I have used PDM for years and the service is always great. I had a number of repair jobs this time and Anthony tackled them all quickly and very professionally. He also took the time to explain everything to my husband (who learned a few plumbing tips!)
Anthony is a great guy who is very professional as well as incredibly pleasant! I would highly recommend PDM! They always come through for me!

PDM is the best! They came out the same day and took care of our issue right away - no waiting for parts, no delays. Pete is generally who comes to our house and he is THE best; knowledgeable, professional, and so nice.

Anthony from PDM is excellent. He is professional, very knowledgeable, experienced and kind. He showed up when he said he would, he diagnosed, and repaired our air conditioner, promptly and efficiently. There was no pressure sales which made us comfortable and making our decision. He was appropriately dressed and very respectable. We would hire him again and again. Thank you Anthony. And thank you PDM for having such skilled and kind people.

I have used PDM for years for HVAC and sump pump services. After this last visit I am done with them.
My wife called them for a service call on our boiler and set up an appointment that fir their schedule. On the scheduled date, no one showed up. My wife called the office and the lady that answered told her that that day was not our scheduled date. They told us that that day was when they would be at our house. We did not pick the date.
So a new date was scheduled. On the new date the technician that came had very little experience with boilers. He pointed out a few things, took pictures and said that he would have Chris write up an estimate for the work he suggested and/or a new boiler. Three weeks later after we had called twice regarding the estimate PDM called us and said that they were sending an estimator to our house.
The estimator came out, took pictures, asked questions about what the first technician had said and what was suggested. I advised him of all that was mentioned. I also told him that Chris had all of the information. He said he would have to speak with Chris.
It has now been 3 weeks again and not a word from PDM.
This is terrible customer service from a company that has been around for over 100 years.
I am done with PDM. They have lost my business and I will not ever recommend them to anyone.

It's funny, two days after I posted my review on Google I finally received the estimate that I had been waiting for, for over a month.
No, PDM will not be doing any work in my home.

Mr. Moon came out to fix a leak in my church's boiler piping. Much of the pipe was hidden under a concrete slab floor. Mr. Moon methodically evaluated my system and solved the problem with his vast experience. He was very professional as he brought to my attention additional items that affected the system that needed more attention.
Everything is running fine now and thankyou PDM for your integrity.

John Moon is always a prompt, friendly and most knowledgeable professional. I know I can count on him to make the correct diagnosis and solve the problem. He has completed a variety of work at our house and we have always been very pleased.

I contacted PDM after an estimate from another company I felt was too high for the repair needed. The friendliness of the lady in the office (sorry, but I can't remember her name) when I first talked with, who apologized for having to reschedule my repair, but she made sure that I was the first job of the day. Now that is great customer service! To John who came to fix my leak. He was on time, very professional and he repaired the leaking valve quickly. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be giving my business to PDM.

Brennon Ellis of PDM service my furnaces for a clean and check. He did a very thorough inspection. A sensor in one of the units was bad, which he replaced to avoid any future problem. Very happy with his expertise!

I had my furnace and A/C unit replaced in 2012 by PDM. Since then, every spring and fall a very qualified PDM technician arrives to perform a clean and check of the system to ensure that all components are working properly. Nothing has ever malfunctioned in over 12 years. Brennon Ellis was here today (09/08/2025) to perform a clean and check on the heating system. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He completed the inspection very efficiently. I spent a little time watching him work. I was very impressed. He really knows his job.

PDM Plumbing and Dan were AMAZING! I feel like he went above and beyond what he had to. If I could give above a 5 star rating, I would. We also got a couple of other quotes and in our case, they were the most affordable. Great work!! Highly recommend!!

Dan is always very professional and does the right work for the current issue. He’s helped us out on multiple calls and we feel like we can trust him. Another thing, he shows up with a great attitude. Thanks to Dan and PDM!

He came yesterday to possible fix the sprayer, but had to order a new one instead. He just left after installing it which took a minute or two. However, the cost was a bit much but I'm guessing labor was included. Can't imagine the part being that expensive!

Excellent Service, they made provisions to repair my furnace (Boiler) the same day because we had no heat.

After 18 years of faithfully cooling my home, the central AC unit came down with a terminal mechanical condition….. very sad.
Never fear! PDM responded promptly and their tech, Chris Spotafora, resuscitated my AC , A MIRACLE! until a new unit could be installed. Timely, price competitive and knowledgeable!!!

Excellent service. I’m putting my house on the market and had several plumbing issues that needed to be resolved. They did a great job getting everything done. PDM is prompt, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend

John arrived promptly. Problem was identified and repair initiated. Post repair checks were performed with no more leaking.
Quote was requested for an ejector pump replacement. Price was satisfactory and a service call will be placed for work in the near future.

It has taken me a while to write this review as I am on “retirement time” but as I am sitting in my very comfortable air conditioned home when it has been so many days of 90 degrees it prompted me to write the review. In April I tested my ac to find it did not work so I contacted PDM and Kristina (always polite and professional) scheduled Dan to come out. It was a very old unit so I didn’t want to put a band-aid on it and opted to replace the furnace and ac. Dan and Mike came and replaced both in one day, great team work! Kudos to all at PDM, no wonder this company has been around so long!
