Great service! Our furnace died during this cold weather. Called Lockwood Furnace and they had someone out to our house in 3 hours. Loaned us heaters and had our new furnace and AC installed in 48 hours, nasty working conditions outside for the guys but that did not interfere with their expertise and dedication in getting the job done. I have used Lockwood on several houses over the past 15-20 years for replacement, repairs and maintenance. They have always been absolutely wonderful. I called on a Sunday to schedule service for a Monday and spoke with their answering service. The service told me they would call me first thing Monday morning to schedule an actual appointment. Monday morning, shortly after Lockwood opened they called to schedule. They were very accommodating for my schedule and gave me a window that they would be there. Before my technician arrived I received a call that Jeff was on his way. Jeff arrived and was so great! He walked me through everything he was doing and answered any and all questions I had about the process and what all the parts actually did. Jeff had a bit of a struggle to figure out what was wrong between my non-working thermostat, AC Unit and furnace. But he was able to figure it out and get me up and running in about two hours. Jeff was the absolute best!

I hired Lockwood Furnace after having several technicians come to the house to provide free estimates. I honestly expected a lower quality of product, and customer service, when the price quoted is almost $1k lower then the nearest competitors quote for similar equipment/ services. I was pleasantly surprised!

Not only did I save on the cost, but Lockwood also spent the time to walk me through the financing process, contacted me prior to the installation to walk me through what to expect, and followed up after to ensure I didn’t have any questions or experiencing any issues.

I would never wish the headache associated with furnace/AC repair or replacement on anyone, I would strongly recommend Lockwood to anyone finding themselves in need of an affordable, quality, and honest furnace/ AC technician.

Bob Swanson came out and gave me a estimate on a new central air and furnace. He was very thorough and thoughtful, thank you! Andy and Patrick installed the new units and they were amazing. I could not say enough good things about this company. They are a very professional company and trustworthy.

My original furnace was beginning to exhibit its age (22 years) so I knew it was time to update the system. I gave Lockwood Furnace a call and Bob came out a few days later to look over my current system (which was originally installed by Lockwood when the home was built) and give me a quote on a new heating and AC unit install. He answered all of my questions and explained the installation process. I had a quote emailed to me by the end of the day. After review, I emailed back that I wanted to go ahead and schedule an install appointment.
The office called back and told me it would be a 1.5-2 day install. We set up the dates.
The installers, Andy and Terrence, arrived on time. Andy explained that they would finish the furnace install first and come back the next day to finish up with the AC install and tie up any loose ends. After everything was installed and checked, Andy took me through the new furnace features, explained how to set the humidity level, change the filters, and program the new thermostat.
From start to finish, everyone I dealt with has been professional and courteous. The install crew cleaned up their work area and let me know that I would be contacted in the Spring for someone to come out and calibrate the AC system properly.
My new system has been installed for only a week but I can already feel the difference throughout the house.

I bought my home in Kendall Ridge about 20 years ago and have dealt with Lockwood since then I have used them for semi-annual maintenance and any needed repair work and my AC and furnace have lasted 19 years. Called Lockwood for furnace repairs a couple years ago. Repairs were made and furnace has worked great since. We were told we should consider replacing the unit because it was no longer made and parts were hard to get. We called them back for the estimate when we were ready to replace the furnace. We did not get any other estimates because of previous experience with them. Had the work done a couple weeks ago and as with the repairs, everyone was polite, professional, and work was done in a neat and timely manner. Would definitely recommend Lockwood Furnace.

Lockwood Furnace did an excellent job. The installer's had a long day. I got furnace an air conditioner installed. They had to replace 30 years old equipment. They had to do some fabrication with the duck work. AND REPLACE ALOT OF ELECTRIC. THANKS GUYS . YOUR THE BEST.

I will say this I have been a loyal customer with Lockwood since the building of my home in 2004 and I will continue being such because of technicians like Matt who visited me on 6/23/23. He provided me with so much information regarding our current air conditioning unit that i am considering replacing both the furnace and air conditioning units. He was extremely professional and friendly and explained to me everything he was doing and how to get my units replaced. I really enjoyed his visit. I told him that all the information he provided he sold me on looking at getting my units replaced immediately. Thanks for sending him to my home what a really nice young man.

We've trusted Lockwood for 20 years since moving in our home. Always honest and trustworthy. We recently were in a dilemma where our furnace and water heater needed replacing immediately around Christmas. They gave us a great deal and replaced our central air unit as well. Bob helped us with an estimate of what it would cost to replace our current air conditioning/furnace system, and was very patient and helpful in answering questions about compatibility and the change in refrigerants that's coming. Jeff came out and cleaned our furnace and really put in the extra effort in explaining exactly what he was doing as well as answering questions about how much longer our system could realistically be expected to last. Lockwood Furnace is an old school business that understands that the experience and professionalism of their technicians is the lifeblood of the business, and it really shows.

Our 55 year-old furnace quit recently during the coldest weather so far this winter. We reached out to Lockwood for a replacement furnace and AC. Their installation manager came out and we Received an estimate the same day. Their lead installer, Andy and his helper were very courteous and professional. They exceeded all expectations for this project, including overcoming additional challenges, discovered once the Old furnace was removed. They even removed the old 4’x4’x6” reinforced concrete pad from the old AC condenser. That weighed over 300 pounds. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work provided for this project. We highly recommend Lockwood for any HVAC needs!
