Brian came to our house on the same day that I asked about replacing our Furnace & Air Conditioning. He took the measurements & gave us a fantastic estimate. Unbelievably, Dom, Cody & Jeremy were at our the next day at 7:30 am. They were super polite & very hard workers! We even appreciated the phone call that they were on their way before arriving at our house. They were done by 2:30 & there was no mess or garbage or old parts lying around. My wife & I are very happy & very appreciative of Patriot Heating & Cooling & they deserve our highest recommendation. Thank you!

Dominick and Cody installed a new A/C unit today. They were very professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing and showed me pictures of the before and after of the changes made. I highly recommend Patriot Heating and Cooling Services.

Everything to me that was going on and what they found. They discovered my dryer vent had been disconnected somewhere in the ceiling. They cleaned it all out reconnected it Within a within an hour, and the price was reasonable too! Thank you, Patriot and thank you Dillon and Erik!!!

Brian and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure our new furnace was installed quickly. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided!

After a tech found an issue with my AC that wasn't going to be fixable, I chose to use Patriot to replace it. They had a crew out next day and did a great job (shout-out to Sam and Cody). They were careful to move my rugs, wear shoe covers when needed, vacuumed before they left. They even moved the outdoor unit slightly to help free up some space in my yard. Very happy with the work they did.

The team at Patriot rocks. They have saved us 2x - when our AC went down in the first month of our new home (in a hot hot heat wave where I’m certain they were getting lots of calls!) they were able to come out immediately and help us out. Brian came out and explained everything to me simply - which was so helpful! They got us all installed and set up. I was able to text Brian when I had issues with the house still being humid - he helped me diagnose some issues and that were needed a dehumidifier thru many many messages. They came back out and got it all installed and the house has been wonderfully comfortable, they communicate well, Brian is always so helpful!! Highly recommend.

After getting several estimates to replace our hot water heater and feeling as if we were getting taking advantage of I found Patriot Heating and Cooling. I spoke with Bill who immediately made me feel at ease and came off very trustworthy. He gave me a fair and upfront cost for replacement. After vetting this company it became evident Patriot was the right choice. As a small business owner myself I connected with Bill's service driven approach to conducting business. We booked the job and they were out with our new water heater the next morning. When the workers arrived on time and in a professional manner our choice to go with Patriot was confirmed. They got to work quickly and efficiently.. They kept me posted during the job and made sure I knew what was going on. After the install they were sure to explain the usage instructions and answer any questions I had. The install was impeccable and they left the area clean & orderly. I appreciated the extra care and effort that was made to make sure that our home was protected from any incidental damage and kept clean. We are very happy with our choice and look forward to having Patriot be our provider of all things HVAC and plumbing related. I highly recommend Patriot Heating and Cooling for all your needs because they are doing the right thing at the right time, all the time!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Please please please do not use them!!! They are just looking for a payday!! Definitely not honest!!

I had them come out to clean our vents and dryer with the VIP service last week. There was a solid piece of ice on the coils of the AC in our basement. Immediately it spiraled down that your equipment is old and not working right. You need to replace or you have some expensive repairs. I was also told by Brian that my upstairs drip pan had mold growing. They also stated that both outdoor electrical systems had a bad cap and bad contactors. And also my one system for the basement needed 4-5lbs of R22 which is extremely expensive because it’s discontinued.

A little back story -we have 2 AC’s/ furnaces. I was quoted with a bunch of repairs close to 6-8K for the 2 units of work or a $28,000 of a brand new system for both of our AC/ furnace replacement.

In the work summary it stated that the filters were changed which they weren’t. Once I brought it to their attention they stated they would talk to the owner and hear back on Monday which that never happened. According to Brian they don’t cheat or steal from costumers yet they have already a little spiel for it. I was told in the beginning “oh well I seen you had some filters near the machine or we can drop one off”. Not the point. I paid for VIP service so that was included. If it was stated in writing that it was done for both machines but they weren’t and you even had filters near you that belonged to the costumer but didn’t even bother replacing is ridiculous. That alone raises major flag of what else have they not done or lied about.

Half an hr after Brian left to quote for brand new systems I had my AC guy that we absolutely trust and lord and behold everything was over exaggerated by Mike and Brian!

Turned out there was no bad cap or bad contractors on either of the systems. I only needed 2 pounds of the R22 not 4-5 originally quoted at $350 a pound. We also found out that neither filters were replaced. Equipment was supposedly cleaned and vacuumed yet there was spiders webs and full of debris on the bottom of the equipment outside. Oh and not to mention that the only thing in the upstairs drip pan was rust!! No mold anywhere!! When I tried mentioning items to Brian he immediately got defensive and stated well we took pictures and Mike is right. Did the other person take pictures? I stated that they did one better they had me stay with them and showed me the gauges and explained everything to me so I was knowledgeable. The picture you took, that suddenly came up with, but did not send to me now or previously could have been taken anywhere!!! Also the text message at 9pm asking if we are going to go with the work but “no pressure” after he left my house at 5:30pm is absolutely ridiculous especially when I stated multiply times I would let him know the following day.

After repairing, with my other AC guy, we no longer have an issue. So make that make sense. Having old equipment doesn’t not make them crap. Things were made much better back then compared to today. They seen that we have old equipment and it was easy to just say everything is wrong with it and new will fix it all. People don’t have $10,000-$30,000 out of nowhere of an expense just because. As a company it seems that you are more concerned about money than caring about a costumer that is just trying to take care of their house and are not looking for an anxiety attack because of the stress caused. There were a lot of other red flags not mentioned. Please if you use them do your research and get other quotes! Do not trust them until you get multiple eyes on it. It easy when you are worried to make a decision that was rushed because you didn’t have enough time, pressured or believed you can trust them. Way to take advantage of people in the middle of summer.

I will never ever again use them!! Highly do not recommend!!

As a woman I never know who to trust and I was so pleased to have such a knowledgeable, kind technicians to come to my home and not just talk “at” me but explain to me everything that I needed to know about the installation of my water heater. Work was done very professionally and clean. A wealth of knowledge as well as a detailed explanation of what was done. Very respectful and always asked if I had any questions throughout the install. Arrived on time which is a big plus. It was a pleasure meeting all of you guys and again Thanks for doing a great job!

I am so glad a friend recommended Patriot to me 6 years ago! We bought a new AC and furnace during a promo period of buy one get the other free sale. I have always bought the warranty, so I get my yearly checks “free”. We have had what we thought was a leak in our furnace and called patriot on a Sunday night at 9:00. They were at our house in an hour. The searched, scanned, and checked everything. Could not find anything wrong or detect any gas. They were at my house for more than an hour checking to make sure things were ok, and because we have the warranty, no charge! So thankful for Patriot heating and cooling. I have also recommended them to another friend, and they too purchased a new ac/ furnace from Patriot. I have nothing but great things to say about Patriot!!!

Friday July 4th 2025 5:30 p.m. and my A/C suddenly stopped and it's 93 degrees outside!

Called a few places and one gave me an appointment for Sunday-

Called a trusted neighbor who provided me with the Patriot Cooling referral and spoke with Angie to explain my dilemma.

Angie suggested checking the electrical breaker which I found was not tripped.

Angie then told me they could have a tech at our house between 8:30 and 10:30 on the 4th of July guaranteed...
I agreed and she said the tech would call when he was on the way.

Around 8:15 p.m. Austin from Patriot called with a 17 minute ETA.
Austin arrived and got right to work figuring out the issue very quickly.

The Run/Start Capacitor had gone bad.
Austin replaced the capacitor, checked the freon level and restarted the A/C!
By 9:15 p.m. we were cooling off.

In this day and age Customer Service and Response Time of this caliber are almost non-existent!

Based on our scenario we paid a very fair price for the worked performed on Friday evening after hours on the 4th of July.

Patriot Cooling saved the day and is now my GoTo for my HVAC needs.

Highly recommended.

Another company quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix our cooling system. I called Patriot for a second opinion. They not only arrived promptly but did a more thorough inspection of the system and were able to find the actual issue, walk me through it, and it was a fraction of the cost the first company quoted. I joined their VIP program the same day. They’ve come out and done our annual inspection and corrected other issues they’ve found. Everyone we’ve been in contact with has been incredibly polite and professional. Definitely my go to HVAC company going forward.

I had my dryer vent cleaned today by Dillon and Ryan from Patriot Heating & Cooling, and they were fantastic! They arrived on time, were professional and friendly. They did a thorough job and made sure everything was working safely and efficiently before they left. I highly recommend Patriot Heating & Cooling and their team!
