Great experience here. Came in shopping for some ceiling lights and was greeted almost immediately by an employee. Great products, but was expecting the LT in the elevator to be better.

We went into the store and spent a good 25 minutes upstairs looking at ceiling fans. Several employees saw us come in, but no one ever came to ask us if we needed help. We went to Menard's after that and in less than 5 minutes, a woman asked us if she could help us with anything. You may have nice products, but your customer service stinks.

Jessica was great to work with. She helped us find options to stay on budget, for kitchen and halls. Order process was smooth and she kept us informed with updates. Will be our go to for lighting needs.

I want to thank Thelma Adams for helping my wife and I navigate the overwhelmingly amount of bathroom lighting fixtures. Thelma simplified our search providing us with options that fit our budget and style preferences. It can be intimidating walking into a hardware store as a woman, but Jeramiah at Northwest Electric made the entire experience simple and stress-free. His customer service was phenomenal! I came in with a list my husband gave me, probably sounding a bit blunt and unsure, but Jeramiah didn’t miss a beat. He found every single item I needed, checked me out quickly, and even helped me load everything into my car. It’s impressive seeing such a young man with that much drive and calm professionalism. Northwest Electric — you’ve got a gem on your team and definitely hired a keeper!

Initially when I came in, I found no employees. Alas, I came upon Tony. At first I was a little confused as he had four bottles of lotion on his desk, which threw me off because I thought this was an electrical supply store, not a grease monkey. It quickly changed however, because Tony took me to the ‘secret’ bathroom, where I had a life changing experience. Tony found what I needed him to find, and even though it was about 2-4 inches in the shelf, the 2 grounding rods he gave me were most definitely in the pro(fessional) state. I would definitely recommend Tony and the ‘secret’ bathroom for anyone looking for a happy ending.

The employee is excellent! Today, January 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., I missed my way to the Social Security Administration facility when I was near the store. Therefore, I entered the facility to ask for help with finding my road directions because I was nervous about not being at my appointment on time. I was politely assisted by a kind man who worked as the register cashier at the store. His help allowed me to be at my appointment on time. I would like to come to this store for my electronic items in the future. THANKS!

About a year ago, I had Marcin Dukala from Gridline Electric come out and install electrical work in my newly renovated basement. Marcin was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he provide a reasonable quote, he was very dedicated to his job assignment and came out to our residence in a timely manner and completed all his work within two days. He worked very efficiently and clean! I’ve had other contractors come out and do other work for me and have mentioned many times about how well all the electrical work was completed. If you are looking to have anyone do electrical work for you, I highly recommend Marcin Dukala with Gridline Electric. These guys are definite pros and have an amazing work ethic!!

We are very pleased with the work performed by Gridline today. The technician was on time, friendly, respectful and, most of all, knew what he was doing. The job was not a very big one yet the communications and estimate from the office was especially timely and equally reasonable. We will definitely be calling Gridline for any future electrical needs. This was our first experience with this company and we will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Gridline Electric installed lighting and updated all the light switches and outlet covers throughout our home during our remodel. They were fast, friendly and the work was done well. Their attention to detail was impressive. Pricing was also competitive compared to other quotes we received. Overall 10/10 for Marcin and his team.

Highly recommend! Gridline has provided multiple services in our home and always exceeds my expectations. They're prompt, communicative, and do excellent work that lasts. I really appreciate their focus on safety as well as aesthetics. When we asked them to install a new outlet in our laundry room, they noticed that the existing outlet wasn't properly rated for damp environments and proactively suggested we replace it.
