Michael and his team were awesome. They were very respectful of my time and the house. Great service and I'll recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Executive Heating and Cooling came highly recommended, and Nazario Valencia lived up to that. Came out on a Sunday, was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue in no time. I had called because I was in diar need of a duct cleaning and they answered the phone right away! Their prices were extremely reasonable and were able to send a crew out the very next day! The two man crew were beyond respectful and extremely knowledgeable about their job. Throughout the process the filled me in on everything that was going on and showed me pictures of their findings. From beginning to end. The company and staff were very professional.. The best part is they even cleaned up any mess made. Also BTW my dryer is working great now that its not clogged up.. It drys in only 1 cycle not 2 or 3 like before. Thank you again!!

I sent them an email in the evening that I needed their services for cleaning a dryer vent asap. They responded quickly the next morning and got me an appointment. I wanted the clogged dryer vent on my roof cleared before my new dryer arrived. The team kept me informed of when they would arrive and got the work done efficiently and before the delivery of the new dryer. Super fast response when requesting a quote for services. They applied discount and had technicians here the following day to perform service. Two technicians arrived within the allotted time, very friendly and professional. Explained the scope of work to me and exactly what they were going to do. Service took about 1.5 hours to complete. They were courteous and I felt like they were very honest about the work they did. The lead tech showed the video of the cleaned ducts and advised a timeline for going forward. Very happy with the services provided. Thank you!

The gentlemen who came today were above and beyond professional. They were on time, respected our home, answered my questions with clarity. With regard to just professionalism, I'm not sure what I expected when they arrived, but Kirk and Derrick exceeded my expectations.

As far as the service, I appreciate how knowledgeable they were! I had a few questions regarding my dryer vent and how often I needed to clean my vents and all of my questions were addressed. Looking at the before and after pictures, they were able to show me that the vents have never been cleaned before (we just bought our home just over a year ago). Kirk explained to me that because we have a young child and one the way, cleaning the vents regularly going forward would be best for them (I loved that).

Overall, Mr. Duct has my business! If Kirk and Derrick represent the type of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction that Mr. Duct strives for, then I'm excited to give you all my future business and my recommendation to my friends and family.
