Clint was the Dutchman tech who provided a seasonal furnace tune-up for us this week, and his product knowledge, thorough work and professionalism were outstanding in every way. His careful tune-up process actually resulted in a "quieting" of the furnace's operation ... an unexpected and welcome extra benefit.

We had a technician come out to look at our heater that wasn’t working. While working on the heater he unplugged wires, and moved things around. He quoted us $1000 to fix, and the next day I called to move forward with the fix and the cost jumped to $2400.

We then decided to get a second opinion only to find out the fix would have costed us $500, which included a brand new motor. On top of that the wires were not put back correctly.

I talked to both the office and the owner and have never been more disappointed with a company before. While talking to the owner I felt harassed, was yelled at and talked down to.

I will NEVER recommend them, and will tell friends and family to avoid them at all cost.

We have the furnace and Air-conditioning units serviced by Dutchman twice a year. They keep our systems in top shape. Matt is my favorite tech person and he is amazing.

Woke up to no heat during our last really cold spell. Inside temp was 57 degrees. Called Dutchman at 8:01and they were out by noon, had to pick up a part, did the yearly check, and we had heat by 3:00. They’re always on time and very professional. We’ve used them for years.

Matt was excellent! We called and were able to get a same day service call. He was very knowledgeable about Navien tankless water heaters. Very impressed with the company overall.

Our garage heater had stopped working. The technician was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Too many technicians these days just want to replace things and not fix them. That was not the case here. We appreciate that!

Furnace annual cleaning and repair. We had our annual cleaning which was covered in our maintenance plan. We had to pay a small amount to cover a minor “firing” issue. Matt is very thorough and friendly. Great service always!

Our furnace was not producing hot air and we called Dutchman. The technician that we got (Matt) was able to diagnose the issue and solved it within an hour. This issue was a backup of water into the furnace which tripped the vacuum switch which was repaired without needing to replace parts as well as recommendations for new furnaces in the future if needed. There was no pressure to go forward with a maintenance plan but we did anyways, In this review, the base emergency cost for this was $355 but we decided to go forward with a discounted 2 year maintenance plan totaling $795 (again this is optional and was not forced on us). The technician walked us through the entire process of what he saw and ways to get the furnace back on ASAP. Dutchman has shown that is has very skilled and communicative HVAC technicians.

Dutchman replaced 2 50 gallon tank water heaters with one tankless water heater. Very polite, knowledgeable and performed the work in less time than I thought it would take. Tankless water heater is a great product! Thanks!
