Very impressive...I called and within the hour Scott arrived. I hoped just a bad capacitor was needed. He quickly diagnosed and luckily it was in fact a faulty cap. In 30 mins he has the AC compressor working again and was both friendly and professional. The cost was extremely fair and reasonable especially for such immediate service. I will surely recommend J&A to family and friends. Thank you very much!

The installation was seamless. The installer’s were professional, respected our home, very clean and any mess they may have made was cleaned up before they left the house. Including my family, we have been customers of Johansen & Anderson for over 50 years and that will continue for years to come.

Of course my furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year. The technician was knowledgeable while troubleshooting the reason my furnace wasn't working properly. The repair was in the circuit board. The tech. went to the business and picked up a circuit board, not sure if it would be compatible. The option if it didn't work was full replacement maybe by Wed. due to the holiday the next 2 days. God Bless it did work. Thanks we have been nice and warm since. You are the best!!!

This is my first internet review ever. The service I received today from Tony and Jason was so exceptional that I won’t consider calling anyone else in the future. We had another company come out on Tuesday for our yearly clean and check. They claimed to have found a gas leak, shut down our furnace, and then left us with outrageous quotes for repair or replacement and a cold house. I knew we needed a 2nd opinion and a coworker recommended Johansen & Anderson. Tony’s quote for a replacement furnace was thousands less than the other company. He also sent Jason out to confirm a gas leak before proceeding with replacing the furnace. Jason checked for a gas leak and any other major issues. Ultimately, he didn’t find a leak and recommended that we NOT replace our furnace at this time. Who does that these days? I can’t thank you guys enough for your integrity!

Our air conditioned recently stopped working, had another HVAC company come out and quote me $3,000 for a repair, then recommended I replace the entire system. I opted to get another opinion from J&A, turns out all I needed was a new fuse - drastically less expensive. I would recommend the professionalism and honesty of J&A to anyone!

My air conditioner on the outside of my house wouldn’t stop running. It was after 5:00pm on September 2, 2023.
I called Johansen and Anderson regarding the problem.
They relayed the message to the service technician on duty Luis. He called me within 2 minutes after I hung up from the
Emergency phone service. Luis said he could come right over. He was here in a half hour. He was very professional, polite, and fixed the problem in no time at all. He made sure the air was turned on and turned off before he left. We used the air conditioner the next day and had been running fine ever since he left.
Luis deserves a raise for the excellent service he provided.

From the moment I called them needing service/replacement of my furnace I received exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to help me when my furnace went out and could not have gotten better service anywhere. I decided to replace my furnace after having many issues with it and opted to replace the AC unit at same time. They came out the very next day after confirming I was going to give them my business to install, which was great because my heat was out. They did not want to leave me without heat and adjusted their schedule to help me. The install lasted all day, 9-7pm as my units to be replaced were quite old and entailed a lot of work. The two men doing the install worked the entire time and did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful and I highly recommend them as a company. The pricing was also much better than another company I had quote the same job, they were almost half the price for the same equipment! I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to use Johansen and Anderson!

So I have had my second install of a new furnace and ac unit from Johansen and Anderson today at my new house. My experience was every bit of as good as my first one! Again they came right out, but this time for my old (28 years old!!) ac unit dying. Unfortunately since it was so old, there was no repairing it and needed a new one. I decided to get a new furnace at same time since that was also 28 years old.

J and A was able to come out within days to install and completed the job in less than 8 hours! They did a great job and were very pleasant. They also cleaned up everything afterwards. I am very happy to continue having Johansen and Anderson come for my hvac needs and will keep doing so due to my great experiences!

When Travis arrived he was professional yet friendly and made me feel comfortable allowing him in our house
He was very thorough. In checking and cleaning our furnace and was able to answer all the questions I asked
I used to have Four seasons until they told me they couldn’t come check my A/C, that wasn’t working a few years back on the extremely hot days, for 5 days and we had their maintenance contract.
I will recommend Johansson and Anderson to everyone. They showed up the same day we called them and fixed the problem w/o trying to sell us a new unit

The rep was prompt and very professional. He performed the inspection and necessary adjustments, plus changed our filter for us. We joined the plan for 2x per year for AC inspection as well. We had had the same contact in our area for over 20 years and he died last May. We felt lost at first but now feel we have good competent people to do this maintenance for us! Thank you!

The technician was very professional and friendly. Evan has been here before for hvac inspections and excellent every time. Yohansen and Anderson is a respected service that you can really count on to do the best work.

Made appointment and tech was on time on day of. Johansen and Anderson called to let me know tech was on his way. Tech did a thorough job of cleaning and checking everything on furnace was working properly. He did great job of explaining things. Very Happy.

My tech today was Evan. He explained everything I needed to know about my AC unit repair, gave me options and some maintenance tips. My experience with scheduling the appointment was great too. Very helpful over the phone. Highly recommend.

I do not comment on service often, but I'd like to let the man know who came out on 08/02/2024 @ 1130pm that we apolgize for inconveniencing you. We were relying on the company's "any day, any hour" advertising to not only provide a quality service but a professional presence. The customer server rep was very helpful but the service technician was less than desirable. The moment my husband spoke to him on the phone, he relayed in a disgusted manner that "god, i gotta get dressed to come to your house" and then upon his arrival the short, irritated, and uninformed responses were very off putting. To feel that we are an inconvenience for a service we are paying for is a pure failure in cutomer service. Our experience tonight has been a determining factor in our future service needs.

I was very disappointed by what happened with this company. I called for a quote for a new A/C. When the service guy came out, he told me that there was no problem with my current A/C and that they could come back again in a month to check it. I was charged $160 for the “service call” despite no work being done and not getting my quote.

As a young woman who is a homeowner, I know that it’s easy to try to manipulate people in my position. I was disappointed that this happened to me. Do better.

When we moved into our home over 4 years ago, we "inherited" a fairly new furnace and AC unit. We've never had to maintain these before. Everyone I've dealt with has been excellent. They're always on time and explain what they do and answer questions. I'd totally recommend them to anyone.

Johansen & Anderson fully met all expectations in scheduling and executing this most recent annual HVAC maintenance. But I question their business sense in requesting customers post reviews on a platform that requires signing in to google. I recently made the mistake of using google instead of Duck-Duck-Go to research pet accessories and am now constantly pestered by targeted ads even though I bought everything I needed and do not need more.

I have used J&A 3 times now for a/c cleaning, and 2x for seasonal furnace check ups. Very punctual, polite, professional!! Will continue to use them. May not be the cheapest around, but for this you get what you pay, very thorough! Update Nov. 2023 same great service, and when they do the job, they are thorough!! Travis is excellent!!
