Great service! Clint has come to service both furnace and air conditioner for years. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He gives a heads up when repairs are coming but does not over sell.

Great company, quality products and excellent service, plus their repairmen are kind, efficient, willing to explain the inner workings of the furnace and what needs servicing. The pricing is fair and reasonable, I love the maintenance program, twice a year visits. Jose arrived on time, came to check the furnace, took time to explain how the system works and answered the questions that I had. Jose, and all that have come to do service are excellent, polite, personable, great with any clean-up, and answers all any questions. Thanks!

Love working with Dutchman. Got a thorough walkthrough of the game plan before work began. The tech was knowledgeable and gave me a roadmap of what he saw in my systems future. Really helps to plan ahead for these bigger expenses.

We came home late in the evening from Mexico to a 45 degree home in the middle of a big cold snap!! Mike, the owner, talked my husband through something with our faulty Nest to get us some heat until a technician could come out in the morning- saved us a late night emergency charge and his technician a cold late night trip. Today Clint came and installed a new thermostat that will work better with our furnace and wiring. He also checked our humidifier for me. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions!! Happy to have found Dutchman!

Clinton is my go to forever. My sister like Clinton also!! When she get a house, she wants Clinton to be her go to tech!! I will wait until his schedule is open before making an appointment!! He's wonderful, kind and very knowledgeable. It's very important to me, my tech answers all of my questions!! I trust him!! Great job Clinton!!👍👍

Very unpleasant experience with Dutchman and would not recommend. Despite being a loyal customer and being part of the maintenance program, I was treated poorly by the company. My furnace went out in the winter, I paid overtime prices to obtain a a diagnostic and Dutchman agreed to a price to install a replacement part. The next day, they installed the part and it was taking longer than expected due to needing to call tech support and the owner of Dutchman attempted to make me pay extra because the project was taking longer than expected. He even blamed me for having a Lennox furnace to justify why I should have to pay extra for the install to occur as if he didn’t know what type of furnace I had at the time he bid the job. I wonder if would have gotten money back if the job was easier than expected? Rather than honor the price he agreed to, the owner was incredibly rude and was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a repair company. I hired someone else to complete the project and it was done quickly and far below Dutchman pricing the next day. More importantly, I was treated with respect as opposed to how Dutchman treated me, looking to scrape every penny they could from me as a customer after already charging above-market prices to begin with. Feel free to look at other reviews I’ve submitted to see that I never leave negative reviews and this was an exceedingly bad experience to warrant me taking the time to write this review.

It is past time for me to get a new furnace! I called 2 companies. Dutchman arrived first. A gentleman by the name of Roger was the salesman that arrived. He is probably “the best” salesman I have ever dealt with. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, I can’t put into words how comfortable I felt with him. After speaking with Roger and listening to his proposal, I cancelled the other company. Roger is the best!!!

Dutchman has good services and the service people are very nice. The only thing that irks me is how they use the element of fear to get to you buy a new furnace or water heater or some other kind of service or part that you don't really need. I used to work in sales so I know that tactic. I find it interesting that every single time they come to my house, there is something they find that needs to be replaced or repaired when it has been working fine for 5 or 10 years. I don't think the service plans are worth the money.

Our furnace stopped lighting Saturday night, so I called Dutchman Sunday morning and they had someone at my place within the hour! Andrew came and was so helpful. He quickly found the issue while explaining me through everything. I’d definitely recommend to anyone with HVAC issues.

We had a leaky humidifier on our heating system that needed repair/replacement. Dutchman responded quickly and had a repair person here within 24 hours. He was great, and everything was back to normal quickly!!

Mat, a Dutchman service tech who’s come by in the past, was here today for a scheduled HVAC system maintenance check and everything checked out good 👍. Mat himself is a pleasure to work with - he called ahead, was on time, is very genuine, personable, and polite, and is very knowledgable and thorough in his HVAC work. He clearly explained the system checks he was doing and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended!

We recently had Dutchman out to install a new humidifier. We were very pleased with the service. Every member of the staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They showed up on time, were professional and worked efficiently. What also impressed me was how they stand behind their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The best in the biz! We have used Dutchman several times over the years and the experience from start to finish has always been phenomenal. Great customer service, easy to schedule, reasonable pricing, super friendly staff and knowledgeable installers that have always been a pleasure to work with. Our recent installer Joe did a great job replacing old humidifier on our older system. Kudos to the whole Dutchman team, highly recommended for anyone looking for heating/cooling in the westerner suburbs! The company is also heavily involved in multiple local charities and fundraising initiatives that give back to the community and those in need!

We needed help with furnace repair on sun zero temperatures. They sent technician and replaced a faulty gas valve. We are very happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

I appreciate Jamal coming back out as promised, correcting and fixing the issue with my air conditioning system as well as putting my thermostat back on so that we can continue to control the temperature. After the first time he came out he got my air back working but he removed the thermostat from the wall and my house was freezing; again he came back and fixed the problem so I’m really grateful for that.

I would give negative stars if i could. One Hour Heating was sent by my warranty company to check my furnace. upon assessment it was determined that a wheel needed to be replaced and the motor to be cleaned which was not covered under the warranty. Since this service is part of regular maintenance, I requested to have them complete the needed services so my warranty would continue to be valid. One Hour Heating changed my credit card for the service fee for coming out and also charged me for the wheel replacement and cleaning separately. Jahmal said they would come back on Monday to complete the job and at that time, photos of the furnace would be submitted to my warranty company to keep our records of maintenance valid. By monday, one hour heating never showed up. My warranty company emailed me stating that One Hour Heating reported that regular maintenance was not completed on my furnace and I will not be able to make claims for the furnace if it breaks down in the future. When i called One hour heating, they claimed that the warranty declined the claim so they would not be coming back. So One Hour Heating basically took my money and charged me for services they never rendered AND on top of it, submitted information to my warranty company that nullified my contract. Im basically losing coverage on my furnace and money for services that my furnace never recieved. When i requested my money back, One hour heating pleaded that they would try and resubmit the warranty claim- which doesnt make sense if they already left paper trail showing that services weren't performed on my furnace that they were paid to do. So far its been two days and i have not heard back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Julian knew his stuff and fixed our unit quickly, once he had the part. Unfortunately, there was a two day wait for the condenser due to the weekend. We would call One Hour again to repair our HVAC.

Our technician Jamal was very friendly, professional, and fast would highly recommend. Would use them again in the future. He fixed our furnace, and under an hour as the name of the company suggests.

My furnace had some issues, so I contacted One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to check my unit. It was easy to make an appointment, and Zahmal was dispatched quickly. Zahmal diagnosed the furnace and promptly figured the inducer was not working appropriately. He also checked all the areas to ensure my furnace would be in good shape and functioning. He added many pieces of valuable advice and recommendations to help my furnace to a longer life. Less than a week later, he returned to my home with a new inducer. The following replacement, he confirmed my unit was functioning well, and other vital parts were working correctly and even cleaned the unit thoroughly. I am so happy to have my unit fixed by Zahmal and thank his professional skills and knowledge. I highly recommend Zahmal as a problem solver for any furnace work!

I think I would recommend this company. The technicians were very serious, friendly and professional, I did good job!!!
