I was having AC problem for quite some time and the company that installed it was not very helpful. I found air-rite today looking for a local company on google. They setup the appointment today. Steve from Air-Rite was very knowledgeable. Thanks to him I have a working AC today itself.

Marco was professional, friendly and a strong communicator. He pointed out a hot light switch and even brought our recycling bin up the driveway!

Anthony was wonderful. Did the maintenance on both my a/c and furnace. He recommended a dehumidifier that attaches to the furnace which will help keep the humidity down in the entire house. Air-Rite is always terrific, on time and professional. Highly recommend them!

Marco P. Came out to take a look at my noisy condenser unit fan motor - and was able to identify it immediately (video below). Apparently it was related to the replacement Johnson controls motor's excessive weight compared to the original motor (A.O. Smith), which caused a vibration on the grill it's mounted to.
I'm so happy that you guys were willing to come out the same day and help me and determine what the issue was right away. I am forever grateful. I'm going to be a long-time customer and I have multiple properties to deal with HVAC issues, so I'm excited that I found a great vendor to tackle all of my HVAC problems.

Anthony arrived on time, was knowledgeable and conscientious. He addressed my concerns and was thorough with servicing the furnace and humidifier. Will use again.

Air-rite is great. Had 2 full systems installed 1 last year for the 1st floor and one this year upstairs. Upstairs had an issue and stopped cooling. Team came out within hours and got it handled, it is all working again. It was an issue with Carrier design of wire routing not anything that air-rite did. The owner took care of it without any questions or delays. Top notch service and great team! From day one they stood behind their work and the commitment to making sure that I am and will continue but impressed with my HVAC. My only choice will be Air-Rite.

Have used air right now for a new AC system, and repairs on the existing system in a newly bought home. It's always been a pleasure to work with everyone, and I appreciate their down to earth manner and honesty. Ralph, in particular has been excellent multiple service calls and is a big reason we will continue to use and recommend Air Rite for all our HVAC needs...although I'm hoping not to have many more anytime soon!
