We had our winter maintenance done recently on our furnace.
Tavares was our technician who performed the work. He is very knowledgeable of the system we have and made adjustments to make things more comfortable. Very professional and friendly. This is someone who enjoys his work and it shows with his service.

Paul was awesome!! We’ve had many maintenance checks over the years and Paul has been the most thorough and informative than any other. When the time comes to replace our unit we would definitely have your company and Paul do the work!!

Darryl came out to do a tune up on my furnace and
AC this summer as well as help me pass a city
inspection. Darryl noticed a few minor issues that needed to be addressed in order to pass inspection.
He also did a great job with the tune up. He was on time and very professional all at a fair price. Thank you Darryl Great job

First Care did an installation on a furnace today. they were prompt, professional and clean. So far so great! And they were able to do the job today I was without heat for 2 days.

I personally requested service technician, Jason Wellington to do my annual cleaning of my A/C unit. He has previously serviced my furnace and A/C when he worked for EconoTemp. He also installed a new Aprilaire Humidistat two years ago. I appreciate how he explains what he was doing and what my equipment may need, so I understand. He answers any questions I may have as well. He ensures my equipment is well-maintained and the area is clean when he leaves. I signed up for the Care Pass with First Care Heating and Air to ensure my home will be kept cool and warm in the months and years to come. I don't have to worry who to call, they will be there for me!

It is evident that Jason W. knows his stuff, as I watched him check so much more than furnace techs did many years ago. He also willingly offered explanations of every test which gave me the assurance that our furnace was in good operating condition. Thank you Jason and First Care Heating and Air!

Smith Baptiste from First Care Heating checked my furnace this fall. He was thorough and explained his recommendations in detail. He is clearly knowledgable and safety oriented.. I decided to hold off on getting a new furnace this year which he suggested, but did get a new capacitor for now. I felt he was trustworthy and I plan to continue to use their services. It was a maintenance check ( inexpensive) plus a repair ( I don’t know how to judge that price).

We were Econotemp customers for years. We had First Care service our furnace for the winter. Devin was a very nice young man who we would love to have again. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. We are more than satisfied with our visit with First Care!

Lucas was fantastic. He showed up early, was friendly and professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He did a full inspection of our HVAC system and explained everything clearly without making it complicated. He made sure everything was working properly and gave helpful tips for keeping it running efficiently.

I had First Care come out after my furnace stopped working. They were very responsive and professional. Martin, Smith, and and Lucas were the ones that helped me and I could not be happier. Will definitely use them again.

Richard and Devin were amazing, I got a new furnace installed. I was working from home and I have a curious cat that likes to travel to the basement so I asked to keep the door closed and they did exactly that so no mishap with my cat and I could work from home peacefully. They were amazing and cleaned up my house when they were done. I also put a new filter in my old furnace like 2 weeks before and I asked them if I could use it on the new system since it was brand new and they said, yep I looked and saw it was new so we used that one. They also cleaned out the vent going from the furnace so my airflow would be better than before. They installed my thermostat for me and set it up. They went above and beyond for me. Thanks guys you deserve more than 5 stars.

I was a previous customer of Econo temp, and when they merged with First Care, I received an introductory offer from them. I’ve been very pleased with the technicians they have sent. They have been pleasant to work with and explain everything thoroughly. Jason recently serviced the furnace and the humidifier and answered all of my questions.

The Leslie tech Ricky arrived on time and did a thorough system check. Luckily we had no issues that needed to be addressed immediately. He was courteous and friendly during his visit. Great job!

Richard and Jerry installed a new hot water heater for us. The old one was about 18 years old and leaking. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Tarps were laid from our front door to the water heater to protect our floors. Everything was explained about our new water heater and our questions were answered. We will call on them again when it's time to replace the furnace. We highly recommend First Care

I had a very positive experience with my service man Jason Wellington of First Care Heating & Air Conditioning. I had formally been a customer for over 15 years with Econo Temp, which merged with First Care. Jason had been to my condo quite a few years ago, but recognized it. His service was very thorough. He had some parts which he had to replace which he had available on his truck and he had to order a new cell for my air purification system, which I swear by. Overall, I would give Jason and first care five stars Mary Rogala.
