Hi Lisa – I just wanted to personally THANK both you and Ron for your outstanding service!! MacKenzie and Scott were both terrific installers yesterday, too, and worked hard in 100 degree heat to get our house back to good. Justin has been great every step of the way as well – very attentive and friendly. I was shocked this morning when our house went from 91 degrees and humid at 2pm yesterday to 68 degrees and really cool/crisp by 6:30am this morning. SHOCKED!!!

We had out three companies to provide quotes for a new AC and furnace. While all were professional, Nortek stood out. Ron took time to examine our current system, run some load tests, and explain his findings. He then let me ask the never-ending list of questions. I felt very confident putting the work in their hands.

Lisa provided a number of quotes to provide some options and explained the cost and efficiency benefits at each level. This helped make my decision easier.

Ron, Manny, and Joel arrived on the day of install ready to go. The quality of their work was exceptional. I appreciated that they took the time to make the ductwork and discharge lines nice and neat and mesh with the limited space I had for them to work.

Justin, at the main office, answered a number of my general questions and even filled out all the information for the warranties and rebates so all I had to to do was scan and send. Honestly, that was a really nice touch.

Nortek has serviced our furnace since it was installed, about 4 years ago.The technician was thorough, professional and competent. He was patient and answered my questions and offered good suggestions. This is a great company to do business with.

Called 03/07/22 and made an appointment for the next day. Ron came out and cleaned/checked our furnace and everything went great. He was very good! Glad a neighbor recommended Nortek, and I will have them back to check/clean out air conditioner in the spring.

If you are looking for exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable employees and great products, Nortek is your company! As first time home owners, when our furnace stopped working, we were clueless on what was wrong and did not know who we could trust. Thankfully, our neighbor recommended Nortek! We were able to get an appointment first thing the next morning. Ron came to our home and was so kind and caring. He was very honest and explained everything in great detail. He knew we were without heat and made sure we would be comfortable through the weekend. He even came back to our home a second time (on a Sunday morning) to lend us space heaters! Lisa in the office was wonderful and guided us through the process so well. She educated us on the equipment and gave us her honest opinion for our situation. Both Lisa and Ron definitely know how to put their clients first. Full transparency, we received quotes from 4 different HVAC companies and without question, Nortek was superior to the rest overall, especially in terms of customer service and pricing. Once we made our decision on what product we wanted, we were able to get a full install done right away. Manny and Billy were our install techs and they were fantastic! Both men were very kind, respectful, and took their time to make sure all our questions were answered. After the install, Justin in the office, did a great job of following up, taking care of our rebates and making sure we were happy and taken care of. This family run and female owned company is wonderful! We highly recommend Nortek to anyone who needs HVAC services!

Our experience with Nortek began with Justin who is awesome to talk to, is willing to listen to your concerns to best serve your needs, and provides great follow up. Additionally, Justin knows his customers and was able to recall service calls we missed scheduling and that Nortek could still provide for our home at a later date.

Our service was performed by Ron this time and he was the right man for the job! Ron was great! He called ahead of arriving, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. We called for regular maintenance in our furnace and for an inspection of our humidifier. Ron was able to detect a problem that our humidifier was causing that we didn’t imagine the humidifier was the root cause of. This was due to Ron’s patience and layered questions as he asked questions and ran different scenarios that ultimately led him to the answer, for which we will forever be grateful! He’s like the Sherlock Holmes of HVAC!! Ron also had great suggestions for improvements to the air quality in our home that were very much appreciated by us. We were so glad we called Nortek and will be calling them back to replace our humidifier, and for any other future HVAC needs.

I recently contacted Nortek Environmental to schedule an appointment for furnace repair, as my furnace had stopped working the previous night. I found their scheduling process to be quick and effortless. The technicians arrived on time and completed the check and repair in just 30 minutes, which meant that I only had to pay for the service call fee. I'm happy to report that my furnace is now functioning properly. Based on this positive experience, I plan to use Nortek Environmental again for any future repair work, and I'm also considering signing up for their maintenance program.

We have been throughly pleased with Nortek since we purchased our new furnace and AC from them. From scheduling a maintenance appointment, to Scott arriving to the appointment and the follow up phone call after the appointment. They are always thorough and professional. Scott called and send a text before arriving for the appointment and the after visit summary was extremely thorough and he was willing to answer any questions I had. Scott was polite and professional during the entire visit and made sure to explain what he did during the appointment. Since having a new heating and cooling system our monthly bills have decreased significantly and we can keep our heat at 68-70 and be comfortable compared to our previous unit needing to be at 72 or 73 to be warm. We highly recommend Nortek Environmental!
