Very courteous, diagnosed the issue quickly, and showed me where to look if we have issues in the future. Also looked at our humidifier and flushed it out for us. Note: I signed up for maintenance agreement, which pushed the cost of the visit up. It would have been $259 otherwise.

Matt was out today to do the fall maintenance. Matt was excellent. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I love Air-Rite. I have used them for about 30 years. I wouldn’t use any other company. They are top notch.

Quite thorough with system cleaning and check-up ( we have three HVAC systems). Also helped us with marking how to adjust airflow between two floors for winter versus summer. And gave us a tip on our “fancy” thermostats (Steve has same model). Satisfied for twenty years; Air-Rite designed original HVAC plans for our home.

I have used Air-Rite for over 20 years for my HVAC needs. Terry came out and performed my yearly furnace and humidifier maitenance. He is always very polite, friendly, and does a very thorough job maintaining my furnace/humidifier. I only trust Air-Rite for my HVAC needs.

These folks are honest. I had someone last summer look at my CA and told me to replace. They came and it was $48. Today they came and cleaned furnace and two minor repairs was $189 Reliable and very professional. I just referred a good friend and neighbor.

Matt was amazing. So friendly, polite and a great technician. I am so glad I went with Air Rite when I needed to replace my air conditioner and furnace. I highly recommend the annual service plan to extend the life of your equipment. This time I needed a few minor parts from wear and tear (first time in 10 yrs) and because of the plan I got half off on the parts!

Great experience. Heat went out, addressed and taken care of quickly. Randy and Joe worked to diagnose/coordinate everything and they were wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend.

Air-Rite just has overall great service. The rech Anthony, called when he was on his way, arrived on time and did the job efficiently. We chatted about ways to take care of the furnace and even the best filters to use which aren't the most expensive one's. Overall very satisfied.

Air-Rite has been one of the best contractors I’ve experienced. They always send the same technician, Ray, who is great to service our system twice a year for routine maintenance, which I appreciate because I know who is coming into my house. When we replaced our entire system with Air-Rite last year, Andy and Eddy did an amazing job, far superior in terms of craftsmanship than the original builder, and the team was extremely clean and careful protecting our new floors.

I can’t recommend Anthony enough! Our furnace stopped working at 10 PM on a Friday night, one of the coldest nights of winter, and Anthony came right away to fix it. His professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Thank you so much, Anthony!

I have used Air Rite for several years and they always do a great job. I get the maintenence package where they come and do the AC and furnace maintenance in the spring and fall. They are easy to work with. Their technicians are always kind and respectful. Anthony is great! Definitely recommend.

During these maintenance calls, he inquires about how the equipment in my house is running and if I have any issues or concerns. I feel informed as he thoroughly explains all repairs. I’ve used Air Rite for the last few years. When you call, you get to speak to someone quickly and they are friendly and helpful. When the technicians come out, they notify you of when they’ll be arriving and are very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Ralph came to do our annual fall maintenance today. He has serviced our equipment several times in the 29 years we’ve been using Air Rite. He was prompt, efficient, pleasant, and very personable. We are always pleased with his attention to detail and the quality of his work!
