The technician “Paul” was amazing , he was very thorough and showed me exactly how my system worked! He was honest and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need! Best technician I’ve came across!!

Paul and Mathew were two of the most courteous young men I’ve had the privilege to work with. In addition the service I received was excellent! They took time to explain everything that was happening to my air conditioner/furnace and how to solve the problem . I would recommend this company without reservation.

I am not sure how this company has so many good reviews when this company scammed my 73 year old grandmother. She got a furnace from them and they are not honoring her warranty nor will help fix a just made one year old furnace. She is forced to sleep in the living room with a space heater! I pray they dont’ mess over you guys. The office manager there is a mess as well. Her attitude towards sensitive situations is terrible. Have a heart! It’s a week before Christmas and my mom heat has been down since black Friday. How dear you leave a person like this. She can’t even sleep in her room because it’s so cold. I want someone in management to contact me asap before we contact the News or higher means to get my grandmom help!.

Paul installed a new furnace. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He made sure everything was working correctly. Explaining the process and answered all questions. He also did a great clean up job. I would recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Naperville to others.

Cannot recommend One hour heat and air enough! They are fast, efficient, and accommodating! They pick up your call right away and get you scheduled as soon as possible! I was assigned One Hour Heating & AC by my not always reliable home warranty service. I was pleasantly surprised. I was initially given a Thu appointment but was called by One Hour's dispatch to confirm the request and ask if I was available same day. Are you kidding me? No one does that! Within an hour or so of that call, Paul came to fix my AC. Paul was friendly, professional, neat and kept me informed the whole way. All I ask is to be honest, be on time, be neat and then be gone. Paul was that and more! I will go directly to One house from now on regardless of my home warranty! Thanks again Paul!

Do not recommend, send you crazy prices up charging crazy amounts.

Paul diagnosed my cooling issues and explained the best course of action. He was very knowledgeable with working with home warranty companies. He understood the process and submitted the appropriate paperwork which got us an approval for the needed repairs. In the past we have had a technician from a different company cause our warranty claim to be denied because they didn't understand the process. Paul's understanding of warranties was greatly appreciated.

This company installed a new furnace after my old one had died. The technicians were great and our HVAC is running well. However, everything after that has not gone well. I was promised paperwork (invoice, warranty, etc.) on the day the furnace was installed but I did not receive any. Instead I was informed that I would receive it the following day through email. My credit card was charged the next day, but no email or further communication of any kind. I called a week later about this and finally received an email of the invoice, but I still have no information about the warranty that was promised. They also charged me a 3% credit card processing fee that they did not inform me of prior.
Update: My above issues with the paperwork/documentation were resolved about a week after the installation. As a result, I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. The technician, Zo, did a great job but the clerical side was the problem.

I've had my share of bad experiences with previous HVAC vendors who are typically unprofessional, just looking for a sale, or untimely. However, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning changed that for me. They are always on time, provide me with unbiased recommendations, and really show their care for customer relationships. I've used them for my all-home humidifier replacement, as well as duct cleaning and UV light system installation. Great value and professionalism, which is difficult to find these days. Za and Krunal especially are always a pleasure to interact with.

We contacted One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Naperville to come out and clean our air conditioner. After our appointment was set, our air conditioner went out completely. Paul was our service technician who came out on the call. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue quickly and explained the process completely. Their policy of full disclosure pricing gave us the confidence and assurance that we were paying a best in market rate. I would highly recommend both, this company and Paul, as they are both best in class.
