Mike came out on time and did a very thorough job on my furnace that they also installed 3 years ago

Woke up this morning and air was out. Called Docs right away as they are my go to for all my HVAC needs. Colton just put an air cleaner on and did great. Called their service and Mike called back right away. My son was able to come and replace the capacitor, so I didn’t need Docs this time. But there response and work is always great. Will keep using them

Honest, efficient, good team. Installed entire HVAC system in one day despite unintended error in their work order (one piece of the equipment was omitted). Error was immediately addressed, partial removal of new equipment already installed was accomplished, and all equipment reinstalled properly after missing part obtained. This required about 2 extra hours of their time, but they finished up with no complaints and hauled away all the used parts very nicely. Thanks, Jasper and Larry!

Always great service from start to finish. Andy got me an appt as soon as he could, but knowing my situation, when something opened up, he called to get me in sooner. Colton was on time and did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and gave me peace of mind that my AC was doing great. Doc's has been my "go to" since I moved into my house. Worth the cost to get reliable service and expertise!

Scheduling was easy, Colton is most professional, he was here when he said he’d be and kept me informed. Doc’s is my go-to!

Mike and Colton were great. What could have been a large repair / replace job was explained to me and Mike gave me options. After the part was fixed (saving me money) Colton did a fantastic job with the install. Couldn't be happier with these guys.

What I appreciate the most from Doc’s is the honest, knowledgeable team. These guys fixed my old air conditioner by diagnosing and replacing 1 part. I get another season out of my air conditioner because of Doc’s. And they replaced my furnace a couple years ago - affordable and reliable and local. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Docs is the best HVAC shop in the area. They have helped me with several challenging problems that have stumped other providers.

Doc's HVAC has been my go to for HVAC for a number of years. They are professional, on-time and courteous with great communication. They charge a fair price and do good work. One of the best home service companies out there. - I just read some other reviews that explained how they do the work that is needed without unnecessary upsells that you get from some of the larger companies run by investors. Mike is helpful and fair. He nursed our radiant heat pumps along for a couple of years and did not replace until it was necessary.

Knowledgable, professional, experienced, timely... will use again.

Did use again. update here. Bought new furnace/AC. Good price. great service. Had an issue and they came back immediately no questions asked & got it quiet as a mouse again... will use again again.

Colton did a great job installing the humidifier on our furnace! He was prompt, friendly, explained how to change the filter seasonally when he was done, and what possible spots to look for leaks since he tapped into the water. He wore booties and left everything clean!

After diagnosing my problem, Mike and his team went above and beyond in searching for a circuit board for an old packaged heating/cooling unit. The installation went quickly and my unit is now functioning without any problems.

Did an awesome job on my boiler. Two visits to tweak the settings and now it's working better than it had ever been. It's a great feeling to be warm again.
