I own a few rental units and have had AMS out to service, repair, and replace various systems at the rentals as well as at my home. For the rentals, I want to get the most life out of those systems that I can. The team at AMS has been great about providing me options at different price points, and are not at all pushing for the most expensive one. This helps me to make an informed decision without unnecessary sales pressure.
I recently had a full HVAC replacement including a 40+yr old furnace. AMS performed the initial inspection, confirmed everything upfront, and the swap-out+install was a breeze. They even cleaned the area behind the old furnace and followed up afterwards to ensure I got everything registered under warranty. They offer truly above-and-beyond service, and at a fair price.

The day before I was supposed to host a family gathering, my A/C unit went out. I urgently called American Mechanical Systems (AMS) to see if they could fix the unit before my company was supposed to arrive that following day. The next morning, Ryan at American Mechanical Systems was able to fix the A/C unit, saving me from hosting a HOT and STICKY PARTY!! He is truly a life savor and I will definitely use AMS again. Terrible timing! AC failure last summer on one of the hottest days. Called American Mechanical Systems. Ryan came out the same day and replaced a bad capacitor on the condenser using one that he had salvaged from an old unit. It immediately got our AC working again! Ryan then came back in a couple of days and replaced the capacitor with a new OEM item. Fantastic service!

American Mechanichal Systems and Ryan were awesome! I was in a difficult situation. My AC died five days after my hot water heater had burst in my condo. I was in the middle of the mitigation process to dry my condo and the temperature was in the 90's. Ryan not only made sure that my AC was replaced in a timely manner, the cost was $995.00 LESS than a competitor! I highly recommend this company!

This place is awesome. I had my heater go out in 10 degree weather with my pregnant wife freezing and Ryan helped me out tremendously. He told me what was wrong and what to do and the heat was back on in no time. Look no further. Call them right now!

We have a very old furnace and AC unit and had been told after a maintenance appointment that we needed to replace the furnace. We had a few companies out to give us quotes and Ryan was the only one who suggested something other than simply replacing the units with high end, expensive units to get the cooling and heating that we wanted. He came out and did vent work to improve air flow and installed cold air returns in bedrooms that did not have them and was honest about the fact that our units did not need to be replaced yet. It was more a venting issue. After having him do the work, Our bedrooms are heating evenly and we are seeing all the results we wanted without having to replace a furnace that is still working. We will definitely reach back out to him when it comes time to replace the units! Very impressed with his honesty and willingness to investigate the problem instead of just sell us new equipment.
