Friendly customer service representative made scheduling service easy. Evan, the technician that performed the inspection and cleaning of our furnace was professional, personal, and thorough. We are very happy that we chose Johansen & Anderson and will continue to work with them in the future.

On a Saturday night I called J & A because of a referral of a senior I helped many times. She suggested I call them because they were reasonable compared to the others that tried to sell her more than she needed!

When Jason called me back a short time later, he said it might only be a compressor. I ask roughly how much and he said an earlier job was $950. I asked when can you come and was elated to find out the next day late morning but early afternoon the latest. AND ON FATHER'S DAY TOO!!! Even though Jason is a cool dad himself, he makes sure other dads are COOL TOO!!! 🥶

When you think of Jason and Heating & A/C you can think of a lot of scary things of someone coming to hurt you! This Jason at J & A doesn't hide behind a mask and you will feel blessed that he is around year round and not out to TRICK just TREAT you the BEST whenever you need him!!! The part for mine turned out to be less TOO!!!

Had a new furnace and a/ c installed. Everything went perfect with the install. The installers were on time and extremely efficient . We couldn’t have been more pleased with J & A.. also had a hot water heater installed on the same day. The cost of the project was exactly what was quoted.

The technician that came to clean the furnace was excellent. He was very professional , efficient, and friendly. Great job! My parents (this was their house) had been very satisfied customers of Johansen and Anderson for many years and I am carrying on with the tradition. I will call them for all my heating and a/c needs.

The Service Technician arrived on time and got right to work. He asked me what had happened that prompted me to call, then thoroughly checked out my furnace and fixed the problem. He then cleaned the furnace and ran it through a heating cycle. Thanks for the excellent service!

The installation was scheduled fast and the crew finished the job in a very clean and timely manner. Tony and his crew kept me informed during the whole process and we couldn’t be happier.

My furnace, that I purchased from Johansen & Anderson, is still new but I want to maintain it to keep it running in top shape.
Evan was my Technician. He was a very polite young man. My furnace is in a "room" outside. It was foggy and drizzling, but for once is was a very mild 51°. Evan cleaned and checked every component, and made sure the settings were still set correctly. He also checked for any gas leaks (there were none). I always worry about that, because I live in a Condo built 1978.
My parents always called Johansen & Anderson for their furnace/AC maintenance. So, I'm following my father's advice, quote "Go with them, they know what they're doing and you can trust them. Others may be a little less expensive, but it's because they don't do quality inspections and work, and that'll cost you MORE in the long-run." Thanks for the great advice Dad ❤️

5 star experience. Needed an inducer fan to replace the rattling one preventing the furnace from operating. I didn't realize local parts stores were wholesale only. Not a problem but it was -10 F and I needed heat for my family. I was recommended to try J and A as that they sell parts direct. Walked in thinking I would get a run-around since it was a busy weekend and day, but Dennis and Joe were very helpful. They heard me out, I showed them the part and they had it ready in a few hours. This is the second time my family relied on Johansen. Both their service call repair quality and customer service has always been helpful, reasonable and respectful. We are a family customer for life.

My home is not in their normal service area. They were able to get to me within 2 hours of my call. They finished the repair in a timely manner. I had two technicians in my home. They were polite and personable.

Our a/c went out at 2am on July 4th. Our usual place no longer does 24/7 service. We called around. Waited for call backs. One place wouldn't come out until Saturday. I remembered the J&A jingle from WJOL and we gave them a call. The guy called back within 5 minutes and they were out at 11am and took care of the problem. Very happy with the service.

A Great Company ! The installation went very well .The three Men were. Amazing , They did a Beautiful Job and and. Explained everything as they went along,Explained to. I received 3 quotes for replacement of my furnace. Their quote was very competitive and they were able to complete the job before others. The 2 employees that installed the unit were friendly and professional. Ductwork modifications were needed and the work that was done looks top notch. Highly recommended if you need HVAC work done.

Today was another 5⭐️ furnace check up experience with a Johansen & Anderson HVAC technician. Every tech has done an outstanding job and they’ve all been very polite plus on top of cleaning up. My first experience with this company was in 2019. From the sale, installation, and the cleaning they’ve been absolutely awesome!! They’ve been around forever and it’s a no brainer why.

I had just purchased my home 5 days earlier when my furnace stopped working and, of course, it was a Saturday....freezing cold. I called my "old" furnace company and was told there was no one available. It was 48 degrees in my brand new "used" home. I contacted Johansen and Anderson and within 10 minutes I was contacted by their technician and 30 minutes later he was here. Long story short, I did need a new furnace, but I have never been treated so well by everyone on their entire staff. What was an unfortunate case, turned out well. I would not hesitate to recommend Johansen and Anderson. They did an excellent job!

Johansen & Anderson were wonderful to work with. They came out and gave us an Estimate. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They put plastic down the stairs and carpets to keep everything clean. The air conditioning is really quiet works great! I would definitely recommend! Thank you Tony, Sean, and Joe!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this HVAC company was frustrating from start to finish. They showed up late to the appointment, didn’t communicate the delay, and once they finally arrived, the technician seemed rushed and uninterested in actually diagnosing the problem.

They “fixed” my AC, but it stopped working again the same night. When I called back to get help, I was put on hold multiple times and told the earliest they could return was several days later—even though I had just paid for the repair. No sense of urgency, no apologies, nothing.

To make things worse, the final bill was higher than the quote I was given, with extra fees that weren’t explained upfront. I ended up going to a different company who solved the issue in one visit.

I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. Poor communication, low-quality service, and unclear pricing.
