I would highly recommend Patriot. My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. They were very prompt and professional. My pipes were starting to freeze and they were here to save the day. They got my furnace up and running just in time before my pipes broke. These guys are the best.Thank you very much.

Last week our furnace wouldn’t turn on and Patriot came right away to evaluate the problem. Unfortunately our 7 yr old furnace needed to be replaced and as painful as that was, Austin and Brian at Patriot made the process as painless as possible. Brian even had space heaters sent to our house to use until the heat was fixed. They truly went above and beyond, pricing was fair and they were able to install the next day. Highly recommend this company!

In the years we have had Patriot do our Heating and Cooling Service, we have always been pleased with our service. Erik was here today, and was so friendly and professional. That has been our experience with everyone there… from the phone to in person. They are always thorough as they explain the service they are completing, and options to improve our heating and cooling service, but they never make us feel pressure. We are very thankful for Patriot.

Very disappointed and proves out the stereotype of HVAC repair companies.

Patriot came out to perform seasonal maintenance on my furnace and my garage heater.  My furnace has been working great, even during the sub zero temperatures the house was nice and warm.  But I have always had an HVAC company come out and perform routine maintenance.  So I called Patriot.

The service tech appeared to do a great job.  Inspected the furnace, installed a new filter, cleaned and installed a new filter in the humidifier and inspected my garage heater.

Several hours after the technician left, my wife and I were sitting in our family room and realized that it was rather chilly in the house.  Checking the thermostat showed that the temperature was falling in the house.  Feeling the vents, only cool air was coming out.  Remember, MY FURNACE WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE THEY CAME OUT!

I called Patriot hoping they would come back out and fix the issue and was only able to leave a message on their voicemail service.  Which I found odd, since they claim to have a 24/7 response.  It is a full 30 hours later (at the time of this writing) and I have yet to hear from Patriot!!

After I called and since I know a few things about home repair, I inspected the furnace and noticed that a small tube that is used to regulate when the burners fire was unplugged!!!  There is no logical reason why a tech would unplug this tube since it would not fire the burners and the tech could not inspect the firing mechanisms from the furnace.

The only thing I can surmise is that the technician removed this so that the company can state I need a new furnace!

Trust is a big deal in the HVAC business because of the stereotypes that exist.  I have NO TRUST in this company.

Brian and his team at Patriot did a great job, from initial diagnosis of our a/c unit, to project planning our system replacement, the installation itself, and follow-up after project completion. He identified several issues with how our HVAC was set up to begin with, and offered a sensible solution for all of them. Patriot never tried to upsell us on anything, instead presented practical choices for our needs and budget, and provided very reasonable pricing for both the equipment and installation. Everything was explained to us in a detailed but clear fashion, and the Patriot team easily answered all of our questions. We were educated on how the system works, how to properly maintain everything, and how to optimize system settings for comfort and efficiency. The entire process, from initial call for service to replacement of several HVAC components, was surprisingly fast. Very highly recommended.

We have been very satisfied with this Company’s service. Our furnace broke on SuperBowl Sunday and Patriot set us up with space heaters for the night, checked in on us, and Nico and Louie were out first thing the next morning to replace the furnace. They were respectful, knowledgeable and polite. Really couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Thank you!

I would like to to start off by saying patriot saved the day!! My Heater went out and we have a New Born. It’s extremely COLD!! They brought their highly skilled Tech out who showed up same day and on time! He went straight to work and found that we had a bad motor. They had the part on their Van and made it easy to do a same day fix. My heater was working in No time!! Great company/ Great Price! I would recommend to my friends and family!!

Super impressed with Brian, Cody, Jeremy and the rest of the Patriot Family. We purchased a new furnace, AC and humidifier from Patriot and the install was very smooth. Probably the first mechanical contractor we’ve worked with who kept their word and never tried the bait and switch. Highly recommended!

Needed a new AC unit. Patriot came out within 2 days of calling. There was no upselling and within 2 days Sam, Dominik, and Dillon texted letting us know they would arrive shortly for the install. They were pleasant and fast with the installation. They cleaned as they worked and went over everything when they finished. Was a very quick friendly process!! Thanks guys.

So Monday we had our clean and check on our furnace. The technician came to the house from Patriot heating and cooling. Come to find out that we had a gas leak in the pipeline leading to the furnace, a gas leak in the furnace motor, and the heat exchanger was rusted and starting to Crack. Not good, was time to replace. The technician called his project manager, said he could be at our house in about an hour. Brian from Patriot showed up looked at the furnace gave us an estimate to replace the furnace, ac which was the same age, and the hot water heater which had a lot of sediment in the tank, plus leaking water lines. We agreed. Within 1.5 hours a crew of 5 showed up at the house and started to work, they removed the furnace and hot water heater, installed the new hot water heater, we had hot water later that night. The crew came back the next day and finished the job. Ac will get finished when temps allow. I can't say enough about Patriot heating and cooling, from the technician to the project manager to the crews that worked at the house. I would DEFINITELY recommend Patriot heating and cooling to anyone looking for service.

Brandon installed our ECOBEE thermostat. Very quick and kind! Gave us a step by step tutorial of the unit. Answered every question we had thoroughly. And made sure the water heater and furnace are working at their full capacity via settings. I would definately call again for their services!

We have been using Patriot for several years. Recently we needed to have our furnaces and hot water heater replaced. The team quickly was able to get us a competitive quote (we got a few) and they were able to install everything the next day. The install team was very professional and did a great job.

The team evaluated our need and were able to provide real world solutions that fit not inly our expectations, but made it possible on our budget. While we did have to have a new system installed, they were able to schedule it and complete the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone from the service team was polite, professional, and worked with urgency while still maintaining excellent quality. They did not leave until the entire job was completed and we are now enjoying a comfortable home again free from worry for years to come. I would recommend them to anyone that would listen.

If you want great service and a fair price check out Patriot Heating and Cooling. My furnace went out and I was going out of town the next day. They rearranged their schedule to send someone to my house the very day I called and had the furnace installed promptly. Their "all inclusive" price (no matter what problem they might find during installation) was such a relief for me because my house had issues! I would recommend PH&C to anyone in need of quality and prompt service.

Isn’t she beautiful?!? End of season air conditioner replacement couldn’t have gone better! Chris and his team did a great job! Impressed with the attention to detail and explanation after the install. They even removed a nonworking humidifier on the furnace that was probably causing heat issues last winter. Chris was always professional and patiently listened to my rants about life. Highly recommend Patriot heating and cooling!

Thank you to the guys at Patriot Heating and Cooling services. Just got my hot water heater replaced and they went above and beyond. Brandon and Nico installed the water heater and replaced the gas fittings and did an excellent job. Brandon called in Dom and Jose to check the attic to make sure there wasn’t a CO2 leak and they checked it all out and didn’t charge me anything additional. They gave me some tips on what might need to be done in the future. I feel very blessed to have found the great folks at Patriot to service our heating and cooling needs. We would highly recommend them.

I also wanted to mention and thank Erik who discovered the problem with the gas leak in the hot water heater. All is good now and we are very thankful to the team at Patriot!

We've been using Patriot since we bought our home three years ago, they came highly recommended by the previous home owner. We've used Patriot to purchase/install a new furnace and hot water heater. Shout out to Brian who helped with both! We also subscribe to their routine maintenance programs. Each time we interact with Patriot employees they are polite, transparent, respectful of property and time and highly communicative. Just tonight, I placed an after hours service call and ten minutes later two technicians were at my house and fixed the issue. Great people, products and service. Definitely recommend.
