I needed a deep clean before my 4 kids arrived with my 6 grandchildren. Dakota and Daniella arrived on time. They understood my needs and did everything I expected. They were professional and friendly and my house sparkled when they left. Crystal Klear has great communication from the estimate to the final job. This was my first time using them. I definitely recommend them and hope to have them back again!

I am happy with the cleaning I received today. I have been looking for consistent cleaning services for a while now and CrystalKlear was quick and efficient and actually did a good job. I am very particular and notice little things and they met my needs. They even hit the corners of my house which the other cleaning companies I have tried did not do. They are also very kind people. I would recommend.

We have been using Crystal Klear Cleaning for almost five years to keep our home clean and we are always very pleased. LeReyna is our favorite regular technician. Angie came this time and she went above and beyond; she rolled my blankets that I keep in a jumble next to my chair and put them neatly in the basket. Everything seemed extra shiny. Great customer service.

I am genuinely impressed. I was nervous because I am extremely picky and tend to notice details others might miss. My last deep cleaning service didn't even dust the baseboards, which made me realize you can't expect someone else to notice every detail you do. However, La Reyna from Crystal Klear met my expectations for a first-time maintenance cleaning. I am satisfied with the results and really liked La Reyna’s demeanor.

I also want to mention that I appreciate how they use your vacuum instead of bringing their own. This gives me peace of mind, knowing they avoid using the same vacuum from house to house.

It’s soooo good to be back! We had been clients for 17+ years before we moved from the service area for Crystal Klear and Kim Montesinos. I just recently reached out hoping that they would now be cleaning in my new location and Kim made it happen for us. Well my first cleaning was completed today and to say we were pleased would be an understatement. EVERYTHING was perfect! The attention to detail, the care taken, the friendly personality were so appreciated, thank you Daniela! This company is like none other out there. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy, thorough and they care about you and your home. P.S. OK I’m going to boast some more. I just walked into a spare bedroom that we rarely use to find $30 sitting on the dresser. My mother comes and stays with us occasionally and likes to hide a few dollars here and there in the room. My cleaning person, Daniela obviously had found the money and left it.Honesty, honesty honesty!!! You won’t find better than this company!

Needed sanitization deep cleaning of my condo for medical reasons and the ladies did an amazing job. They were on time and courteous and very thorough. Highly recommend for any cleaning needs.

We have been using this company for over a year now. They have good communication and are reliable. If you have a preference for a cleaner they will try to make that happen but otherwise they will do who is available on their staff to meet your cleaning time and be reliable. Sometimes it will be one person and other times two people.

They will quote you a rate and that’s the rate you will be charged. They are pretty consistent in what they clean between all their cleaners and they will outline what you can expect during your first cleaning.

We have Maryeme do our cleaning every other week. We have gotten to know her and our dog is happy to see her. She is very efficient and great at communicating with us. She’s very friendly and does a great job!

I liked their service.Sandi did really good job at cleaning. However the only reason to give just 3 star is timing .Bacause I mentioned Bathrooms are the main ones to clean , The cleaning lady Sandi literally prolonged the service to 2 hrs just to clean 2 bathrooms which I clean once in every 2 weeks .She couldn’t help me with other stuff.that’s the only concern I had.

We have worked with Kim and her team at Crystal Klear cleaning for over 25 years! Not only do her and her team go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied with their service- they are wonderful, kind, caring people!

I cannot recommend them enough and wouldn't trust anyone else with my home cleaning service. It's like working with family- give them a call, you won't regret it!

This service appeared professional and I was told that the owner provided cleaning supplies and training for the workers.

After utilizing this service for about a year a dispute arose where a dangerously inept contractor with a malicious lawyer defrauded me of nearly $20,000. That's all also in public record.

Then one day a 1099 worker was sent to the house from this company who took interest in many areas of my home and was asking bizarre questions about assets. I had never seen the person before and the 1099 worker didn't seem to be very concerned about cleaning the house.

I asked the owner about this and that initiated an interchange that made little sense to me. I did not get a response to my questions and the owner called my wife instead. One strange observation after all of this and maybe the owner will respond. Shortly after the concerning "event" a review was posted on Google maps with a good rating from "Recon Job" - again maybe the owner can make a public statement about all of this.

The owner appear to be disputing this but I would expect the person could be chosing to false statements. I certainly could post the email to you on this site and maybe I should. Also using subcontractors (1099) is probably not a good practice; it can be harmful in several ways. I believe I might have taken a picture of the person's grey SUV with a license plate number

Very happy with the cleaning job, the communication from office staff and pricing. After trying numerous services Crystal Klear is one of the best.

They did an okay job. 3 crew for 3 hours and $440 later😢 our bathrooms were super clean. They put everything in trash bags from our bathrooms and kitchen. I wanted them to focus on kitchen and dusting, never got done. Lots of mis communication on what we actually needed.

I never had anyone come to my house to clean, but since I heard great feedback about Crystal Klear, I decided to try it, and I am not disappointed. Elena did a fantastic job; my house is clean and smells great.
