I highly recommend Ahmad for any appliance repair you need. The oven igniter on my Whirlpool stove burned out and Ahmad came by to fix it 5 minutes after I called him. Very affordable and finished the repair in about 15 minutes.

I was charged service call twice with nothing was repaired. $130 Total
1st time electricity was down so he couldn't even check oven. Came back 2nd time he looked at the oven and said it will cost $300 to fix. I bought used one on FB for $40.. I don't know how you can justify $130 charge with no work done at all! He called it service call fee, but no service was done and the 1st time unfortunately Electricity was down. $50 would be more than fair. I still paid $130 but will never use him again.

I had two projects at home that needed repairs. One was a Clothes Dryer and other an upright Freezer- both had stopped working.
I called on Friday evening. Phone was answered on the second call. The owner(Mr Ahmad)himself came to inspect the appliances on the next day (Saturday). Both machines required parts which were available in his car. In about one hours both of my appliances were working perfectly. The charges were very reasonable.
I would call this company again and would strongly recommend it to any other person who needs help in taking care of his home appliance/equipment.

Called to report a refrigerator not cooling properly and the technician arrived very quickly and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. It was a bad Condenser Cooling Fan. After securing a replacement part locally; the refrigerator was back up and running in minutes. Good professional service at a reasonable price. Will use again for future appliance repair issues.

Our upright freezer did not appear to be working, so I quickly Googled “appliance repair” and Suburban Appliance Repair popped up. I explained the issue we were having and, much to my surprise, I was told that he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. This was at 5:30 PM on a Thursday night. I couldn’t believe he was going to come out right away, but I was very thankful. Right before he arrived, I discovered that it was actually an electrical issue, not a problem with our freezer.

I apologized for having him waste his time, but thanked him for making the trip out. He still tested the outlet and told me what the likely issue was. So now I know what to tell an electrician to look for.

Even though he ended up not doing any work for me, I would highly recommend this company. He clearly knows how to treat customers the right way. I will not hesitate to call him in the future, should the need arise.

Recently put a new roof on workers came promptly at 630 and answered any questions we had on the problem areas. Good price on the total job. Would suggest for future jobs

Room addition:
6 windows installed poorly. Never given the manufacturer or warranty. Windows don't work. Not caulked outside. Flys actually come inside. Can't lock
Dry wall was terrible. Took 3 days for contractors to tape.
Dry wall covered ceiling light outlet.
Used wrong nails on outside cedar siding. Not galvanized so stained wood

Excellent service. Had them come out same day and they fixed kitchen wate pipe issue. Explained everything and works great

This is not a licensed plumbing contractor or licensed plumber at all with the state of IL. Anyone who is doing so is doing so illegally.

Took the day off of work so that A1 could come and replace a hose spigot in the backyard. Appointment was at 4:00. Changed to 4:00 - 4:30, changed to 5:30 - 5:45. No show and no call as of 7:20, I take it not coming. I wish I could send them a bill for the hours I missed at work.

I was replacing the faucets on a few sinks in my house and ran into a little trouble. I couldn't get some of the hoses of the old faucets and wanted to replace a pedestal sink that was outdated. Alan came out and turned a headache for me into a easy task for him. I am very pleased at the work that was performed and found a plumber that I would recommend to anyone.
