Really like the service, Shawn took his time cleaning making sure the carpet was clean well. A couple of stains did not come off but I'm satisfied with the job over all. I'll definetely use them again.

I don’t recall anyone from any service we called upon providing better service than Shawn.
I wish I took the “before” pictures if our carpet, but in a nutshell, the carpets were a collage of 8 years worth of pets, kids, life… Now carpets have literally NO stains nor marks. All mess is GONE! Rooms smell good.
We are even changing our mind from going hardwood knowing that we can call Shawn two-three time a year and he can help us keep our carpets nice and clean.
I could not recommend Shawn and co enough!

CARPET CLEANING
Just said goodbye to Shawn from Zerorez Chicagoland carpet cleaning. I live in Plainfield, IL. Will definitely use his service again, He cleaned 2 rooms of carpeting that hadn't been cleaned for quite awhile, and they came out great. Stains are gone!! Give them a try, you will not regret it.

My wife and I called to have the dryer vent on our roof cleaned out after a (competitor) previously came out and DIDN’T fix the issue.

Firstly, I’d like to say that the receptionist was so kind and sweet. Immediate great first impression.

We got our appointment scheduled for the next day (which was amazing because our laundry was piling up and everyone else was booked out for the next week). Shawn arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and personable.

He introduced himself, we shook hands, and after explaining the situation to him and checking out the dryer unit in the home, he said that he would go up on the roof and take a look.

Our roof is pretty steep and there is no good way to access the upper deck of the roof. Shawn managed to get up there (impressively, might I add) and within a few minutes, crested over the peak of the upper portion of the roof with a MASSIVE ball of lint and debris. The (competitors), instead of CLEANING our vents, simply pushed everything all the way to the exhaust exit on the roof. Shawn immediately rectified that issue and descended the roof.

We went inside to test the dryer and make sure that the “Vent Blocked” fault did not reappear. After running a high heat cycle for about 20-22 minutes, the fault did not reappear and our dryer was outputting more heat than we had ever seen before.

We were given an INCREDIBLY fair price, much lower than the competition (and with much better service).

We will absolutely use Zerorez again if we ever need any vent or duct work done, and we will absolutely be recommending them to everyone we know. The service was great, the reception was excellent, and the prices are beyond belief (in the best way!)

Thank you, Shawn, and the Zerorez team for coming out quickly and resolving the issue that the (competitors) could not. My wife and I can finally do our laundry again without having to dry things 5-6 times!

I used Zerorez for first time on carpet and upholstery. Shawn was on time and thorough with his work. He is very professional and friendly. He did a great job with everything. Sometimes after a carpet cleaning the carpet feels stiff, that is not the case here. Carpet looks and feels great. Same for upholstery. Highly recommended.

Shaun was great and did a fantastic job! My carpets had been at the mercy of my 3 young children and new dog, and he made them look brand new! I did not think it was possible to bring them back to life. The price was very reasonable and Shaun was very nice and made me some spot cleaners that I could use In between cleanings.
