This is the second time we've utilized Servpro of Morton Grove/East Niles for water damage. They didn't disappoint! They are very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend Servpro of Morton Grove/East Niles if you have a water issue.

We experienced significant flooding in our basement. It was such a stressful time and ServPro came in quickly, timely and went above and beyond to support us. For example, the team on site (lead by Ivan, who was awesome) moved and cared for our personal items, confirming what to save, remove, or trash. We used ServPro through our insurance company’s recommendation to help with water damage in our kitchen after a leaky pipe was discovered. They showed up on time everytime they came out. Mario, Ivan and Caesar were all very friendly and professional.

We have now used Servepro twice due to our basement flooding. They are great to work with and come out very quickly after you reach out. For this time, we had flooding in our basement on Sunday morning, they had a rep out Sunday evening to give us a quote and a cleaning crew out Monday morning. They are very efficient and great to work with throughout the whole process. Jorge was the main contact on site and Jacqy was our contact afterwards and both were very professional and responsive to all of the questions we had. Hopefully we don’t have to use them again, but if the basement does flood, they will be the first people we call. They also are a preferred vendor for Statefarm which made it very easy when filing a claim.

Every single person we met left a great impression. Alfredo, Perpetua, Viviana did the deep cleaning. Our condo is sparkling clean!!! The operation was explained Tom and Mario were very thorough explaining what they were going to do and why. I would recommend Servpro to anyone who needs this type of service!!!

I recently experienced an electrical fire and SERVPRO was able to get out to my home so quickly. With an electrical fire, the fumes linger and it is extremely smelly, even after trying to air out my house. SERVPRO came in and cleaned my entire basement and first floor and was able to eliminate the horrible odor.
