I recently replaced my AC and furnace .Nortek was extremely helpful in tailoring the right equipment to fit my house and my needs .(Thankyou Lisa).Justin set up a date followed with technicians to complete the installation and remove all the old equipment. Ron and Emilio took care of everything making the new equipment fit and look fantastic in place. Of old stuff and works cool in this hot summer2025.Thank you very much Team Nortek Environmental great job !!!

My wife and I called Nortek when our electronic air cleaner stopped working. They had a technician out very quickly. The technician called in advance as promised and was within the agreed on time window. The technician was very knowledgeable about my unit and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. Our unit was so old that finding parts would have been very difficult and expensive. The technician recommended a conversion unit that performs equally well or better and was far less expensive. Nortek ordered the kit and contacted us as soon as they had a shipping date for the kit. An installation date was set up and Nortek arrived right on time and had it installed in less than an hour. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Nortek.

We are first time home buyers and Don was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He spent time to educate us on proper maintenance, and even assisted with educating us about the thermostat. We were so impressed with him that we signed up for an annual maintenance contract which covers the furnace check in the fall as well.

New technician was a respectable and knowledgeable person. He detected the problem and address it immediately. Also, explain my questions the answer clearly and respectfully.

Would give six stars if possible. Justin was great for organizing the appointment and explaining the services. Ron came out to my home to tune up my AC and took the time to explain how everything functions and best practices for use. He even fixed the wiring on my thermostat. No upselling or run arounds.

The day my neighbor referred me to Nortek 5 years ago was the last day I worried about my HVAC. The entire team is reliable, informative and does top-notch work. I have since passed them on to friends and family. I'm a fan - can you tell?

Our experience with the annual service for our furnace winterization was excellent. Everything was done very professionally. There was absolutely no mess for us to clean
after the service was completed. We are very pleased with Nortek and have have always been. We highly recommend Nortek!

Would not call them again. They charged me for the repair man waiting on hold with Nortek to inquire about parts’
Also 4 seasons are cheaper in the service call and if they do the repair the service charge is deducted from the bill. It cost me $1019.00 to replace a gas value and starter i feel it was highway robbery my daughter made the call before i had a chance to call another.

I had a furnace humidifier and ecobee thermostat installed. The entire team was knowledgeable, prompt with responses, and did quality work! Justin with the back office kept me informed, and Ron & Emilio did a great job on the installations. I would recommend using Nortek in the future.

NORTEK!!! Amazing people, awesome service, and great job. My experience with NORTEK from beginning to end was exceptional. My furnace had gone out and unfortunately needed replacing. I was referred to Nortek and spoke to Justin. Justin was so kind and friendly when setting my appointment, I forgot I was stressing about my furnace going out. And then there’s Ron. Ron was personable, courteous, and demonstrated exceptional expertise in his field. Most of all, Ron helped alleviate my stress with a positive attitude and sense of humor during a challenging time. He explained throughly the possibilities why my furnace may have stopped working. Ron answered all my questions and ensured I fully understood his explanations. Last but not least, there’s Emilio and Samuel. They were very professional, respectful of my home, and courteous. They installed my furnace efficiently and with ease.

Can't speak highly enough of Ron and the whole team at Nortek. We have trusted them for years with everything to do with our heater, air conditioner, and humidifier. They're straight shooters you always feel in the loop and taken care of. Pricing is very reasonable especially if you consider the quality of work they do. It's a family-owned company and I can see why they've been around for so long servicing so many people's homes. From scheduling to showing up on time to fair pricing couldn't be happier.

Nortek was great from the start (with justin in the office) to Ron the technician. Ron came out and was so nice, personable, and honest. He came out for just a furnace check. While he was down there he noticed a safety issue on our water heater that we did not know about that could have leaked carbon monoxide into the house and simply moved the piece into the correct place and made sure we were safe. I trust them and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Justin, Ron, and Nortek!

After using another company for years and never quite getting the temperature right, I decided to have Nortek take a look at my system — and I’m so glad I did. Ron quickly identified that the wiring for my zone system wasn’t connected correctly and that several dampers were inoperable.

He corrected the wiring, and the difference in comfort throughout my home was noticeable right away. Ron was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. Nortek worked very hard to meet the technical specifications for a complicated 3 unit HVAC replacement. They were sensitive to costs for our non-profit. Communication and scheduling were very good.

I have used few different HVAC services in the past and I can tell All Season is the most reliable and professional company for both residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration services in the western suburbs. They have serviced my hvac systems in a timely manner at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended

Allseason responded very quickly (within minutes) of my emergency call when my AC went out (on a hot day, of course). Technician Mike arrived within the time frame promised. He was very polite and personable. He explained everything he was going to do and why. The problem turned out to be the thermostat, but he checked the whole system. I was given many options so I could choose what best suited my needs. His work was tidy and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service provided.
