I can’t say enough good things about Gabino! He came out on a Sunday to repair our furnace—something not many technicians are willing to do on a weekend. Not only was he incredibly professional and courteous, but he also diagnosed and fixed the issue in just 10 minutes. His expertise and efficiency were truly impressive. Brian and Noah did our instillation and we are so thankful to them. They got to work as soon as they arrived. They talked us through all the work they would be doing. They made sure to lay down floor protectors so the floors wouldn’t be scratched. They were very kind and answered all questions professionally. They were nice enough to label the circuit breaker as to which one powered the A/C unit and the furnace.

During our first interaction with Oncourse, Jose Cuevas was the service professional that performed our heating system maintenance and he was on point! So professional and informative during his visit. He explained what was needed now as far as maintenance and things we should consider for future planning as it relates to our heating system. Thomas was amazing! He arrived on time, began working right away, took his time, and was very thorough. He did not cease until the job was completed, in which time he answered ALL of my questions, addressed ALL of my concerns, followed by thorough explanations of the work he'd performed. Gabino was dispatched on a Sunday because our heat was not working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went about fixing it. Here I must note, that he has the patience of a saint.The thermostat wasn’t working. I insisted I wanted a smart thermostat but after installing it and me insisting I needed the buttons ,he realized that I didn’t want a smart thermostat, I needed a “programable“ thermostat because I couldn’t understand how to use the app needed to program the “smart”thermostat. He changed the thermostat to a programable one then, programmed it for me. Thank you Gambino not only the knowledge you displayed but your patience and kindness. Your Customer Service skills are outstanding .

Victor S was very polite and easy to work with. He went above and beyond when we realized that our bird feeder that was above our ac unit was collecting seeds and debris. He took the time to clean it properly which was great.

Garry did an EXCELLENT job on the plumbing work I needed. He is highly skilled, intelligent and professional, in other words he checks off all the boxes. He went above and beyond by educating me on my plumbing system and hardware. This company would be wise to hang on to this guy.

Raul was very nice and efficient. He resolved the issue ahead of schedule. I appreciated his work because we were without heat during single digit weather.

Professional, honest, and knowledgeable

Garry Norris came out today to inspect my water heater, and I’m very pleased with his service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, addressed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his honesty and the care he took during the repair. I would definitely recommend Garry Norris to anyone needing water heater inspection or repair.

Raul did an amazing job coming over to check my furnace. He was very nice and great with answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me as a first time home owner. He helped give me tips on what I can do in the meantime while I have no heat. He did an amazing job explaining to me all of my options available to me. I would definitely recommend!
