Constraction reviews in Niles, Illinois

I highly recommend Adrian and his team!! They did a phenomenal job on our home. They are extremely attentive to detail and did a wonderful job on all of our projects. Not only did we love their work, they were all extremely nice to be around. They were respectful, helpful, and a great group of guys ! If you’re looking for any home improvements, Adrian and his team are the perfect guys for the job!!

Adrian was great to work with and provides a pleasant renovation experience! He is trustworthy, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, clean and respectful. He is a pleasure to have in your home while the renovations are taking place. His genuine caring nature sets him apart from the average contractor. He is very skilled, especially with his tile work. His budget mindedness keeps the project true to his original quote, and he provides frequent updates if there is a change in the cost. I will use Artisan for any of my future renovations and highly recommend him!

If you are looking to have your bathroom remodeled, you need to go with Artisan. The owner, Adrian, of Artisan has been in his line of work for many years. His workmanship speaks for itself. With his experience, expertise, and knowledge he can make your dream renovation happen. Not only is he after the aesthetic of the renovation, but also considers the safe functioning of all parts to it. Regarding the safety, incidentally, while needing to turn off the water to install a fixture in my bathroom, he recommended that I change my old water system as it could lead to potential disaster for my home’s structure. He did not push us to have it done by him and stated that whoever I will choose to have my plumbing fixed, I need to tell them what he advised me to have fixed for the safety of my home. I did not think twice, and went with him to fix my plumbing. I know that I can count on Adrian and his workers, Charlie and Louie that he imparted his knowledge and expertise to, to do beautiful work on any project. I am so happy about the work that Adrian and his workers have done. I also appreciate his honesty, patience, and consideration for the client’s ideas, and most importantly, safety. Thank you so much Adrian, Charlie, and Louie for the beautiful work! You cannot go wrong with Artisan. They are number one in renovation.-Pearl

Great service and great work from Artisan Home Improvement. We are very pleased with the outcome of our shower remodel. Cornel was a pleasure to work with. We will be recommending Artisan to our friends and family, and we will definitely continue to work with Artisan on all our future home remodel needs.

Great experience with Artisan Home Improvement. The estimate was accurate and work was timely. Adrian’s follow up showed that he was interested in the best outcome for us and advised us in the best way.

I could not be more pleased.
I had an extensive list of items that needed to be worked on around the house. It included repairing trim work around the house, repairing siding on the garage, installing weather stripping, repairing a fence and gate door, scraping/ patching/ sanding and painting the house (2 coats), replacing a window, and a few other small items around the house.
Adrian discussed with me each job, explaining clearly what they entailed and the options I had. He provided a detailed quote with all my options. After I decided what options I wanted, we scheduled the work.
Adrian and his crew were prompt and professional. They kept me apprised of the job progress and were attentive to my feedback.
As all homeowners know, there is always something that needs upkeep on a house. Artisan Home Improvement will be getting more calls from me. I couldn't recommend them higher.

We worked with Artisan Home Improvement for a kitchen remodel. The project involved a backslash removal, new counter tops, installation of a new farmhouse sink, and a backslash installation. Both Adrian and Raul were always responsive with emails, phone calls, and text messages from quotation through project completion. We appreciated their tips and input into the material selection and design decisions. They always showed up when they said they would and finished the project on time and on budget. The new quartz counter tops were measured with precision and installed expertly. And special mention to Adrian’s tile work for installation of a unique backslash. We were very happy with their work and would use them again.

I highly recommend Artisan Home Improvement. Adi and his whole team are all very good at what they do. 5 stars! They truly care about making your home a better place for you to live. I had an excellent experience with Artisan transforming my ancient bathroom into a beautiful modern room in only a matter of a few weeks. They were always accommodating no matter how indecisive I was! Thank you, Adi, and all of your men!

We had the pleasure of working with Adrian from Artisan Home Improvement. Adrian helped us with remodeling our kitchen. He removed a load bearing wall for us along with the soffit from our kitchen. We interviewed Adrian and other contractors for the job - We selected Adrian because (i) he listened to us rather than trying to build what he thought we wanted; (ii) he worked himself and didn't hire subcontractors which made us feel confident that he will do a good job and that he has knowledge and experience in construction. We were delighted from day one to the end of the job and here is why: Adrian showed up every day on time; the job sight was left clean daily; the work was done as expected; the price never changed; and we never had one issue after the project was completed. After that job Adrian came to our house to help us with capping a pipe free of charge. Although it was impossible to fix that rusty pipe, we appreciate that he came over without charging us a penny. He also gave us a lot of advice in our kitchen remodel project. Our 3.5 years old daughter defined him as “funny, so smart and amazing”. Surely he is a trustworthy contractor that we would hire again. We adhered to our obligations and Adrian adhered to his obligations, we were offered a fair price, the job was done on time, our home was treated as if it was his own, and we were treated respectfully and professionally. We highly recommend him!

Updates: After 1 year the ceiling got cracked. Adrian promised us to fix it, but for sanding and painting he wanted extra charge. The day he was supposed to come over and redo the work, he actually sent one of his workers without previous notice. The worker fixed the ceiling (no sanding or painting) and we hope not to have any problems in the future. We are disappointed since we paid good money for what we thought is top quality work! We did not expect to be charged extra for something that has been already paid!

Adrian and his team did the most amazing renovation job! They transformed my house in a short timeframe and my family could not be more grateful. Adrian and his team are hardworking, personable, trustworthy and fair. The kept us informed throughout the whole process and had effective communication. They listened to our ideas and provided creative ways to get the job done. Artisan Home Improvement is HIGHLY recommend!

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience! We started our project with 3 quotes, and they were the best price. The line item quote was easy to understand, comprehensive, with no hidden fees, and as we added new items to our project, he totally kept us up-to-date on what our budget was. We are so glad we chose Artisian!

They gutted our kitchen, took down walls, built new ones, updated the electrical, rerouted our HVAC vent, and painted. Adrian discussed any issues that came up, while also giving us great solution options. They were clean, organized, fun to work with and meticulous in their work. Always on time and on schedule with the whole project. Along the way we had additional needs, and Adrian & ChiChi were always willing to help us with a smile!! We had an out-of-town emergency towards the end of our project and we left our house in their very trustworthy hands. When we arrived home and the project was complete we were beyond thrilled with the outcome and how beautiful it was.

We cannot wait to start our next project so we can work with them again!

Adrian and his team remodeled my basement. I had no stress during the entire process. His prices were more than fair and his work was excellent. The team is very meticulous, detail oriented and cleaned up after themselves every day. He answered every phone call I made to him and was never annoyed by my questions or additional requests. I will recommend
Artisan to my friends and family and will definitely use them for work in the future.

We decided to replace non-functioning whirlpool tub with walk-in shower. It only took us 5 years to find the best company to do the job!
We had beautiful results in a timely manner. Owner is meticulous, honest and responsive. The workers were great craftsmen.
We are delighted customers in Niles, IL!

Adrian and his team have meticulous attention to detail and do the job right at a fair price. Artisan repaired extensive ceiling damage, replaced electrical/lighting, painted, and a host of other odds and ends. They are responsive, on-time, and courteous. I would not hesitate to work with Artisan for any home improvement project in the future.

Great experience with Adrian and his crew. I renovated my guest bathroom and am very happy with the final product. Professional, clean. High quality and transparency throughout the process so no surprises with the final bill. All in all, would recommend and use them again for future!

A 5 star experience we ever have had with remodeling. Our bathrooms look fantastic and Adrian was fabulous from start to finish. Thank you again for a truly awesome experience and most of all for our beautiful bathrooms! We look forward to work with Adrian and Artisan Home Improvement company for our future home projects.

Adrian and his team at Artisan did an amazing job remodeling our fireplace (floor to ceiling stone) and kitchen backsplash (subway tile) in our new condo. They were extremely detail oriented, meticulous, and professional every step of the way and used the highest quality products to do the job right. The finished product looks absolutely beautiful! Would call Adrian again for more projects in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to all family and friends.

Adrian did a wonderful and amazing job , true professional. The quality of the work and the price was above other competitors. Defiantly highly recommend Adrian and ARTISAN HOME IMPROVEMENT

We were skeptics at first but after consultation from Adrian and witnessing the transformation with our bathroom, we knew we had made the right decision. Attention to details were noticeable throughout. Adrian with his years of experience was able to suggest but not force us into liking something unless we truly did. Very professional and will provide a written contract with timeline and final cost for your review and approval. I believe their website has general price guide options for several room choices. We liked Artisan Home Improvement so much we even had some upgrades/maintenance done to our kitchen and laundry room as well. We highly recommend Adrian and team to anyone who wishes to upgrade their living space. You will not be disappointed. We could not be more happier.

Excellent, fantastic company. Made time to install our upper cabinets during their very busy schedule. Very thorough and clean. Honest about what it costs for each task. Asked questions on what I prefer each step. Highly recommend Artisen to my relatives.

Adrian and his team are truly top-notch professionals. We contracted with them for a bathroom remodel, addition of a new bathroom, hardwood floors, and painting. It was a huge job that Adrian managed with ease and professionalism throughout!

He stuck to his quote, and called to ask about any increases as they were happening. In the end, the only things that were added to the initial estimate were the things I asked be added along the way--there were zero surprises.

Artisan Home Improvement may not be the cheapest quote you get (but they also will be far from the most expensive). However, if you're looking for a team that's knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest, you'll be beyond pleased.

We're already planning our next project with Adrian!
