I discovered water leaking from our furnace and James and Eric came out that very morning to take a look and repaired the broken trap. Friendly and efficient service. They called first to ask if they could come before scheduled time. Work was completed in a timely fashion.👍👍

Had a system failure in the middle of summer. The tenant was quite elderly and sensitive to the heat. Newton Heating and Cooling was able to make a complete system installed in one day. The system works very well and I could not be more impressed. I highly recommend.

I’ve ordered a service for my AC Unit at my home in Lombard, IL
Unfortunately I wasn’t present when he arrived, he spent total of 5 minutes at my house… I doubt he opened a cover…
He told my spouse that the problem is with the capacitor which I changed day before I called them…
He also said there might be a leak which he can not discover but we have to pay $1800 to charge AC.
In case that leak continues he will give us 50% back????

Wow! Saturday emergency and Newton Heating and Cooling showed up and fixed our furnace issue. What a great honest company. The tech came and found the problem was a small thing and just charged for coming out. They truly care about their customers’ needs and wants. The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Helpful, beyond helpful.

We are so happy with the work Eli did! He was incredibly professional and personable. The job took two days, as he replaced our hot water tank and installed a whole A/C unit. He explained the processes, let us know what would be best for our home and most economic for us, which we greatly appreciated. He kept the area neat-and then took whatever garbage he created with him. Great service! Thank you Eli.
