They do not sell to the public. They only sell to contractors. I wasted my time driving all the way over there in the snow for nothing!

Do not come here with semi truck its very hard to back up at the dock. They didn't even won't to ask the owner of the car to move the car.

Terrible place told me over the phone had my part,after a 40 minute drive I get there and they tell me they don't have it. The guy never even looked.

Great staff and great prices, if they dont have it there distribution warehouse is only 15 min away.

I had a real problem..my furnace inductor motor was shot! Today was the last day anyone would be open until after Christmas. So basically I would have no heat for 4 days over Christmas. I called the emergency # and Tony came in after hours just to let me pick up the motor I needed. He went above and beyond for me. I cannot thank him enough. Because of him my Christmas will be warm instead of a winter wonderland inside my home.

Johnstone is not my regular supply house, but I do have an account with them and use them from time to time. Johnstone is great because they usually have that oddball part that many of the local competitors do do nor carry. Plus, if my local Joliet branch doesn’t have what I need, the new Joliet Distribution Center for Johnstone Supply always will have what I need.

Top supply shop around. Always has called in orders ready and have what we need in stock. If not they have an alternative to get it done.

In the end, the guys (and gals) from Best Comfort made the best out of a bad situation. The techs showed consistent integrity in the face of a complicated furnace repair/replacement. Brian did a great job installing the furnace and went above and beyond by coming back a few hours later to troubleshoot an additional issue. Trey was equally as helpful, making multiple trips and phone calls himself. The folks at Best Comfort have customer service at the forefront of their work and really go above and beyond.

We were happy to find a company close by to replace our whole system. We knew it was going to be an investment seeing how expensive it might be to do so. We had our system replaced approximately 4 years ago. Knowing it was a complete new unit we thought we’d be all set and wouldn’t have to worry about it for a while. Well we were wrong.. 2 years in we started to have an issue.. of course we figured we have a 10yr warranty that would cover to problem to my surprise wrong again apparently it didn’t so on top of the $6+k we had spent on the unit we had to pay another $300+ to have that issue fixed something about a wire replacement. Nobody initially told us that we lose out warranty if we don’t pay for a yearly maintenance/cleaning. And I don’t see that stated on the contract either now sure if it’s a new thing or not. Either way that should clearly be made aware to the buyer when purchasing. Worst part is coming to find out by another certified technician that we were sold the cheapest unit available and was definitely not worth the 6k we paid for. No wonder it’s breaking down on us so quick. Overall very disappointed we have to be dealing with this issue. And now have to pay more $$ to fix what ever is wrong with it now.

Trey and his team did a wonderful job installing a new Goodman Furnace and AC unit. Best Comfort Heating and Cooling was very responsive after our 16+ year old AC unit went down. The new unit works great and is much more quiet than the old one. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Trey!

Best service all around! My air conditioner went out in the evening on a hot Sept.1st Labor Day weekend. Not knowing who I should call, I began searching online for a company that was close to my home and thta had good reviews, I found Best Comfort and decided to call and glad I did. The lady who answered my call said the tech would be dispatched to my home between 8:30pm and 9:30pm. Just prior to 8:30, the tech, Roger, called and said he was on his way. He promptly arrived at 8:30, assessed the unit, replaced the part, checked the freon level and was gone in less than 25 min. I could not be happier with the speed of service, the professionalism that Roger exhibited, and the quickness of the repairs. Cannot thank you folks enough! That is truly great customer service!

Trey came out the same day, within an hour or so, and repaired the problems we were having with our furnace. The furnace has been working wonderfully since repaired.
He was very friendly and informative regarding furnace and heating questions.
He spent time answering all of the questions we had.
Would definitely use Best Comfort again in the future, should we have any heating or cooling problems.
Highly recommended!
