We were very surprised at how much was in our duct work even though we have only lived in our brand new home a year and a half. It feels good to get the dust and debris cleaned out so we’re breathing cleaner air. We would highly recommend this company to our friends and family. Danielle answered all my questions over the phone and scheduled our appointment to accommodate our schedule. Brad was right on time. He was very professional and courteous. We were even sent before and after pictures. It’s good to know how clean everything is now.

We were referred by our HVAC company and were not disappointed. During my experience getting the quote, Danielle was so informative and explained everything very well to me. She truly wanted us to be sure we understood the process and what to expect.

Brad performed the work very well, he was on time and was flexible with us needing to put the dog into different rooms. After completion, Brad explained everything very clearly and showed before and after pictures of inside the duct work. Everything was left in great condition.

We had our vents cleaned by another company over 10 years ago and the experience was far from satisfactory. I was skeptical if it was a service I truly needed to have done and if it was worth the expense. Since, we have adopted a golden retriever and two long haired cats, and needless to say despite vacuuming on a daily basis, the pet hair in my home is crazy. I decided to do some online research and decided on Quality Home Air I liked that it was a family run and owned business. Brad, the owner, came to do the job and he was very professional and courteous. He was efficient and left my home and the area around the vents and registers very clean. Excellent service from start to finish. Reaching out and booking an appt was easy and they made sure of my availability. Very transparent communication. Day of service, Brad explained the whole process and set timelines. Very clean, very methodical in the execution. Hit the expected start and end timeframes. After the cleanup, he explained what the results were, showing before and after pictures. What I really loved was he took time to give me some tips to help prolong furnace life as well as how to help overall circulation of air throughout the house. Overall, a great experience with a great company. Will use them for future service needs.

1st Class through and through. Great attention to detail and making sure that things were cleaned properly. I appreciated how the large vacuum line coming in through our window well was covered to prevent bug entry into the house. Brad was truly excellent! He explained things very well, and notified me of some gaping holes that he covered up, which will improve air flow. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service!! I was a little skeptical on price but when they explained what they do and the equipment they use it made sense. I researched and found out not all companies use proper equipment. Our tech was awesome, very kind to my kids and wife. He even became familiar with my dogs so we didn't have to lock them up during the process. I never cleaned my ducts , after seeing what came out I am sold on every 3-5 year recommendation. (Especially if you have pets) This is a family owned local business - YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THEM!

I still don't know how cat food got in my ducts though? 😊

We recently had Quality Home Air clean our dryer vent after noticing our dryer required multiple cycles to fully dry clothes. After a quick online search, I saw that they had over 170 five-star reviews—and for good reason. From my initial call with Danielle to the cleaning process with Brad and his assistant, the entire experience was outstanding.

Our dryer vent exits through the roof, so Brad inspected the vent in the attic and discovered a large bird’s nest blocking the exhaust. He carefully removed the nest, cleaned the entire vent, and provided helpful tips to prevent future blockages. He also spent over 20 minutes discussing our HVAC ductwork, offering valuable advice on improving airflow to a few second-story rooms that tend to stay colder than the rest of the house.

They were booked up for a while but we're worth the wait. Showed up on time explaining the process to me before getting started and was a very hard worked. Would recommend to anyone look to get your ducts cleaned.

We just had our vents cleaned by Brad this week and he did an amazing job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also went above and beyond to help balance the airflow in our house to help cool our upstairs.
