Dan M saves us after hours and we are extremely grateful. Our basement was flooding bad and he got there very quick and got the new pump running within minutes. Trailblazer is A1 service.

Dan installed a whole house water filter
Did an excellent job and did it very quickly

Dan M. from Trail Blazer installed my water softener system Nov 2023 did an awesome job and explained the device function very well. Coincidentally Dan returned Nov 2025 to test my Back flow device. Explained the function and it's purpose. Also went out of his way to check in on my Water softer. Overall been happy with Trail Blazer. I highly recommend!

Trailblazer did plumbing for me 2 years ago that failed recently. I called in the middle of the night to see if I could get them out in the morning and was told they were booked. I stated it was their repair that failed and that I had a medically fragile person in the home and no water. They stated they would send an urgent message. Two days later no phone call from them. Luckily I was able to call another company who came out first thing in the morning and took care of the problem. They were very surprised with the response I had received from Trailblazer Plumbing. They have lost my business.

Dan came over as scheduled, and was great. Very easily diagnosed the problem, and quickly repaired it. Went above and beyond cleaning up the area as well and making sure it worked as expected

It was pleasure to work with Trailblazer plumbing! Our initial inspection of our water softener, with quote and recommendations, was done by Dan; he sat with me, took the time to review all of our options, and answer questions. The softener install was done by Chris & Mike. Chris was very thorough, reviewed the plan, and updated me along the way—very personable. The team at Trailblazer that answers the calls is very efficient and the quick response to my initial call, questions, and changing of the initial scheduled date is appreciated. We will be using Trailblazer plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!

Dan M. Was such a fantastic cool guy! Came in and we ended up giving him more work than planned but he did an excellent job! Totally recommend him! He completed 2 drains, 2 faucets, and toilet! We are very happy with the work!

I had sewage backing up into my basement. I made a scheduled appointment and in the last 30 minutes of the appointment window they canceled and said they couldn't come out for a week, leaving me with no plumber and a worsening sewage backup.

I found another local plumbing company who came out the same day I called and I will be giving them my business going forward.

I wouldn't have posted this review if the company didn't contact me 3+ times to ask me to leave a review after my "appointment."

This was an after hours service call need for a leaking toilet valve. My technician, Chris, did a fantastic job with the fix and much needed cutoff update from the ancient original piece. Very professional, and will be calling again in the near future for some other plumbing updates needed.

Trailblazer was able to make an “emergency call” right away even though we have never used them before. Chris worked diligently all day, so that we were able to use the shower. In six hours, he didn’t even take a lunch break. As a result, we will use Trailblazer for all our plumbing needs in the future. I will definitely let my friends and family know that Trailblazer is the way to go!
