Constraction reviews in Niles, Illinois

Edin and his team at Green Home Renovations are a dream to work with. They are extremely professional and communicate every part of the project flawlessly.

I had them replace a vanity and do a few other jobs in a master bathroom. They did great work and I’ll be using them again for my next project.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the way the project turned out.

Excellent services, and the work is very well done with no issues. Eden look at things carefully, look at the condition and suggest what works very well and performs the action. Very friendly and approachable. You also have a warranty for the work done, and they support you for any issues. I’m fully satisfied and recommend it to my friends, family, or anyone who would like to use the services. Good job, Eden. Glad I know you through Homedepot. Thank you very much for all the work you have done.

I had to fix the light and ceiling fan in my room and other people were charging a few hundred dollars per hour just to diagnose the problem. I called Edin and he was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issue without any problems. I would definitely recommend him.

Aiden was very conscientious and clean and efficient. Would recommend him to anybody.

I wanted to renovate a small bathroom in my home for quite some time but the costs were astronomical when I asked around. Finally a friend in my neighborhood suggested Green Home Renovations. I talked to the owner, Edin Tamraz,  and asked him for a quotation. He gave me a date and time and I was glad he arrived as promised. Let me clarify that the bathroom I wanted to renovate was ancient and I was certain that he’ll be very expensive or refuse to do it altogether. But he checked out the bathroom and the price he quoted was quite reasonable. My role was not to rush him and support him if he had other ongoing projects.
He came when promised did a great job of renewing my shower place, replacing the toilet and re-tiling the floor. Each day he left the construction area clean.  I was really impressed by his efficiency and talent. I would strongly recommend him for any construction work.

Edin fixed our staircase support beams. He was very professional and transparent. His price was very fair. We recommend him and we will definitely be using him again. Thank you Edin.

I am so impressed by Edin and Green Home Renovation. I have worked with several contractors with small and large home projects and Edin was by far the most responsive and professional. He takes great pride in his work and followed up after to make sure everything was still working as expected. I have already recommended them to my family and will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommend!

My family and I highly recommend Green Home Renovation. Working with Edin was fantastic. He is professional, resourceful and super kind. We are very happy with our decision to work with him and also satisfied with the results. He helped us replace our toilets, kitchen sink, bathtub faucets and more. We also had to replace all our water valves last minute and Edin went above and beyond to help us with this. I will definitely be working with him for future work.

5 stars for Green Home Renovations and Edrin who was able to fix some sticky issues we had in our home. He communicated well and gave a fair price for his quality work. Would recommend.

Found this fabulous company on the internet and couldn’t be more pleased. The owner has an eye for design and detail. He is honest, and they did the remodel while I was out of state. They stuck to the quoted price and called me anytime there was a question regarding choices. I highly recommend this fine company.

Edin did a great job in our upstairs bathroom. He was punctual and got the job done timely and correctly . He made everything look so nice before he left.
We will be using him and his company again.

Green Home Renovation is absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable. Edin was especially fantastic to work with, and went out of his way too explain everything so I understood what was happening. He and his crew finished earlier than expected and even helped out on another ad-hoc ask. Most impressively, he has a clear attention to detail and was helping his crew understand all the nuances, always complimentary to his team when they did something well. I’m happy I got such a great leader for the company who delivered the job exceptionally well.

Great job. Fixed 2 of my sinks for 1300 less than others were charging. He was very polite, on time, and answered all my questions. Thank you! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Highly Recommended Contractor! Edin was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He ran a new electrical outlet to my dishwasher, and brought everything up to code. I will continue to use Edin and Green Home Renovation for all our renovation needs!

My mom had knee surgery last week. Our toilet broke today. It’s the only one on the main floor so we needed it fixed right away. Green Home Renovation came right away and fixed it the same day. Not only that but got an amazing price. If you need anything done around your house this guy knows his stuff! I am going to recommend this place to everybody I know!!! Excellent job!!!
