors being damaged but I was told not to worry. And I am so glad we had this done they showed me pictures of how dirty the ductwork was and now it’s spotless. Thanks Dillon and Eric for an outstanding job. And thank you Patriot Heating and Cooling for an exceptional job. I definitely can’t recommend this company enough for their great work.

I've been working with Patriot for years and have always received the highest-quality service. Today, I had my dryer duct cleaned out and have to say that Erik and Dillon were both excellent techs. Showed up on time, very communicative, showed me pics and video, broke everything down for me, and went above and beyond to fix some issues with my ducts even with a mess of boxes being in their way. At the same time, I was having my annual AC maintenance and Troy was superb with that, as always. Gave me great recommendations and showed me exactly how things work and how they'll work even better now.

I had Patriot replace an AC/Furnace and could not have been more pleased with my decision. My AC gave out in the middle of the heatwave in late June and they were great to work with throughout the process and never felt pressured for any higher/more expensive systems. Brian conducted a very thorough consult and explained all of the details so I would understand the system. The installation went smoothly and even the owner stopped by to ensure I was being taken care of and the service was to my satisfaction. All in, I highly recommend Patriot Heating and Cooling.

Patriot Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations! Our A/C stopped working during a heat wave, right before we were hosting a gathering of 40 people. I reached out on short notice, and they were able to replace the entire unit the same day.

We have used Patriot for almost 6 years now and the level or service and quality are unbeatable! We had our routine furnace check up and Micah noticed our 17 year old water heater was showing its age and posing a risk to us with carbon monoxide and gas leaks. He thoroughly explained the issues to us and priced out new options. At around 1pm we called and told them we wished to proceed with the water heater replacement. They scheduled us fast (7:30am the next day!). The installers showed up right on time, were very courteous to our house and were done in right around 2 hours. Per usual the quality of work was amazing we continue to appreciate the above and beyond service.

I have used Patriot Heating and Cooling Services as a partner HVAC provider for the past year and a half. Bill W. and his team do an incredible job in assessing the situation and making a reasonable recommendation and then working with you as necessary to get it done. I first used them in my previous house where, in the middle of Chicago winter, with a 92-year old in the house, our furnace died. Patriot responded quickly and installed our new unit the next day, despite the fact that I needed to arrange for funds to be available for payment. Bill and team saw the urgency and responded. I was already planning to move and did within 5 months of that purchase with a plan of using Patriot wherever I moved.

I was part of their VIP program when they called me to renew from my old address. I explained that we had moved and I was about to call them for maintenance. They came out the next day to discover a gas leak in the furnace (the original from my house built in the 1990s). No wonder we were having all of those headaches! Time for a new furnace! This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian who laid out the specifics of purchase, warranty, installation, etc. and my new furnace was installed the next day again - there was an urgency.

Two months later, our A/C was not working (again, the original). Now we are replacing it with a new unit, installed by none other than Patriot Heating and Cooling! Honestly, I find them trustworthy, timely, reliable and flexible. It is run as a family-owned business and that is who I prefer to do business with instead of large companies.

Based on recommendations from other local families, I called Patriot Heating and Cooling for a complete vent and duct cleaning. I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and skill, and I love that they are a small, local, family-owned business. I signed up for the VIP program and am now getting some other HVAC needs taken care of as well!

Austin came and diagnosed the issue, Brian helped us find the correct unit for replacement. Installation the same day and seamless, with Brandon, Alex, and Jose.

Highly recommend these guys. Very reaponsive call back from their scheduler. They had their technician Micha out the same day to service our HVACs- He identified several problems- was very upfront and thouroghly explained everything. Decided the best course was to replace the system vs putting a bandaid on it. They had their project manager Brian there that same afternoon who was also super helpful in walking us through everything. He explained which system was best for the house and had us set up for install the next day. Dom, Sam, Cody and Jeremy did an awesome job getting the new system in- incredibly nice and professional guys to work with overall. Again, highly recommend using Patriot.
