I’ve used Phoenix Tree Services 5 different times for tree removal and trimming. Always quick and cost-effective. Highly recommend to anyone considering!

I have connected with Gerson several years back to remove dead trees from my Naperville yard. And I’ve had his crew trim trees to prevent internal density that kills limbs. The fee is reasonable (who among us is going to strap on and climb a tree to trim it to health?) and they always do exactly what you have asked [them to do]. Hire these guys!

That lady Andrea who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional, she needs to improve her attitude with customers. Besides, she doesn't know anything about plants either. Terrible customer service. Get a better person with better communication skills and more experience in the business.

Highly recommend! They cut down 4 trees and removed 4 stumps as well a trimmed a tree up for us. They were very efficient and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend using them for your tree service!

I am very picky and they did a great job. Cleaned up beautifully! I had four pines taken out and stumps grinded. Fast and efficient. I highly recommend.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Hired them to trim trees and in doing so they damaged my fence. I did not find this damage till after I had paid them and they had left. I contacted them and they requested I send pictures of the damage to them via text which I did and they now no longer answer or return any calls or texts.

Our neighborhood was hit by back to back storms. Part of our tree was split. They immediately came out gave an estimate and had the job done within 24 hours. They removed the split and trimmed the tree. The team did a wonderful job and highly recommend it. Thank you
