Excellent customer service, tech Dan R was outstanding. Was a pleasure to have him as our tech. The office personnel was pleasant and always willing to help. Dans work was very professional and our water heater never looked so good. I was so happy to take a hot shower.

LM on Sunday with a quick response on Monday morning to have our ejector pump replaced. Thankfully, by my msg they knew I needed service asap. Dan, their technician was at my door at 12:00 ready to help us. Dan was professional and very knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be replaced as well as the cost up front. His service was wonderful.
I would recommend TRAILBLAZER for all plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Dan M from Trailblazer Plumbing. He was professional and provided excellent service for a sewer repair. He installed a new 1.5 HP Ejector Pump and a check valve, along with a replacement for the ejector pit lid.
Dan was a true standout.

He was not only knowledgeable but also a genuinely good and smart person. He even took the time to make recommendations for future projects, without knowing whether he'd get the work or not. That level of transparency and helpfulness is rare and truly appreciated.

The job was completed smoothly and efficiently, and the total cost of $1,845 felt like a great price, especially since it came with a three-year warranty. We were so impressed with his work and character that we would love for him to work on our next projects.

Dan M consulted and installed a whole house filtration, water softener, and reverse osmosis system for our new home. We live in an area that deeply needs it, but as new home owners this was all overwhelming to us. Dan made sure we understood what we were getting and why it was so valuable. He explained in great detail in a level we could understand and how to maintain our systems. Dan was very knowledgeable and personal! We will definitely turn to Trailblazer for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Trail Blazer is a terrific company. They installed a water heater previously. This time they installed a new water softener system and an RO system under my sink.
Everyone that works for the company is great. So helpful and so kind, from the wonderful ladies in the office, Laura and Debbie, to the installers. You know who is coming to your home, as the Co sends text msgs prior with the installers names and photo. Dan R review below. Chris installed the water softener which was quite the job because I had a non-working whole house infiltration system he had to remove . Michael worked on my RO system and a new faucet . They were both fantastic at their job, and so cheerful and kind. . The next day I had a question about the RO system and Dan M came out right away and checked everything and I got the answers I needed. If you're in need of any Plumbing done this is definitely the company to call.

Trailblazer is great! My water heater went out and they sent someone right away. Dan R was wonderful. Explained everything thoroughly . I knew I needed a water heater. The flame light has been going out for some time and the signal light was blinking three times which means the water heater is no longer functioning . Dan R installed my new water heater the same day. Worked so hard. Removed the old water heater and hauled away. Trailblazer has intelligent, hardworking and really nice people, and fair pricing. Highly recommend them!

Dan came out replaced the leaky valve and pipe going from my water supply to my toilet. He did a great job and he was also very professional, kind, personable and very nice to our dog. Highly recommend! A+ and 5 stars.

Most recently I had the anode rod replaced on my hot water heater. The technician was professional and personable. The cost was reasonable. I have used Trailblazer Plumbing for several jobs at my home. Charges were reasonable on all jobs except one. I will continue to use them for any future work and I recommend them.

Dan M did a great job on changing the position of pipes due to kitchen remodel. Explained choices and pricing for copper and PVC and completed the work same day. Provided estimates and information on future work that will need to be done. Very satisfied with experience.

Hot water heater replacement. Called trail blazer on Monday for a appointment. Talk to Laura who works in the office. She guided me through the whole process of replacing the heater. It was great knowing that it was taken care of. Then the technician that came was Chris. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He completed the work in 3 hours and even cleaned up. So happy we stumbled upon Trailblazer plumbing. We were dealing with a continually climbing water bill but had no idea where the leak was coming from.
Dan M. was very thorough with his assessment and ordered the parts. Came back out 2 days later and was able to finish the job efficiently with instant cessation of running toilets. He also helped educate me for what to look for in the future before the problem gets out of control.
As far as pricing, Dan was very transparent with cost to repair. It was very comparable to other quotes we got as well. The only drawback is that the $79 service call fee is not waived if they have to order the parts and come back out. It is only waived for same day service if they have the parts with them.
Overall a wonderful experience. We had excellent communication from start to finish. We will definitely keep your name in our back pockets for future use! Thank you Dan!

We needed a new water heater and a new RO water filtration system. We had a senior technician Dan M. come by and give us a quote. He returned when we wanted and installed our systems. The company allowed him to do the job he quoted and knew what to expect. There was no need for a crew taking over your house, just quiet and efficient Dan.
He also got rid of old equipment. We found Dan to be very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Trailblazer is now our go-to plumber and their office is right in our neighborhood. No need to look any further. Dan instills confidence and the comfort that he has our back with any problem that arises.

So 12 hours before leaving to Disney, obviously sewage sump pump went out. Called my regular plumber company which they couldn’t come out for 2 days becuase of booking. They referred me to this company who was beyond nice and had a technician at my house within 2 hours. Technician was super nice, knowledgeable and took care of all my problems. When done, he showed me what was done, installed and went over warranty and everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable company. Thanks again!

Chris was courteous, and professional. I have had Trailblazers out for a couple of other plumbing jobs and I have always been impressed by the quality of work done by this company.
