I also want to thank Lucas, my service technician. Lucas analyzed my system and diagnosed the problem quickly.

He offered a variety of solutions, explaining the benefits and advantages.

After listening to my concerns and evaluating our comfort requirements, Lucas presented several proposals in writing. He scheduled our replacement equipment delivery and installation, advising on what to expect.

The entire team worked to keep equipment that was still serviceable, and replace and upgrade the rest.

The First Care team won my confidence and endorsement.

I called last night about a misbehaving furnace (that of course started behaving again overnight...) and they were able to send out someone today. Paul was able to stop by even earlier than initially anticipated and was helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, installed the new part, and later gave me a breakdown on the health of all the other major components along with price information so there wasn't sticker shock down the line. I'd definitely recommend First Care Heating and Air to anyone else going through furnace issues!

Devin came out and did a phenomenal job doing a fall cleaning and inspection of our furnace. His work was very thorough and detailed. He answered all our questions and took the time to address any concerns we had. He took pictures of everything he did and then explained every picture to us. I am very happy with this company and will definitely be using them again. Devin was great, friendly and very knowledgeable about his work.

On a recent bitterly cold morning the furnace stopped working after making a whining sound and emitting a burning odor throughout the house.
I called Firstcare-Econotemp, and the scheduler said "we are going to get someone out to you as quickly as we can since you have no heat". Within 60 minutes Jason W. arrived (a true professional). He thoroughly inspected the furnace, diagnosed the issues, made several phone calls, as well as several trips to different warehouses to obtain the needed parts. In a few hours he had the furnace running again, just like new (it's 16 years old). The house didn't even cool down 10 degrees. Well done. Thanks for your speedy response, hard work and dedication.

First Care installed a full unit(heating, ac, humidifier)on our first floor in August 2024. Tavares showed up this morning for our maintenance check, on time! The whole team of technicians have been very professional, thorough, and helpful, addressing any of our questions and concerns. We've been very impressed with the First Care experience.

I had a great experience with First Care. Richard and Carlos came out to rework my furnace installation and they were fantastic. Both were professional, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work before they left. It’s rare to find technicians who care that much about the details. Highly recommend asking for them!

We had a wiring problem that caused our whole house humidifier to run constantly. Alex did a superb job of diagnosing and fixing the problem, and explained everything clearly at every step. He even took the time to give me some helpful tips for optimizing our humidifier performance.
SUMMARY: excellent communications from first contact through completion of work, very knowledgeable technician who did excellent work quickly and efficiently while explaining the problem and the repair in terms any layman could understand.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

UPDATE: Come to find out that the transformer I was charged $300 for was an $18 item. Ok, I paid for the expertise required to diagnose the problem and fix it correctly, and I stand by my enthusiastic review of Alex's work. However, a 1,500 percent markup on the hardware is a bit much. It's especially painful when you're a senior on fixed income like I am. Five stars for the technician, 2 stars for the office profit margin.
BOTTOM LINE: 3 STARS.

We're very happy withthe First Care team! Join, Richard & Roman could not have been better. Professional from start to finish. Paul's service and recommendations gave great guidance. We can tell the new HVAC system will be an improvement beyond our expectations. We think we got a fair deal, and having it completed so promptly during a Winter day is impressive.

They came out the same day for an emergency water heater replacement and stayed until job was completed! Strongly recommend them for customer service, explaining my options and doing a great job!
I also had a full furnace system installed with 2 furnaces and 2 A/C units.

We had First Care replace our furnace and A/C unit last summer and the installation crew was professional, thorough, and relatively quick considering the amount of work that was needed. With our package we received free checkups for the first year of use. Devin checked over our furnace and humidifier and explained all the readouts and what was done for the cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We're very pleased with our service from First Care.

First Care Heating was honest, thorough, and just really easy to work with. After getting a second opinion, they confirmed there was no mold and took the time to properly clean our air vents and air return. They were in our home for over 3 hours, which made it clear they weren’t rushing or cutting corners.

No pressure, no scare tactics, just straightforward explanations and solid work. I’m happy to invest in my home when it’s actually needed, and they made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time.

Would absolutely recommend and would use them again without hesitation.

First Care Heating went above our expectations. Technician Smith gave us an estimate, he explained everything that would be done for a new install for Furnace & AC gave us different options. Smith was very understanding of what we wanted and our budget.
We decide to have the work done, I called and spoke with Martin and set up an install for the next day. We live in a condo with an association; after confirming the install we were told by the association that the AC could not be installed because of the location, and they needed paperwork from First Care. Again, I called Martin he immediately sent the information. It was 6p and the Association still did not give the ok. I was now speaking with Darryl who is in charge of the installation, he told me not to worry they can wait until we get the okay and he'd have his installers ready for the next day should we get the okay. After speaking with Martin, Darryl a number of times they were patient, understanding and caring. I knew we picked the right company. Knowing they cared about the customer and puts the customer 1st.

I had my AC/Furnace replaced by this wonderful company. First, Smith came to the house , went over my options and we came up with something within my budget. Scheduling was easy and they worked with me to accommodate my work schedule. On the day of installation I had Mike, Richard, and Allan come to the house and installed a new furnace, AC,and humidifier. They were very professional and friendly. The job was done quickly, I was very pleased with them. I would definitely recommend them and their company for great customer service!

My furnace stopped working on a particularly cold night, so I called Energy Services. A technician by the name of Steve M showed promptly the next morning to discover an overheated blower motor on an 18 year old existing furnace. Steve was so nice and very detailed in his summary of the furnace and what would be the next steps. After discussing the different pricing options between repairing the blower motor and replacing the entire furnace, we decided to purchase a new furnace and have energy services install it. Steve put us in touch with Brian a rep from energy services who again went over all the models and pricing for us and then scheduled install of the new furnace the following morning. Alex R and Jon were the two install professionals that arrived early the next day ready to install our new furnace. They were extremely professional, friendly and detailed. Their housekeeping was exceptional during removal of the existing furnace and Installing the new unit. From wearing booties throughout the house, to laying down tarps/blankets on the floors and stairs, and taking their time not to damage any walls or finishes was extremely appreciated. Alex R and Jon took the time to explain what they were doing and consulted us on future operation and maintenance procedures, as well as a valued overview of the warranty provided. The entire team was exceptional from the initial call and inspection through final installation and payment. I could not recommend this company more, and that means a lot considering I have 15 years experiences as a general contractor building anything from schools, bridges, hospitals, and hotels to large warehouse and data centers. I have seen what good companies look like and I have seen bad ones throughout my career and I can state for a fact that Energy Services and their employees are an exceptional company. I will be utilizing their services moving forward and requesting this team for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

I woke and noticed the upstairs was warmer than usual. This was the first time I’ve called Energy Services. I called at 9am, they got me on their schedule immediately. David Beam arrived at 10:30am, inspected my system and replaced a bad capacitor. David was very friendly and knowledgeable, one of the best HVAC techs I’ve had in 20 years of home ownership. We are new to the area, but I’ll definitely call them for future maintenance and issues.

Shout out to Henry and Andrew thank you for your services today on my furnace! I appreciate you not only your thorough inspection on my furnace but also spending the time to figure out where the squeaky noise was coming from that has nothing to do with the furnace LOL

We had an emergency air conditioner issue and Henry Aguirre came out and was very helpful -explaining to us what he needed to do to fix it . Not only was he helpful but we appreciated his coming out by us late in the evening. Great customer service. Also appreciate being a maintenance plan member- helped us out a TON financially this time.
