This was my second experience with A Plus Electric. Last October, my daughter needed emergency Saturday work done at her condo. A Plus was the ONLY local electrician that didn’t tell her to wait until Monday. They were fast, polite, professional and thorough. Everything was clearly explained.
I called them about a switch in my kitchen that wasn’t working. They made an appointment to come the next day giving me a window of 11-1 to arrive. They were there at 11:15. Again, polite, professional and explained everything.
I would call them again and highly recommend them!

Fix the fix the problem. Yes. But $2100 was crazy, especially without an estimate. They did not "rebuild" my fuse box. They simply replaced the fuses which they quoted at $65 a fuse. Of which one or two were bad

The electrician was excellent. His name is Max. Very professional wonderful work left the worksite perfectly clean.

The absolute BEST. I Googled yesterday and pick this company. Good choice. Lynn answered immediately heard what I needed and said she'd relay and have him call me back. Within 2 minutes he called and scheduled today! Showed up early. Completed my immediate need and several other things that others avoided! I am telling everyone that there are few contractor, electricians etc that do what they promised, on time and stay to complete the job. LEO is in my speed dial!

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. The electrician, Leo, l was prompt, thorough, experienced, and professional. He fully explained the issue and resolved my problem. They will now be the first call I make the next time I have an electrical issue. Cannot recommend them enough.

Leo has been servicing my Generac generator for 5 years. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, courteous and comes on time. He does the job and I have nothing to worry about . What else you can ask! Thank you Leo!

Had a chandelier short in dinning room and I didn’t see a breaker pop so I called a few places for an emergency service and no one was able to come in a speedy manner but these guys and A plus came really fast within an hr and fixed our problem and they were very knowledgeable and professional I will be using them again

Was looking to get a estimate for a reverse polarity that I have in a bathroom. The technician just told me $175 an hour plus parts. I asked could he give me that in writing and he said, "No we dont do that, you asked a question and I answered."

Fixing a GFCI outlet that has reverse polarity is generally straight forward, so not sure what he was trying to pull here.

Ill take my business somewhere else...

Leo came out during an emergency with my power. He was very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Got my power running. Did a great job.. I will recommend Aplus electric in the future..

Set up an appointment for an estimate/job inspection. They gave me a hour window. Waited for an hour, called the office, was assured that the technician will reach out shortly, waited another 15 minutes past appointment window. No show/no call.
Punctuality and communication is important! Do better.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! From Paul coming out for a generator estimate (so knowledgeable and experienced) to scheduling the job (office is super easy to deal with) and the guys doing the install (they were fantastic)! City inspector came out for final inspection and said "Penco does GREAT work"!

I called to request information, got on the line with Sherri. Very friendly but sort of distracted.
I called and specifically said I was looking for information on servicing an Onan Microlite generator, she placed me on hold for about 4min initially while she researched the info, I dont mind waiting as I have been calling around MULTIPLE techs... she confirms that they do repair which got me excited....then we went back & forth as to the issue I was experiencing (she didnt know how to write my chief complaint down)....she confirms that they do service & proceeds to ask for my name to schedule service.
I again state I am calling requesting information and ask follow up questions, 1) Am I driving out to you, or does the tech come to me? 2) what is the rate for the diagnostic visit?...Sherri places me back on hold for about 5 minutes and just hung up.

I came across an ad for Penco Electric.
When I called I had many questions that were easily answered by a well spoken young lady by the name of Isabell.
It's true what they say about first encounter. you never have a second chance to make a first impression.
It was quick and painless.
They were very professional and courteous.
Penco electrician Vasilis, explained everything he was doing while he was at My Home, making me and my family feel very comfortable.
I had our generator
Serviced this fall by Cristian, very nice young man. He was very knowledgeable and quick. He taught me something I didn't know about our generator, Thanks Cristian.
I would definitely refer Penco Generators to my family and friends.
