Love their service, special shout out to Susan, who is outstanding! She provided all information on all options available to us on whether we should repair or replace, and it was much appreciated!

I checked with three HVAC companies. Energy Services is still the one (They designed and installed my HVAC when I built the house in 1988). Greg was very knowledgeable, and the price was significantly better than the other two companies for the same system. Javi and Matt removed my old system and installed the new one in one day. I was very happy with the experience - they kept me informed and were skilled, friendly, and hard working. It has been over one month since installation and I am very happy with the AC. They did test the furnace, but I won't be using it until later :-) In summary, I would buy from Energy Services again.

Air conditioner maintenance was done promptly - they gave me a 5 hour PM window but I indicated earlier would be better and they came first thing in the PM which was great. Brandon, the tech, was very helpful in finding a loose wire on our heat pump and verifying everything worked after he tighted up the connection. He also changed the filter on the furnace with a new one I already had sitting on top of the furnace saving a trip into the crawl space.

Energy Services Air Conditioning serviced our HVAC system and Andrew did a great job reviewing the work with us. We are very pleased with their service.

Carlos was very competent! He changed the filter for me and explained everything he was doing. I was very happy with the fast service I received!

Today is the second time in the past few months that the furnace maintenance service from Alan Energy required them to come back again, this time the next day. They send young guys out for these maintenance services and don’t always know what they’re doing.
After my AC unit and heat pump were serviced recently I had to have them back because of a noise coming from my 2 year old heat pump. The technician told me he didn’t pinpoint the cause but said the unit had too much coolant (Alan Energy serviced the unit that week!). Today they had to come out again to address an alert of a problem with the humidifier. The technician who serviced the furnace worked on the humidifier as well and asked me to discard an old filter. Today, I had an error message on my thermostat and they had to come back and waste more of my time. The young man who answered the phone could use a refresher on customer service and remaining professional. I’ve spend tens of thousands of dollars at Alan Energy, literally

My wife and I used EnergyServ for some recent projects. When we had additional questions about an air conditioning service to decide how to proceed forward with our unit, the company sent out 2 workers as a courtesy to take a 2nd look to further explain our options in-person. This helped us to make a cost savings decision on extending our unit vs purchasing a new one.

We also recently had duct cleaning. The workers were very professional. We appreciated that they were very conscious of not scuffing our newly painted walls with equipment, were careful, and kept a neat workspace. They gave a thorough explanation at the end of their job of work done. The cost was reasonable as well.

Highly recommend EnergyServ! We are newer customers and have appreciated the great service.

Susan was GREAT! She figured out that our thermostat got afternoon sun directly on it which threw off the correct reading of the bedroom temperatures. It explains why the bedrooms were not heating when it was cold.

David was on time and honest. He explained what needed to be done, with clarity. I will use this company again. I would readily request David!

Matt G. was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding our current system and future systems we are considering. He was fantastic to point out that our water heater was rusted and showed signs it had leaked at some point. Gave us quotes for new one- tank and tankless. But without making me uncomfortable with too much pressure. He fully explained the need and how each unit works. The difference between the 2 kinds and the brands and why your company recommends them. I was super impressed with Matt. Though we have always been happy either way all the techs from your company.

Completely honest and transparent with us from start to finish. Matt went above and beyond, first arriving within an hour of us calling and the spent the time to figure out the issue and presented us both short and long-term solutions. 5 stars all the way.

They always do a thorough inspection of the system. They recently found a hard to see problem that could have become deadly. The repair was done quickly and management was able to find a way to significantly reduce the cost. I highly recommend this company.

They were amazing. They arrived promptly after I called. They explained in detail the problem and the different solutions.
After, I chose the best solution for me, they acted fast and the next day came to install my new AC. The installation workers were responsible, respectful, and professional. They explained me before, during and after the whole process.

Excellent job from Energy Services. Never had a problem with our HVAC which they installed. For a very reasonable annual maintenance cost they come out twice a year to check or maintain the furnace and the compressor unit.
Susan was the latest one to come and is very skilled at what she does and very friendly too. I asked if she can do the next maintenance.

The technician Matt Giovanni called me back in about 15 minutes and was able to schedule to see me the same day.
Over the phone, he explained the fee and charges for Sunday service, which we agreed to.
He was able to come to the house a little later on Sunday, and got to work right away.
He found the problem, he thoroughly explained the problem, and he was able to fix the problem.
He also did a service check on the rest of the air conditioning unit.
He was a super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and very helpful, especially on a Sunday.
We have used energy services before, and they always do a great job

Susan was amazing! Helped us out on the coldest, Sunday night.
Both of our furnaces were down, she came at 10pm, got upstairs to work.
She really paid attention to details and did not rush through it.

We have been a customer of energy services since the original build of our house. They have always been reliable and professional.
The only constructive feedback we have is around price hikes. Over the past few years, maintenance plans have increased and it would be nice for loyal customers to have their plans locked in.

We’ve had Energy Services out twice now to do my annual service for both my AC and my furnace. Both times, they have arrived in the time frame quoted and have been super nice and knowledgeable. I don’t know anything about heating or cooling, and these guys don’t make me feel like an idiot.

Everyone has been very kind, honest, informative and helpful. I have the service plan and truly love knowing I will see someone at least 2 times a year to assure good running conditions for our system. If I ever have concerns, I am kindly assisted and someone is sent for service at no cost if needed. I'd highly recommend Energy Services 😊
