I had an excellent experience with Krystal Clear Cleaning. I hired them for a deep cleaning. Kimberly managed my scheduling and was accommodating and pleasant to interact with. Gloria performed the cleaning and was prompt, efficient, and thorough. Their on-line systems are simple and easy to navigate for scheduling and payment. Bonus! Will look forward to using them for my ongoing cleaning needs in the future, and definitely recommend to others.

We needed a good cleaning for our house for our listing pictures for selling the house. Noemi and her assistant did a phenomenal job! They arrived on time, wore masks the entire time, and they worked very hard to make our house in tip top shape. With my husband and I working from home and my daughter doing remote learning, I was nervous we would be in the way. They were able to coordinate with us during our breaks and lunches to accommodate our schedule. We will definitely be using their services for our move out deep cleaning. Highly recommend. Maria is a beautiful spirt fill person. She definitely did excellent cleaning plus it’s smells amazing! I give her 5 ⭐️ 😊we had a 2 complementary cleaning that some how the second one was canceled, then the owner reach out to my husband and said I told her to cancel all recurring cleanings. Now understand I spoke with Kimberley and express how grateful we were and after the 2nd complementary cleaning I would like to sit up something possibly monthly. Then as it got closer to the complementary cleaning we received a email for recurring cleaning, which Kimberley did not contact me back as we discussed! I left a voicemail and then after no call back I emailed and told her to cancel all recurring cleanings do to we had not agreed because i had not spoken to her for them to do anything after the 2nd complementary cleaning ! I’m over it all and was not even going to update this review, but they try to lock you in without you be made aware of it! Lastly they second the 2nd complementary cleaning, and we was not even aware of the date and the time, and we were not at home and when I finally was going through the emails I saw it then I received a text the day of if I was supposed to know they were coming out!

The team did a good job in scheduling and coordinating multiple rescheduling promptly for our move out cleaning. The cleaning crew did a thorough job and were professional.

I had a great experience. The first day the cleaner came it took longer for her to finish it all so she came back another day to deliver the work the way I wanted.

Highlight of my week coming home to our place cleaned by Lilyana! She’s so thorough and attentive to everything. :)

Lilyana is super dependable and does a great job! We cook a lot and one area that I’m always impressed with is the kitchen. I could never make my appliances (especially stovetop) look like that. She’s makes them look new again!

I had a bi-weekly cleaning service with this company, which was just okay. The cost was affordable for what they offered, and while the overall cleaning was fine, I wasn't a fan of the rotating staff coming through my home occasionally.

However, my experience with their move-out clean was extremely disappointing. The move-out clean was scheduled for a Friday, coinciding with my last bi-weekly service. The owner called to change the date due to overstaffing, which was frustrating since this wasn't an extra service but part of an ongoing plan. Despite my reservations, I agreed to move it to the following Monday, as I needed the house cleaned before closing on Wednesday.

When I visited the house five hours into the clean on Monday, I noticed that cabinets hadn't been cleaned out, and the floors weren't done either. The house was empty, so I'm unsure what took up five hours of cleaning. Before leaving that evening, the cleaner assured me the cabinets would be addressed. Yet, when I returned the next day for a final inspection before the buyers' walkthrough, I found most cabinets in the kitchen hadn't been touched. They weren't wiped down, and it was clear that attention to detail was lacking.

I called Kimberly to express my concerns, and she acknowledged the mistakes, offering to send the cleaners back to fix the issues. However, by that point, I had lost trust in their ability to do the job properly. Even if they returned, I would have had to go back to inspect their work again, which I simply didn't have time for with the move-in to my new home looming. Instead of preparing for my own move, I found myself cleaning up after the cleaners. If this had happened on the originally scheduled Friday, I might have had more time and patience to allow them to correct their work. But I was out of time and energy.

Kimberly did remove the cabinet cleaning charge, but I still paid around $300 for a service that I ended up finishing myself. Additionally, windows were not cleaned, which I later found out wasn't part of the move-out clean, but it added to the frustration.

Overall, I do not recommend this service for a move-out clean if you're looking to avoid added stress during an already hectic time. The lack of attention to detail and the last-minute rescheduling made this experience far more stressful than it needed to be.

They came today for the first time and they are wonderful! Kim the owner is super responsive and helpful prior to the service. Solanyi was our service provider today and she is extremely thorough, and very sweet! She also didn’t mind our two dogs! Our home looks and smells amazingly clean!

Excellent Experience! Appreciated service included "Green" products as an option. Attention to detail was top notch. I would highly recommend this company for deep cleaning.
