Constraction reviews in Niles, Illinois

Con artist. Prepare yourself for asking for more money , lots of excuses, missed dates, unanswered phone calls, and no show for work appointments. Stay away from this guy. Quotes low, then hikes up the price and refuses to finish work unless he is paid more money. Absolutely terrible business practices and terrible for clients. Stay away. Make sure to have everything documented if you choose to work with eden at green home renovation.

My landlord hired this company to install a new microwave. They were prompt, wore masks, removed shoes prior to entering (it was a very snowy day) and were finished quickly. They were incredibly friendly, respectful and tidy. I’d use them again in a heartbeat

Edin did a great job fixing my damaged bathroom ceiling. Great commutation, explaining everything in details, always on time.

These guys are amazing. Excellent work and fair prices.

Second time I used Edin for electrical work. Very professional and honest. He came on time and did a great job.

I worked with Eden, he was professional and very quick with the electrical installation. I would recommend his company. They were also reasonably priced. Thank you

They were friendly and made a point to schedule the work quickly to avoid winter. They asked several times during the project to make sure it's what I wanted. They also cleaned up afterwards so you wouldn't know they were there. Everything met my needs and is better.

Great work done by Edin . Good rates and Perfect for any updates, renovation and emergency work. 100% satisfaction

I always recommend my friends and family member too. Edin done great work at my house and also at my friend house too

Absolutely wonderful work done by Edin and Green Home on my Bathroom remodeling project. Price was unbeatable and quality of work was beyond fantastic. Edin went above and beyond through the entire remodeling process and helped us pick out all material, design ideas, and followed through with the nitty gritty details to create an elegant bathroom that my guests continue to rave and comment on!! Thank you Green Home Renlvation!

Edin and his team have surpassed my expectations on their professionalism, perfection, and cleanliness. I’ve had other contractors before, but nowhere near the amazing job they did in my home and my neighbors home. I am thrilled to keep doing business with them

Edin is very professional! Did an amazing job redoing my laundry room!! High recommend him. I will definitely be using him again and referring him to friends and family. Thanks for the great job!

Edin was really awesome with his work. I used him for a dishwasher install, he did great work. Was really clean throughout the job. Had floors recently finished, he took his time moving everything slowly.

I called Edin late afternoon after being referred to him by Home Depot, and he came the following morning to help me finish building a shed.

I was so impressed by his timeliness, professionalism, and pricing. I highly recommend him. It could not have been a better experience.

We hired Green Home Renovation for a major interior remodeling at our house in Turlock and couldn't be happier with the process and the result. Edin was very knowledgeable, friendly and delivered to high standards. We're very particular about our home, e.g. how to make sure that new items match the rest of the house. The GHR team was patient and went out of their way to locate the items that we needed, and some of their suggestions helped us to save some money.

You know your contractors are great when you look forward to seeing them at your house and the entire project ends with a smile and a friendly handshake. I Would highly recommend Green Home Renovation!

This is the second time we contacted Green Home Renovation for electrical work. Edin did a great job on both occasions for us, and we thought that the jobs were fairly priced. Edin and Green Home Renovation will continue to be my go to and I would highly recommend them for your service needs. Stan B.

Edin from Green Home Renovation was FANTASTIC. After an attempted robbery on our house left us shaken and in desperate need of a new door installation, Edin was immediately responsive. He came right out the next morning and within a day the exterior door install and finishing was complete. I could not thank him enough for giving us a secure house. He was meticulous in his work and left everything very clean. We will definitely be calling him again! Thank you Edin!!

"Fantastic Bathroom Renovation!"

I recently had a complete renovation of my bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everything from the fixtures to the tiles and flooring was completely transformed, and the outcome is truly stunning.
The team responsible for the renovation demonstrated professionalism and efficiency throughout the process. They were attentive to my preferences and ensured that every aspect of the renovation met my expectations.
Overall, the transformation of my bathroom has exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend this renovation service to anyone looking to revitalize their bathroom with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. THANK YOU SO MUCH GREEN HOME RENOVATION.

Very happy to have found Edin and Green Home. We are lifelong Niles residents, and reached out for some needed electrical work. Edin replaced 4 different outdoor house lights, and 1 indoor job. While it can be stressful finding new contractors, Edin put me at ease from our first conversation. He is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgable, on time and fairly priced.

He was right on time for our initial estimate appt., as well as for the full job. He walked through everything with us and even was able to clean up and repair a noisy, improperly wired 3 way bathroom fan/nightlight/light that I def thought was going to have to be replaced-this provided significant savings as a new one plus the attic install would have been hundreds more for sure.

After a few days we decided that we wanted to change out 2 of the outdoor lights WE had chosen. I called Edin hoping to set something up for the following week as I knew he was busy on a week long job. He answered right away as always, and came out that same day late afternoon on his way home. Again a more than fair price for the install. (I went and purchased the lights new lights we wanted and had them ready)

I would not hesitate to call Edin and Greenhome for any future work at our home. It is very rare to find someone who checks all the boxes: quality work, fair priced, on time, actually answers his phone, goes the extra mile for his Niles neighbors/customers, and is just a good man overall- Thank you!

Edin did an amazing job installing a new gas line in my home for my new stove. He was on time, quick, and explained the whole process to me. He was very courteous, took off his shoes whenever he enter my home and was very professional. I would definitely be using Green Home Renovation in the future.
