What made Penco the ideal company to work with on my Generac project comes down to this: they said what they would do, and then did exactly what they said!

Penco Electric installed my generac generator. Their pricing was competitive and install performed as per quote. There were some challenges with permitting the electric portion of the install and Penco electric worked diligently with the city inspectors to resolve the issues. Also Penco electric had to assist in upgrading the gas meter capacity upgrade, which was also done. Very happy with the project.

We were extremely happy and impressed in our dealings with Penco. Penco took care of all the details in preparation for the generator installation, getting the permit and contacting the gas company. Vasili and his team arrived on time with every thing they needed. The work was carried out efficiently. The crew was friendly, took the time to answer all our questions and explained their choices in running all piping. They even asked our opinion about what color paint we wanted. When they finished, they cleaned the area and then went through operation and maintenance requirements. Overall we were really happy with our decision to go with Penco.

First, the person doing the estimate (we got several) was very thorough, listen to what I wanted and wrote up an estimate that gave me options. When I had questions, she answered them. Penco had the best estimate. They took care of permits and set-up the gas meter swap. The day of construction, they were super professional and we were very pleased with the result. We also had a the 200amp panel replaced in the house. Their people were superb and subsequent inspection and approval by the village was the best I have ever witnessed (no problems or questions). We live in an area with one electric line supplying our area. The security of a Generac whole house system was worth it and we would recommend these guys without reservation.

Friendly, professional, and high quality work. We had a complete service upgrade performed, from 100A service with an old 20-space panel to 200A with a 40-space panel and whole-house surge protector. Penco did an excellent job, especially George, who spent a lot of time getting everything done to a high standard with the new panel. There was an issue with the initial install not meeting ComEd requirements for the outside of the house, but that was quickly corrected at no charge, and Penco even returned one final time to clean up messy wiring that ComEd left behind. Thanks very much!

Dave and his teammate were very friendly and informative about the service they would be performing. I was very pleased with their cleanup and the overall aesthetic of the repair. Actually, I am having them come out to fix another electrical issue as soon as the part becomes available. I will definitely keep PENCO on a very short of Electricians. They were truly worth the spend!

I had never heard of your company in the past. However, all of the employees were courteous and completed my Generac standby generator in one day. During the installation, my hot water tank's pilot went out. The water stayed hot for one entire day. The second day we noticed that the water was warm not hot. I called the company and they came out on a Saturday evening to take care of the issue. I was impressed with their service all around.

We had a very good experience with Penco and our new whole house generator installation. Everyone involved communicated well and the install was completed without issue including permitting and village inspection. We would definitely recommend Penco for anyone considering a new generator.
