I have been a client of Energy Services for 20 years. 2 different houses. 5 star experiences for 20 years. They recently fixed a disconnected laundry vent. Didn't even know that could happen but they fixed it!

The office staff and Tech at Naperville Energy Services did a superb job for my Mom's bi-annual furnace/AC maintenance. First scheduled for Dec. 11, I was assured that if put on the move-up list, we'd be contacted if there was a cancellation. A week later, we were contacted and the tech came that day. The tech was extremely thorough. He taught me how to change the air filter and humidifier pad . He also gave us scheduling advice for the next spring msintenance visit. He went above and beyond byeven discovering and removing four dead mice carcasses.

It’s really hard to keep it short when talking about the great experience of working with David Beam and the Energy Services team for my new furnace and AC system because there’s so many stand-out areas!
To start with, David himself, as a salesperson in a technical area not only has deep technical understanding of heating & cooling systems (from his >24 years of installing and servicing them), he also has a natural, easy way of relating with people that is not pushy but at the same time is efficient, professional and respectful. He was my first contact with Energy Services and he made it easy for me to have a sense of trust that I would be happy with the result of going with the company. He quoted exactly the range of configurations we had discussed - no surprises - and after a quick call with him to finalize the system choice he sent me the contract on a Saturday so that the system could be installed the following Tuesday (as my heat had not been working the prior week with more cold weather on the way).
The install technicians, Matt and Anthony, showed up promptly as scheduled, told me exactly what would be done, answered the questions I had, and worked efficiently as a team (one on the AC, the other on the furnace, then both together as the system came together) to remove the old units, install the new system, and have the heat running and everything cleaned up in 8 hrs flat. Again, no surprises!
Just to have a new system in and working that fast by two professional and respectful techs would have been enough, but when I took time that night to look at the new system I can honestly say it’s the cleanest and most professional hvac install I’ve seen in this house - the clean organization of cabling & piping, straightness of alignment, detail quality of seams and interfaces between elements, and just overall execution is at a level that I rarely see and very much appreciate. Anthony and Matt’s quality of workmanship and attention to detail in the installation is truly impressive, as you can see in the picture.
The system so far is working quietly and keeping such an even temp throughout the house that it’s easy to not even think about 😃. I’m so glad my neighbor referred Energy Services to me, and so appreciative of David, Anthony and Matt for their quality work and professional approach.

Carlos did an amazing job. He helped rebalance the heat between the two floors in our house. This significantly improved the comfort level in our basement. Additionally he reprogrammed our thermostat so that we didn’t have to manually switch between heating and cooling. We’re very happy with the results.

Brian was incredible! He is no pressure sales, informative and very responsive. He is kind, understanding and authentically empathized with my circumstances. His people skills are exponentially impressive.

Jeff & Ryan were wildly pleasant, hard workers in the grueling heat, fun to chat with when having to engage and they went the extra mile to make things work when they bumped into obstacles. They provided an alternate measure to give me some extra support to ensure my airflow was sufficient for my machine. They contacted Brian when the solution for raising the machine wasn't effective and they put plan B into action within minutes. Brian even showed up with the materials and helped unload it to keep the project moving.

The cuts were clean, properly sealed from what I can tell, and lined neatly. Aesthetically the conduit looks beautifully arranged to keep with the current flow of my exposed ceiling. The devices that needed to be attached were done neatly, level and overall, very professional. They offered me a tour of my system, provided me with tips, showed me where to locate their information if needed in the future and cleaned up better than any service professional team I have had in the home.

I had an issue when I elected to reset my thermostat to pair it with my phone & shot a text to Brian. He responded promptly and I was immediately contacted by the office to schedule a same day visit. I was fine with a phone call for support, but they insisted on sending a tech JUST to make sure it was functioning properly.

All of this combined illustrates superior customer support, efficient services and a high degree to please the customer. I was referred to them by a friend and very happy that this is where I landed. Value for the price... excellent!

Oh... I neglected to mention that I took some time to decide on a provider. But when I finally decided late, late Sunday night, (very late Sunday night), Brian put into motion a series of events that got a team out to me in 48 hours & first thing Tuesday morning I was greeted by smiling installers. No other provider had a team ready sooner. The average wait time was 14-20 days.

I’ve only had to use their plumbing services, but it’s been a delight every time. Scott and Brandon are absolute wizards and the knowledge and expertise they bring to the table is next level. I had some challenging installation aspects come into play, but the two of them came up with solutions that blew me away. Even after the appointment was finished, i was able to follow up with them directly for what seemed like complicated questions on my end. These guys, made it seem like a walk in the park. I will definitely work with them again

Steve and Joaquin came to my home to perform the annual furnace inspection on my two (2) furnaces. The performed the work very well, were very communicative, and left me a very satisfied customer.

Tyler came to my home to replace a defective heat exchanger that was identified during Steve’s and Joaquin’s recent visit. Tyler performed the work professionally. He provided communication as required. He completed the work on a timely basis after completing all required safety checks. Job well done!

Susan from Energy Services was absolutely incredible in getting our HVAC back up and running. We had been without heat for six days and had multiple experienced professionals look at it, but none were able to find the root cause.

When we called Energy Services, Susan was the on-call technician and arrived in less than 20 minutes. She identified the real issue almost immediately just by inspecting the system. She also provided a temporary workaround to keep us warm while her team arranged the proper equipment for the permanent fix.

Her expertise, quick response, and kindness truly stood out. Susan will be our go-to person for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend Energy Services — you’d be lucky to have Susan as your technician when your HVAC goes out.

Superb experience top to bottom. David came out when our furnace was failing during a cold stretch of weather and gave us a thorough explanation of what was going on and options we had. We opted to replace our furnace since it was 12 years old, and Alex and Adriel were timely and very professional when installing. We couldn't be happier with our service and quick turnaround time and would recommend them for your needs.

Quick update: Needed to call back because the furnace seemed to stay on longer than it needed and Carlos came by same day and fixed everything back up in less than an hour. Super great crew and very easy to work with.

Matt Giovanni came out to inspect our humidifier. He was courteous and in no time found a lose wire connection. He had everything back up and functioning properly very quickly.

Was a customer of Energy Services for close to 20 years however no longer. They have implemented a monthly subscription plan that you have to pay monthly to get basic hvac service and to get the complete annual hvac maintenance review it's additional. I have found their prices to be comparable with other companies; nothing special. Bottom line - pay more for same thing and a monthly payment is required vs just pay "by drink". Overall not worth it with other options available.

We purchased a furnace w/ humidifier and a/c unit in 2021 from Energy Services. It was competitively priced and a clean easy installation process. This appt was for our semi- annual maintenance.

This company is excellent! They communicate well, are timely and efficient.

A month ago, we had a concerning noise coming through the air return. The technician called ahead of our scheduled appt, explained what to try and to call back if it continued. Otherwise, it could wait until our maintenance in January. That saved us the cost of an unneeded visit and tells us they want to do a great job without nickel and diming their clients.

Two years ago our family wrote a review praising Kevin and the team at Energy Services for their honesty, professionalism, and craftsmanship when they replaced our aging furnace. Having since moved to Wheaton, we recently had them replace our 19-year-old Carrier air conditioner, and I’m thrilled to say that our satisfaction with their service, quality, and attention to detail has not diminished one bit!

From our first call to Brian who assessed our needs and provided a same-day quote to our installation day with Jeff, who worked tirelessly through the rain, the experience was everything we remembered — prompt, transparent, and professional. Jeff treated our home as if it were his own, taking every precaution to keep his work area clean. He arrived exactly when promised, communicated clearly throughout, and was genuinely friendly and respectful.

Energy Services recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The project began right on schedule and was completed on time, exactly as promised.

Greg, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The installers, Anthony and Frankie, were professional, efficient, and took great care to protect my home while they worked. The installation was clean, organized, and done with obvious attention to detail.

Once the work was complete, they tested everything thoroughly, explained the operation clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the system before wrapping up. Cleanup was excellent - no mess left behind.

He was not only on time, but was familiar with my home and my account. Matt and the Technician Manager, Henry Aguirre, briefed me in detail to service calls objectives. Meticulously performing his duties, Matt committed himself to his duties. I am very satisfied and appreciative of the attention to detail and leaving my home cleaner than when they arrived!! Very Very Pleased!!!
