Ryan cooper came to my house for a clean and check. I was his last stop of the day. It was cold and late and there ended up being a gas leak. He saved us. He was very professional and knowledgeable . He even had to go to Menards for something and never wavered from his professionalism. Even though it was getting late. I will only request him in the future and request him to friends and family. Raul explained every detail to me. He cleaned the unit thoroughly and took the next step to discover why I've been having trouble with my furnace. He found that the coil for the air conditioner (that is located in the furnace unit) was filthy. He deemed the air conditioner unremarkable and sold me the best a/c unit at 0% for 5 years. It will be installed next week.

Scott Oberts was our technician for todays visit which was a yearly maintenance call. He was very thorough and very professional. He was much more thorough than our past technician visits. He found a small gas leak which he fixed. He explained what he was doing in a great way that we could understand. It would be great if he could be our annual technician!!!

The technician Garry Norris is very professional, very knowledgeable. His arrival time was punctual as he arrived within moments of calling to say he was on his way. Mr Morris listened well and not only verbally responded but also provided demonstrations when possible. He did some trouble shooting because of what I explained as an issue, this resulted in me learning the cartridge is necessary should be replaced. Mr Norris had to change the temperature on the water heater because it was found to be up too high. Overall the
experience was better than expected and very thorough.

Mitchell and Thomas were puntual, friendly and their work was very neat and thorough.
They made sure I could put the filter in without getting burned as happened with the old one.
They were not bothered by questions and explained for easy understanding.
They were a great team!

Michael Wier's brought 30 years of HVAC experience with him into my 86 year old mothers home which had been without heat for approximately 5 days. He and his fully capable apprentice Drew Polk spent the day replacing and old boiler which was installed in 1952! The professionalism, respect and common courtesy displayed by these two gentlemen was very much appreciated. They are definitely an asset and On course should be proud to have them as employees! My service technician Raul is the greatest! He did a wonderful job by installing the Inducer motor so that our furnace would not go out and now we have heat and the furnace works great. He is also very nice and did a wonderful job. He should be employee of the month. Plus, he has excellent customer service. We are very grateful he cares!
