Highly recommend Mr. Duct for air duct and dryer cleaning service. After hardwood flooring project, I wanted to remove any debris and dust from the ducts and vents.

There service was top class, estimate was competitive. Crew arrived and finished the job on time, without making mess in my home.

I just had an appointment and the technician Jason was so incredibly professional, understanding, helpful and efficient. He was here at the agreed upon time (between 8 and 10) and finished before the appointment window was over. The service itself is impeccable and my dryer actually works now! I cannot recommend then enough. They are very transparent about the price of services possibly being more than the quote based on the actualwactual but it is 100% worth every cent.

Phone representatives were well educated, extremely professional, and courteous. The technicians were respectful, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They did not mind me following them around and asking questions. Great, affordable pricing too!

Had them out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. I just wanted to let you know about my experience with Kirkland. He was awesome! He arrived on time, was very polite, friendly, and thorough in explaining what he was going to do. Kirkland was very professional and left my residence looking like it did prior to his arrival. The same can't be said for all companies I've had do work. It's not too often that a person gets a technician like Kirkland. He represents the company in a very positive way and he should be recognized for doing so. Thanks to Kirkland, I will be referring Mr. Duct to all my friends and family.

Mr. Duct was absolutely fantastic!

I had used another company in the past. They tried to upsell Services I didn't need and were very pushy and unprofessional.

Emmanuel was the Tech that came to my house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and early for the scheduled appointment. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was. They were very neat and even used boot covers to keep the house clean.

One thing I really liked was that the price I was quoted is the price I paid. I'm sure I could have asked for more but there were not any pushy sales tactics. Highly recommend this service.

The guys were excellent today! Very knowledgeable and did an exceptional job in less than 2 hours!
I told them to be careful with the floors, carpet and walls since we just painted. They definitely did a good job keep things clean as they worked.

Mario and his associate were awesome! Very polite and respected my home like their own. Took the time to answer all my questions and they weren't in a rush to get the job done. I thought they had missed a vent which turned out to be a breather for the water heater. They were courteous enough to come back and show me that it wasn't a vent. They truly know how to satisfy their customers and they do stand behind their work. I am extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend Mr. Duct to my family and friends!

Easy to get a good quote for dryer vent service and provided a coupon to reduce price. Ben arrived on time and provided quick and efficient vent cleaning. Very respectful of my home.

From the moment the technician arrived he was up selling me hard. The technician also left a mess in the laundry.

After their customer service department reached to me out to me I did explain the issues i had with my service call. They stated that they would address my concerns in a timely manner. I do appreciate that my concerns are going to be addressed.

I was happy how quickly I was able to schedule a service appointment to clean my dryer vent. Mr. Duct's whole team was excellent!! I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be going with Mr. Duct for any future HVAC service and vent cleaning.

I really love my experience with Mr Duct! Mickael came to my place on time, explained me the full process and started the work. When everything was done, he shown me the pictures of before/after and it was impressive, crazy how much stuff are on your vent...
Really good price compared to the competition (at least compared to the 3 other companies I reached out) and their service was perfect! Definitely going to contact them again next year!

My Mr. Duct experience was Wonderful!
The technicians Alfredo and Yeremy were polite and productive! They persevered to make sure my dryer vent was clean so, my dryer operated effectively. I appreciated their hard work and positive attitude. I learned how important it is to have dryer duct cleaning behind the walls that connect outside, done yearly. I recommend

Will NOT being using Mr Duct ever again. Had ducts and dryer vent done. The only good thing I can say is that they arrived on time. I was in the home the entire time and tried to stay out of the way while being available. They did not do all the return vents. I had to ask them to do all the return vents when I noticed they didn't want to do my daughters room. They left vents open after they left, like open off the wall not screwed in. They also turned our heat up to 76 for reasons I have no idea. Maybe to see if the furnace was working? Let it on at 76 when they left, thank goodness I checked. The kicker was that "apparently" my dryer exhaust was damaged and needed it replaced and now needed an extra 30 dollars. I say apparently because I was never shown the problem or asked if they could replace it. Hard no - they removed what was added and now I can't use my dryer until my husband fixes it. THANKS MR DUCT!!!! -

EDIT - I did receive a call shortly after this review and they sent out another team to fix our issues within one hour of the first team leaving. The customer service is excellent so if you have a problem like I did and leave a bad review it is highly likely that your problem will be fixed. However it is frustrating that it needed to be fixed in the first place. 3 stars since customer service is excellent and problem was fixed immediately.

AND ANOTHER UPDATE -
It has been a week and the dryer exhaust is already broke. My husband noticed. Luckily he is a licensed home inspector and has an eye for that stuff. - No more - He is going to properly fix it tomorrow. I don't care if they would even want to come out again. NOT A CHANCE

Technician was excellent. He invited me to observe his work, talked me through everything he did, and gave excellent advice for the future. Also, excellent customer service as well.

A+ Service!! If you’re looking for a company to clean your ducts look no further. The gentleman who serviced my home were professional, thorough, and informative. One of the guys even found a vent I completely forgot about in my office. They made sure they got every vent and took their time to clean them. I recommend them and will be using them for future service.

Please stay away, in the event you use their services please lock up your valuables, they have young technicians that pay look through your valuables rather than doing their job.

I used Mr Duct for the second time. A month ago I had Jesse from Mr Duct come and clean much needed cleaning of my dryer vent.
I decided to use Mr Duct again to come and clean our air ducts. We have lived at our house for 30 yrs and never had it done before. Needles to say the vents were very dusty and Mr Duct cleaned it to perfection. Thank you!

We had Mr. Duct clean our furnace ducts throughout the house recently. The appointment setup was easy, they were able to come earlier than scheduled (worked out better for us), and their serviceman (Kirkland) did a great job. He worked very hard, was very friendly and professional, and the ducts seemed very clean afterwards (outer registers and inner...we saw various camera views inside the duct system). The service price was good, very happy with their service. They had previously cleaned our ducts many years ago also, did a good job then too. We definitely recommend Mr. Duct for their professional service.

Two young men (Carlos and Francisco) came to clean a dyer vent today that was totally blocked. They were both very polite and friendly. They both knew what they had to do and got to the job. They worked well together. It wasn’t an easy job, but they kept at it until it they got it cleared. I couldn’t have asked for a better pair to get this job done

We have used Mr. Duct twice now and both projects have been flawless. Zach did an exceptional job and was very polite and professional. Job well done!
