I recently had a broken pipe and water in my home. ServPro came out quickly and made the entire process as quickly and efficient as possible. The entire team and office staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to my friends and family!

Our workout facility in our building had a growth under the floor mats. I reached out to Servpro and spoke to Jacqy who couldn't have been nicer. She listened to our problem and within 45 minutes Mario came out assessed the situation and gave me a plan for removing the mats, cleaning the floor and ensuring the air remained clean as to not cause any additional issues in the rest of the building. The work was done thoroughly, and professionally by Mario and his partner. We are very happy with the results and will surely use them in the future.

Tom (5 star) the owner came out and gave us an assessment. He discovered mold and recommended remediation. A large and difficult project in a basement of our size. However Mario (project manager), Alfredo, Caesar, and especially Ivan came to the rescue and in the most professional, hardworking and friendly way stripped our basement of mold. SERVPRO has been great, handling the remediation of water damage from an upstairs neighbor that leaked into my place. Their staff is friendly, responsive and punctual. The initial inspection was fast and Mario was very thorough when explaining the process. When Mario and team came back and did the initial remediation they were very thorough, and explained what they were doing and why. It went very smoothly.

The office manager Jacqy has been incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions promptly and completely. She is an effective communicator, and I am very happy with her proactive efforts to keep me updated.

This winter our upstairs pipes behind our shower had busted leaking water in the bathroom and leaked into the kitchen downstairs. SERVPRO representatives Jake and Ivan came out who were friendly and knowledgeable on completing the clean up job. Great experience today with George Santer. Had some water damage in my home and called Servpro for help. George arrived right on time and was very professional. He assessed the damage and dig something very difficult. He gave me the honest opinion that I was better off doing the work I needed myself. We're cleaning a condo for eventual sale, formerly occupied by a smoker. Servpro came through with a reasonable quote. The crew of Ivan, Jose, Luis, and Alfredo did an amazing job of cleaning everything!

A close family member passed away unexpectedly, and it wasn’t discovered for several days. Servpro provided a very reasonable estimate for biohazard cleanup, and they were able to come a couple days after the estimate was provided.

The 2 gentlemen that came to perform the cleanup (I’m terrible with names, I believe one gentleman was Ivan?) were very friendly, courteous and efficient. They kept everything happening in the room secured behind zipped (for access) plastic sheeting. They removed the bedding, mattress and bed frame and were done in under 4 hours. They left an air cleaning machine on for 3 days, and they then came back to retrieve it.

We’ve been able to clean and stage the house to sell, without worry of any stains or odor left behind. Servpro was a huge help in getting this behind us, and they were very professional and timely. I’d use Servpro of Niles again if I ever needed these services (but I hope I don’t)!

Thanks to George Luis Diego Jose Gabriel and Alberto fir cleaning up my Hurricane Milton water mess. They work hard conscientiously courteously and promptly. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Worth every penny!

We had a 2nd floor toilet overflow that flooded into our garage. From our initial experience with Mario, through the remediation with Ivan, Diego, and Alfredo, and the communication with our insurance company, they were all professional, transparent and took care to respect us and our home. I highly recommend this company.

George Santer and his team (Luis, Jose, Alfredo, Diego, and Alberto) came to assess our situation (we needed mold remediation after a leak), and he brought his team to do the set up. Not only was the set up fast, it looked great. We had the fans going for three days and then they came and packed the whole things up in 20 minutes. George even came back to give readings before and after. I HIGHLY recommend the Morton Grove/East Niles location!

Your service, under the supervision of George, was beyond awesome! As a 79 year old single woman, I had no clue what to do when my home/condo flooded as a result of Hurricane Milton.
And, I was very concerned about being scammed! But, as a long term resident of Manasota Key, I knew I had to so something quick to reduce further damage due to mold.

ServePro's response was immediate. When George came to estimate the job, I knew that I had made the right call! He was professional, knowledgeable and patiently explained what had to be done and why. The crew not only worked without even taking breaks, but assisted me with providing and moving boxes I was packing to clear the kitchen for major demolition. A special shout out to Luis who was able to translate my needs/requests to his crew. They were wonderful and I could not recommend ServePro and my crew highly enough!
