Marco was professional, knowledgeable and provided great customer service! Remembered being here even before we lived here and the specific work he had done. He explained it to me in detail. He did some extra adjustments to the humidifier and noted things to watch for without pressure to fix or buy now which was nice. Will have him back in the spring for AC check and tune up. I’d recommend Marco and this company as we had a great experience from beginning to end.

I am so glad I called AirRite for my HVAC work! Terry came out and did an amazing job—he’s truly a quality, trustworthy guy. Before calling AirRite, I had another company come out, and their only goal seemed to be selling me a brand-new unit. They tried to build the biggest quote possible to convince me that replacing everything was the best option.

My experience with AirRite was the complete opposite. They focused on actually helping me, had my best interests in mind, and went above and beyond to take care of everything the right way. The whole process felt wholesome, honest, and professional. I couldn’t recommend them more, and I’m so thankful for their work!

We had Air-Rite out today to check our furnace and are extremely happy with tech Joe Castleman’s knowledge and professionalism. He fixed our problem easily and located some issues left by a previous company which he handled as well! I highly recommend Air-Rite and Joe!

We had a humidifier installed on our furnace which requited carpenter work. Comfort Care did a terrific job. They were on time, and cleaned up after the installation. The experience could not have been better.

Had a new Carrier Furnace, A/C, and Aprilaire humidifier installed in late October by Eddy and Rolando, who both did excellent, professional work. Aaron sold us the work after we had requested several estimates of different configurations of equipment. We really appreciate his patience with us. The new furnace works great, so we won't have to worry about another failed part on the old furnace in the middle of winter. We researched Carrier furnaces and air conditioners on the Carrier website to determine what we really needed and could afford. We recommend Air-Rite and Carrier.

Called them because my furnace was randomly shutting off. I had replaced the filter less than a month ago.

The visit fee was $135, which was clearly communicated and I agreed to in advance.

The technician was at my house for about 15 minutes. He told me to change the filter (which I did), and then adjusted two wires on the furnace, saying airflow was set too low.

At no point was I told this would be considered a repair or that it would cost an additional $85.

Afterward, I was charged $220.

When I asked about warranty on the work (since the issue may not be resolved), I was told there is no clear policy — it’s a “judgment call” if they come back and how much it costs.

I’m fine paying agreed pricing. I’m not fine with surprise charges and unclear warranty policies. Transparency upfront would have avoided this situation.

I called Air-Rite last Friday morning with a plumbing emergency. The water main in my laundry room was leaking. Rapidly. They were able to send a two-man crew that afternoon, led by Artie. They assessed the situation quickly, and Artie explained and documented exactly what they would need to do--including best- and worst-case scenarios. He took care of getting a permit from the village and having the water turned off this morning. They arrived on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do (luckily, it turned out to be best-case scenario), starting with digging up the floor. At each phase, Artie had me go downstairs to see what they had found and what they were going to do. They showed me where the leak was, how it looked after it was fixed and insulated, and how it looked after the cement was put in. They also did a great job cleaning up and carting away everything. I highly recommend Air-Rite and am fortunate to have had Artie save the day.

This was our first time using Air-Rite, and they did a great job! Our furnace and boiler stopped working, and they came out quickly and were able to assess the situation right away. They had to order new parts but they managed to do a “quick fix” to get the heat working so we did not freeze nor did our pipes. Steve was our repairman and he did a wonderful job! We will not hesitate to use Air-Rite in the future. Thank you!

Very professional team. They showed up on time and the installation was completed and they explained how everything worked. They even hooked up my furnace, AC and humidifier to the NEST thermostat & APP and made sure it worked.
They respected my property and cleaned up with no mess left behind.
I am loving my new unit. The whole house feels warmer now and I am running it at a lower setting than before.
Can't wait till the summer comes to test the AC unit!
Also the office staff was very helpful on the phone and always kept me updated.

Service Technician Nate and Nick were both professional and outstanding during the installation of the AC unit and the furnace. They discussed the task that they will do for the day before they started working. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and will use A All Temp again in the future.

Had a really quick turn around time to get my entire furnace and air conditioner replaced before a trip and a heat wave. The team came out and took care of everything and did an amazing job. Everything in and out was perfect and the crew was so nice. Sending everyone we know their way!

A-All Temp for the win. They installed a new furnace and AC a couple of months ago when it was still cold. As the weather is warming the AC kicks on occasionally. We heard a loud sound at start up and called A-All Temp to come out. They came out immediately since Josh was in the area. Josh was thorough and polite as usual. He was able to address the sound and we were reassured that we made the best decision to go with a professional and competent company that stands behind their work. I don't want to have to do any more HVAC work ever again 😂, but when it eventually comes up I will be definitely working with A-All Temp and their amazing employees like Josh. Thank you again!

Great attitude over the phone. Great serviceman knows what they're doing. And you can conversate with your serviceman, and they do not get mad when you ask questions that you do not understand.

Came home at about 4 p.m. to find our A/C wasn’t working. Called A All Temp Inc. and they had a technician (Zack) at our house in less than 2 hours. He quickly identified the issue and installed a temporary fix to get our A/C up and running. He returned a couple days later with the permanent fix. Great service! Highly recommended A All Temp!
