What a pleasant experience. To start with Brad(owner) returned my call in a very short amount of time. He was super polite ,well spoken and full of information. We set up the appointment and he called saying he was early and on his way. He explained everything and attempted no up-charges of any kind. I left him to do his thing as the house is empty. He called when finished and a few hours later sent before and after pics. Its gross to see the before pics!!! He did a great job. I will use him again and couldn't recommend him enough. Great company !!

I had a really great experience with Quality Home Air. When I called to set up the appointment, Danielle was very patient in answering all my questions. As a first time home owner, I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer every single one. She was also very transparent with the pricing which I liked so I knew what to expect when it came time for services. Brad was also very thorough and explained the process well. Again as a first time home owner, I really appreciated the thorough explanation to get to know how my home functions.

10/10. We had our vents cleaned, for the first time ever, on July 28th. Being first timers we had no idea what to expect. Quality Home Air was incredibly professional and friendly. We were told exactly what to expect during our first phone conversation. The before and after pictures are HORRIFYING (in terms of what was down there prior to cleaning). If you are thinking that you need to have your vents cleaned... let me tell you you most certainly do. Holy cow I have never seen so much dust in my life.. Also fun surprise if you have little kids, you can play a game with your significant other of how many toys/coins/dog treats are in your vents.

We will definitely use them again in the future and I will refer anyone who is in need!!

Danielle responded almost immediately to my inquiry, and was able to answer all the questions I had about the process - including how their service was different than the cut-rate discounts you see in your bulk mail flyers. She was also able to get me into the schedule quickly.

Brad called before, and arrived right on time. He did an excellent job explaining how the work would proceed, and adjusted his plan to accommodate a work call I needed to lead. Great customer focus!

The work they did was great, system is spotless now, and they cleaned up before they left. Can't say enough good things about the experience, I'd highly recommend them.

Our home has never had the ducts cleaned before. It was built in 1964, and we have been here 24 years. We just didn’t know any better. Anyway, it came time for two new furnaces to be installed as we have a zoned system. We thought it would be good to clean the ducts before the new furnaces got put in. We had a wide range of quotes, most being quite significantly higher. After talking with the owners about the job and being happy with the quote, we decided to have them take care of the ducts. They explained everything to a “T” and were prompt and excellent in service. We were more than pleased. I would highly recommend them. We live out west in Sycamore and they came from Naperville. They are not afraid to travel. It was money well spent. Thank you.

Quality Home Air LLC was very professional. From the initial phone call to the 3 hour service, they were polite, informative and knowledgeable. They provided me before and after pictures, reviewed any concerns and showed me all the things they found in the ducts of our old home. After seeing the dirt and build up they removed, we are breathing easier and have peace of mind. I highly recommend.

Scheduling the job was a pleasure. The person who gave me the quote and scheduled the work was a joy to work with. Their pricing was comparable to another company.

However it was as the thoroughness and the professionalism of the work that really stood out! Many of the ducts and returns were missed by the previous company and they were in horrible condition.

The before and after pictures are simply amazing. I am confident that our home will be much less dusty after the cleaning. I wish I found them years ago.

I called these guys, because I saw their truck at one of our neighbors homes. I checked with them, and they spoke positively about them.
Danielle answered the call and was very thorough with what the service entailed, and their scheduling.
Brad called and showed up as scheduled. He was very informative and pleasant to deal with. He even took “before and after” pictures, and emailed them to me.
The service lasted over 3 hours.
They have to schedule a month or 2 in advance, but were able to reschedule me much sooner, due to a cancellation.

From start to finish, we had an incredible experience working with Brad and his company. Even though their services are very popular and they were booking out weeks in advance, they worked with us to schedule us as early as possible. We got a very detailed email explaining exactly the anticipated cost and the process. Prices were very competitive when compared to other local companies, and they didn't even require an in-person consultation to give us a quote. Brad took his time to explain the process and gave us several tips and assistance in optimizing airflow in our home to maximize even distribution of airflow and reduce, potentially, the cost of cooling or heating our home. We were certainly due for a duct cleaning, and we were so impressed with the thorough work that was done. We were provided pictures of before and after the cleaning that I provided in this review. Brad was professional, kind, thorough, and helpful. We look forward to working with him and his company in the future the next time we are due for a cleaning. Thank you so much!

Terrific service! We had our air ducts cleaned after having hardwood flooring installed after the demolition of the old kitchen hard tile, grout & underlayment, with dust everywhere & sucked into the vents. Brad did an extremely thorough job of cleaning the ducts & registers. (See the before & after pics.) Brad & Danielle are very polite, personable, professional & explained everything thoroughly. We also had our dryer vent cleaned the same day, & the amount of lint extracted was incredible. We are so glad we used Quality Home Air, & will definitely look forward to using them again in the future. The air in the house looks & feels clean, clear & easier to breathe. And the dryer is safer & works more efficiently!

Let's make this a 10 star review. From the first phone call which was extremely informative, I was not pressured into anything at all after a very thorough explanation of what equipment will be used and other very useful info. She was beyond polite and friendly and even said if I go with someone else to make sure they meet certain requirements. Not really necessary as that sold me right there. My appointment was this past Monday, Brad came out and explained everything he was doing. After 2 hours or so, my vents were clean and the house spotless. It was worth every last penny and I will recommend them to everyone. A final note, this is a family owned business and not some cash and grab, big corporate nonsense. The friendliness alone from both Brad and Danielle is unheard of these days and very, very welcome!
