Jacob and Juan did a great job of cleaning out the vents. They explained the procedure in detail, and reminded me to change the furnace filter. Nice guys.

Slawomir was on time. Unfortunately for me, the furnace needed an expensive repair for a draft diffuser. So because of age of furnace it was better to have a new one installed. But he did a great job on getting everything the company needed for new furnace to be installed in a few days, and walking me thru everything. Very experienced in furnace repair.

Tony and his partner Denis did a great job here in my home they got here explained what they were going to do and got straight to the job in cleaning my vents from dust etc quick to get the job done and Excellent service to my home in Brookfield.I will be definitely be contacting them again once I need service again

Was very pleased with service nice and polite explained what needed to be repaired with my furnace. Would recommend Green Air Care to family and friends because of the way I was treated and being very professional and knowledgeable.

I needed repairs for a flue cover. When I called they said it was a $49 fee to come look and then that $49 would be taken off the cost of the service. The tech came out and all he did was use the existing cover and put in four screws and they charged $200. That’s ridiculous. Would never recommend using this company. $200 for 4 screws and it took 10 mins.

Nice job! Efficient and pleasant and dryer vent and air ducts cleaned and already the inside air is better. Very careful to replace everything back am clean up after all was complete.

They came, said they couldnt perform the service I requested because I needed a more expensive service. I accepted the quote but know one ever contacted me to schedule the service. NOT great upselling if you dont follow through.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT use this company. They are liars and absolutely horrible costumer service. I have dealt with this company multiple times for a furnace they installed in 2020 for a house I bought in 2021 the furnace is less then 5 years old on it's 3rd inducer motor with no help from this company to fix the issue!! They simply want ur money and do not care at all about taking care of their costumers. I have multiple examples of rhem blowing off appointments and not honoring maintance programs we were paying for, all thst on top of the 3rd inducer motor this company has installed! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Adam the manager I spoke with at the company was nothing but rude and considering the situation You would think they would be trying to work with us to fix the issue considering I'm sitting in A house with a toddler with no heat because their installed equipment isnt working now for the third time in less then 5 years! instead all Adam did was argue with me about how his company wasn't taking care of this and I was paying in full! Again can't say it enough HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! And Adam the manager should be fired!!

This is the second time I have had Hector to the house for routine maintenance. He knows his stuff and is upright and honest with you regarding everything. He’s a good man working for a good company.

Service was prompt, friendly and on the mark. Slawomir was able to identify the problem quickly and recommended a few options to repair/replace. The added expense is not what I had hoped for, but apparently it's due ... the service call was handled professionally and properly.

One of the worst service i have experienced. For replacing factory authorized heat exchanger for a carrier furnace they quote 4 grand. Of course the parts are provided by carrier. Had same experience few years back for replacing a starter they asked 1500. I refused fixed it myself. I am sure how they are still carrier authorized.

Adam and Juan were both professional and to the point. They finished the job thoroughly and gave recommendations for post care and maintenance. Will be servicing our dryer duct annually with you guys!

Had a great start-to-finish experience with GreenAirCare -- especially the technicians that came out to clean our air ducts, Jacob and Bacho. They were honest about what had to be done and what did not have to be done, they clearly care about their work and did an outstanding job, and they went above and beyond in several ways -- and it was all at a fair price.
