Fantastic experience, Gianni was great. Cleaned the duct which was clogged by a dead bird🪦 and took the trash and dust away as well. Major help and was super kind and friendly. Will definitely use this service again for maintenance.

I was visiting my friend Ugur to see his newborn baby. When we there the house was so hot. Ugur got his AC cleaned with these guys but after they cleaned the AC started not working. This is really unacceptable especially there is a new born baby and a mother in the house in this weather. This service supposed to help not causing problems.

The technicians took the time to explain the process, were careful with our furniture, and cleaned up everything before they left. If you’re looking for top-tier carpet and air duct cleaning, look no further. Highly recommended!

I witnessed this firsthand when I visited a friend’s home after they used this service. Instead of improving things, their AC completely stopped working. A newborn and mother were left in an unbearably hot house, which is simply unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of care and reliability.

Juan was very professional, friendly and efficient. He was able to clean my dryer vent, showed me before after pictures to help me understand why my dryer was not drying the way it should. I highly recommend Mr. Duct and will have them do my air duct cleaning soon.

My technician Antonio Vega was fair and honest did a very good job. Super professional was quick efficient and took care of the job. I highly recommend him as a technician to come and clean and remove all the dust from your furnace.

Fantastic work. I was able to get a next day appointment. The Technician did an incredible job. He set up, cleaned out each and every heat exchange, then all the returns. It took about 2 1/2 hours but well worth it!

Great company. Very friendly and professional. I had actually forgotten to schedule the appt. for a while and about one or two months later the company followed up with me via email. It was a nice reminder, and I schedule the appt. right away. It was a two man team, and they were both friendly and courteous. Kirkland seemed to be the one in charge, and he had great customer service. He even stopped working to pick up my 13 month old's sippy cup that he threw while I was feeding him. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I attached the before and after pictures that Kirkland took. I watched him take them, so I know they are real and from my ducts. There was a little bit of a mess around some of the vents afterwards, but nothing a quick vacuum couldn't handle. Will definitely stick with this company in the future.

Zack was punctual, and explained the entire process clearly before starting work. We had other repair works going on in the house, and he accommodated and managed around it. He was diligent and efficient in completing both Duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The quality of service was great, he showed me before and after pictures. Our return vent was very dirty and I was pleasantly surprised how clean it got after the process.

We’re neighbors of Ugur’s family and saw what they went through. They trusted this company, but their AC stopped working right after service. They just came home from the hospital with their newborn, and now they’re left to deal with this. Very disappointing.

I called Mr. Duct to have my dryer vents cleaned after having someone locally attempt and still getting multiple error messages on my new dryer. Jason- the tech that came out immediately identified the problem and efficiently corrected it. What I originally thought would be a vent cleaning turned into a replacement with a new rigid material as opposed to the flexi-accordion type I had. I was mortified when he showed me how old and clogged the flexi tubing was. Grateful to have had it corrected. He was a true professional and did an excellent job.
