Chris was very efficient, professional, and courteous. He was friendly but got right to work. No time wasted. Kept work area neat and clean. Office scheduling staff is always helpful and kind. Pricing is set up to help us have our appliances checked on a regular basis which keeps them working at maximum efficiency. Pleasure to work with PDM.

Great customer service. They were able to send a tech quickly and take care of the issue I had with my water heater. Brad the technician was professional from start to finish explaining everything. I am very satisfied with the work done and I highly recommend PDM to get your work done.

The plumber who came out was excellent and did a solid job on the initial repair. Unfortunately, the company’s office experience was the opposite. A week later, when I noticed water in the same area and tried to schedule a follow-up under warranty, the scheduler (Kristine) became defensive, confrontational, and dismissive when I simply asked about timing. She explicitly told me to expect a 1:30 appointment, then abruptly called at 11 a.m. demanding I be ready immediately. When I reminded her of the original time, she raised her voice, vented frustrations that sounded like internal company issues, and gave a backhanded apology. I ultimately canceled because I did not want to be spoken to this way.

It’s unfortunate because I would have gladly continued with the same plumber. But customer service is just as important as the repair, and the way I was treated made me decide not to do business with them again. It’s also worth noting that they require customers to keep a full credit card number on file, which is not a very safe practice nowadays.

PDM service rep Chris Spotofora is efficient, and polite. Chris has done a variety of services for us over the years, sump pumps, furnace, air conditioning. He is a fantastic person and repairman. We do not look forward to problems, but when we have a need we look forward to Chris stopping by to fix our equipment problems. Chris and PDM has provided excellent service to us for several years.

I love their company.I've been using them for years.I moved to my house in two thousand seventeen, and this month makes eight years and they just moved my wash and dryer downstairs to my basement.It was amazing and they did such a good job.There's a worker named brad there and c j.They did amazing

Chris and Mike came out today to replace my furnace that has been in my house since 1988. Theses 2 men did amazing work. From start to finish they were clean organized and friendly. New furnace is working great hopefully it will last another 32 years.

Someone came out to assess the shower, they had to have another person come out the next day and look at it, then they said they needed to research it, left and I haven't heard back since. This was Friday, I will see if anyone will call on Monday.

PDM is absolutely awesome!!! They’ve been servicing I and my wife’s home and business for a few years now and they only seem to get better! They listen to your concerns and work to accommodate the most reasonable solution. If you’re looking for honesty and integrity call PDM they haven’t been in business since 1885 for nothing they are proven and trust worthy! Their tech Cris is the Best!!!

Chris seemed knowledgeable and experienced. He explained how he approached quoting my HVAC replacement in a way that was easy to understand and appreciate.

Very nice service tech but I am not sure what we payed for.. Paid $231.00 for about 5 minutes of time and told "it could be your injector pump but it looks like its working but I have one and can replace it for $1200 right now to see if that works" or maybe your septic needs emptying... emptied septic, problem still there, pump is running but water still backing up.. not sure what the problem is. do we need a new injector or not, do we pay 1200 and maybe it fixes it?

I had a minor urgent plumbing problem & I didn’t know where to turn. PDM were the only ones who’d rearrange their schedule to squeeze me in. From the beginning they were prompt, professional & kept me abreast of the work they were doing. My house is older & they found outdated pipes & potential hazards down the road. I was so happy with their work I signed up for their membership & they have come out & checked out my furnace. We had one pricing difference on a project. Jake & I discussed the issue. Although we disagreed he was always cordial with me & in the end refunded the amount in question. I believe that to be fair business to go along with the excellent service they provided. Btw, I just had PDM install a new hot water heater!

Chris was very thorough in inspecting our furnace and getting it ready for the winter heating season. Explained what he was doing and why it was important to do it. I appreciated his patience and sincere effort to get the job done right.

I have a rheem water heater that was sounding an alarm. I got their number from the Rheem website. I called them needing a sensor replaced (rheem sent me the part for free) and I needed an electronic annode rod installed (I supplied the part)

The tech was very polite and professional and spent about 90 minutes here, most of that time on the phone with rheem figuring out where the part went.

When he was Done he informed me that he did not have a socket extension long enough to install the annode rod and would have to reschedule.

The charge to install the sensor was $518.

A few days later they called to schedule the annode rod installation. I asked if she could give me a cost to do it and she said normally it would be $495 but that they would use a coupon to get it to $445.

So almost a thousand dollars to install 2 parts that they didn't even need to supply? That's crazy!

Chris is truly the best! Our boiler heat wasn't kicking on, and he expedited his trip out here to figure out the issue, and get the house nice and toasty in no time! He was efficient, kind, and problem solved the issue with ease. We look forward to seeing him again in the spring when we switch back to AC!

We are very pleased with the work PDM performed installing our new hot water tank. Less than 24 hours after our initial call, the old tank was gone and new one was in place. Brad and CJ were very polite. Brad ensured any questions we had were answered promptly.

Without a doubt, PDM is the best plumbing and HVAC service company in our area. We are so grateful to Brad and CJ for their quick, professional, and thorough response to our hot water tank needs. Jake worked behind the scenes to make sure all parts and supplies were provided to Brad and CJ. PDM is a great company, without a doubt.

Worst service ever cheap comes with a price.
No atrention to detail .Tried to call for a service call and neither owner or his wife return calls. They worried about the batting cages first then hvac in a place they dont even own. Why do u think he have bad reviews!!
